Beyond overpriced! When I specifically asked for 4 copies, I received one, and was charged nearly three times what other shops charge, Then I was offered a “Discounted Price” for the others while they refused to take care of this the proper way-very shady

I called the business to try and get a quote on a sticker that the company I work for was trying to have made for a product of ours. I explained on the phone what I was wanting and there must have been some miscommunication somewhere because what I asked for and what I was quoted for were two different things. After I said that I didnt think we were on the same page with what I was wanting, I got told very rudely that we were on the same page and their inability to make me what I wanted was not because of them but because what I was asking for wasnt possible (I had gotten a few other quotes from other businesses who all said it was possible).I then asked if I could send a document showing exactly what it was that I wanted and the woman I was speaking to replied with attitude, yeah, I can take a look at your email, I look at emails all day long, but I know Im understanding what youre telling me. I thanked her and sent her the document of what I was wanting and asked her to let me know if it would change the quote at all. That was last Wednesday, I have yet to hear anything back from them and have even sent a followup email with them trying to get a response.I understand they may make amazing products for their client but their lack of customer service is very obvious and I would not recommend them to anyone I know. Hopefully this helps anyone whos trying to decide if they should take their business here or not. I work with many different customers/clients on a daily basis and would NEVER treat them with the amount of disrespect I got from the employees at this company.** UPDATE: Debbie got in touch with me last week and again this week and apologized for the delay in response. Her attitude was also 100% better, I understand some people have bad days/weeks. I changed my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star because of it... I dont think the treatment should have ever happened in the first place but I appreciate them getting back in touch and trying to make it right**

Kinda pricey. Used them for car magnets for my sons mowing business. Fun designs, but only the plain single color was a good value. The signs lasted several years...Longer than the cell number we put on them. :-)

I went up there to get magnets for the side of my truck to display DOT info and whatnot. The lady at the front was less than polite or friendly and made the entire process more difficult than it needed to be. I didnt get anything from them and simply went to Signazon online and it took about 5 minutes to make exactly what I need and it was much cheaper. Wouldnt recommend and wont be back.

Literally did the same thing as the guy before me posted, how ironic! Went in to get a DOT magnet for my truck which would have cost a whopping $90 by the way, and by god they better have a credit card on file before they do it or else god forbid they make something using $3 worth of materials to charge you $90 and possibly have to throw it away! The lady in front was not friendly nor helpful AT ALL! I was wondering if they could make something to go on my window that I could take on and off and she was zero help and just down right rude as I was trying to come up with ideas. It cost $0 to be nice to folks especially potential customers, I dont know how they do any business with anyone if they act like that! Would highly disreccomend this place!! And for what its worth this is the first time I have taken the time to write a review about any business in my life.

Very rude. Zero customer services skills and unprofessional. Will never work with them or rcoend them. The lady on the phone was very rude, wouldnt let me speak, and hang up on me as all I was asking was why a specific type of sign couldnt be used on a building.

Great graphic designers, but they never stay long enough to make a rapport with customers. Owner is bossy, brusque, and very micro-managing when you are working on a design with her employee. Location is awkward and it is difficult to park. Disappointed.
