These guys were responsive and very professional - did a good job. I wished that I would of payed attention to what was included in the basic outdoor washing and added on the use of a squeegee. Apart from that all good.

This company was very easy to work with! They showed up reasonably on time. Their crew was very nice and accommodating. It was scheduled to rain that day and I wanted to reschedule. They were flexible enough to at least do the inside and come back a week or so later when it was scheduled to be sunny and do the outside. But, because of splitting it up like that, a few spots were naturally missed that I didnt catch until a couple of days later. I was gone the morning they came back to do the outside and only arrived as they were finishing up. Luckily they have a seven day satisfaction/rain guarantee and they honored that in a heartbeat even though I had signed a waiver saying I was satisfied!!! How nice to do business with a company as responsive and professional as this! And the young men working for them were SOOOOO nice and did not make me feel like I was imposing or difficult if I pointed out a missed spot! Will definitely use them again in the future!

The owner, Jorge, contacts you directly. They send you before and after photos of your gutters. They wash off they plants after they power wash in order to protect them. All of the employees are very polite and hard working.

I have been using Empire for a few years and had been satisfied with the service. I have rental property in another state that I hired them to clean gutters & trusted them to do a complete and thorough job. I paid them to clean gutters & downspouts in March 2016. I went to my rental property July 4th 2016 and every last one of the gutters & downspouts were clogged. I reported this to the office and was told someone would call me back regarding this issue. I called the office a 2nd time and was told again that someone would get in touch with me. So far no one has contacted me. I hired another company to clean the gutters & downspouts. The company stated there is no way the gutters were cleaned 2 months ago. I am very disappointed in the service & lack of response that I received from Empire. I would NOT recommend this company as I dont believe them to be trustworthy!
