They did a great job of removing pet stains and cat urine and also clean upholstery clean all the curtains in the house they did a great job I trust procarpet and duct cleaning With my house keys!

On 7/27/2017 the South Kansas City area had some major flash flooding. I called between 5:45 & 6 AM and had to leave a message. I let them know my house flooded and wanted to find out how much it would cost to help get the water out of the carpet & dry. I was also going to ask them if they ripped out carpet and if so how much it would cost.I NEVER received a call back from the company. I completely understood many people had flooding and I also understood that I was calling before they were open, even though the website says 24 hours. I also understood they probably was not going to be out the same day due to so many people had flooding but NO return call is not a company that I would recommend.Part of the reason I picked calling this company was they had some good reviews. I ended up paying for a dumpster and ripping out the wet carpet myself.

I was gone from my home for an extended length of time and when I returned I had a mold problem an KC WaterDamage was recommended and they came and what a great job they did. Thanks to your high tech equipment your technicians were able to remove all the mold from my home including the smell.

I used Pro Carpet and Duct Cleaning services and I couldnt be more happier! They did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. I would definitely use them again in the future!
