Incredible! FIVE STAR .. I was amazed at how efficient these guys worked. They have an army of very skilled workers that come in and do the job in no time at all. I learned about Only Trees as a referral and cannot be more pleased with them, I’ll definitely be a repeat customer of theirs. Sam came out and gave me a very reasonable quote for my sabal palms and coconut trees! They are incredibly skilled maneuvering their machines so as not to hurt or damage anything in or near your yard. The sabals were overgrown and needed thinning. They were cut cleanly without incidents and cleaned up the yard afterwards leaving nothing behind. Volkic (not sure of his name spelling) was the incredible man who removed 150+ coconuts from 3 of my coconut trees without damaging any fronds as I like my cocos full…just amazing and all within 20-30 minutes.Do not look any further for a tree service when you have ONLY TREES available for your area.

Had a great experience! Needed a very gangly tree trimmed, they came out, gave a quote, it was booked and my tree was trimmed wonderfully and there was absolutely no debris left behind. I will certainly use this company again!!

I needed oak tree to be removed (about 20-25ft tall and 20in diameter at the base ) as it was to close to my house and encroaching on the house, branches overhanging and rubbing on my roof. After initial call they gave my an estimate in about 2h that was better then two others estimates from local tree services. They came one week later on time. The work was excellent. The guy cutting the branches and trunk was a true virtuoso with his chainsaw hanging about 20ft above ground in bucket lift mounted on a truck, it was fun to watch him at work. After all was cut the cleanup crew jump in and all was done in less than hour.I can highly recommend this company, they are professional, well organized and just gained one more very satisfied customer.

Sam and his crew managed to fit us into the schedule last year ahead of a hurricane. They bent over backwards to accommodate us and did a thorough, professional job for a very reasonable price. Guess who were calling this year? Only Trees and Sam!

These guys are the best. Fair prices, excellent work, good clean up. We especially like Sam. He is very knowledgeable. Just call early as he gets very booked up towards the fall.

I would highly recommend Only Trees. Local family in the community that does a tremendous job. Came out and had a huge section of my oak tree that was struck by lightning removed before 12 noon. Efficient clean and fast. Extremely friendly customer service and very prompt with timing of the appointment. I would recommend them again and again.

If you want the best job done, by professional workers under expert supervision, ONLY TREES is the obvious choice. We have been using ONLY TREES for about 15 years. They were here on time this morning, supervised by Sam, who has extensive knowledge of local trees and foliage. What a well-managed and carefully executed operation. A couple of the trees removed were quite difficult to extract due to surrounding and underlying fence and foliage. It was flawless!

Great service, easy to work with and fair prices. I worked with Brandon and found him to be very knowledgeable and easy to work.I would highly recommend this company. My areca palms had grown out of control, his crew took care of the problem.

Only Trees just did a job for my 89 year old mother. Had to wait awhile for them to get to us but it was well worth it. They came on time with a crew. They were polite, very neat and accommodating. They did what they said they would for the price and were very good about cleaning up after the job. Would recommend them to anyone! A1 job!

I must say that this company has the worst customer service that one can experience with it, begins from their sales rep through one of their owner Carrie. I used them once, but I will never use their services again, they don’t have any respect towards customers. There is plenty of tree services companies out there who provide a much better customer satisfaction. It’s a good thing that tree trimming services in our area it’s not a monopoly, and we still have plenty of options to choose from.

1st time home owner. So lucky to have come in contact with this great family owned business. Steve, the owner, and his crew transformed my yard way better than I could have ever imagined. Above and beyond customer service. Brandon, their Certified Arborist, really knows his stuff. Their crew is super professional and very efficient. It only took them 90 minutes to transform my yard which would have taken me days. They trimmed my oak tree, pine tree, Sabal palm, dug out a stump, and so much more, so fast. Definitely will be calling them again when its time. Its like my yard was overhauled. Thank you again everyone at Only Trees for all of your hard work.

Must have been a bad day.... Ive dealt with Only Trees the past 3 years. I had my usual guy, Sam, come out to give us a estimate 3 weeks ago. I called the very next day to schedule with Teri. She assured me, at that time, we would be contacted when the crew was in the area and they would do the job. I contacted her the next day to let them know we were going on vacation for 10 days and would have someone staying here if they showed up. She said they would call us. Its now been 3 weeks and no phone call or messages. When I called this morning, I was lectured that we are NOW on the list to have work done. It was probably the most unprofessional conversation Ive had with someone in a long time. I cancelled the work to be done since I spent $200 to have someone stay at my house to wait on them. Something that was not factored in. I didnt get to say anything while she continued to lecture me about how the situation changes on a daily basis ...( at 8:15 in the morning ) Must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed..!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING

I contacted Only Trees 3 weeks ago and they sent Leo out to give me an estimate the same day. Leo was professional and courteous. Estimate was fair for removing 2-40 Coconut Palms, and trimming up 8 Coconut Palms and 1-20 Canary Island Date Palm. We made a date for Leos crew to come out and perform the work. Leo called me the morning of the work, went over the job again and said his crew would be there in the afternoon which they were. 8 men showed up in all the safety equipment and 2 hours later, they left, yard clean and with no damage to house, fences and other vegetation. Crew was polite and hard working. Price was what Leo quoted. I will definitely call Leo next year for the same excellent service!

Incredible company from top to bottom. They show up for the quote, they show up to complete the job, they work hard, and my trees have never looked better. Best of all, no mess in my yard, they hauled it all of with their chipper and truck. Well done. Only Trees. I just wish they had other divisions, Only lawns, Only windows, Only roofs.

Had Sam come give me a quote. The dude talked my head off, but to his credit, gave me a fair price for the work. Then he said someone would come do the work the following. A week goes by no call, no nothing. I call customer service, leave voicemail, no response. Then call Sam and he answers that I’m on the schedule and he’s call back later that day to confirm. No call back, leave voicemail and text, still haven’t heard anything. Thanks but no thanks...

I would simply hire this company because of the wonderful family the owners are! Shannon and her husband are great business people who have your best interest at heart! So hire them if you want someone who cares about the service they provide as well as if you want your work done right the first time!

I called Only Trees to get a quote to have 7 large trees removed from my property. I was told by the person that answered the phone that my name and number would be turned over to a representative that would call me back within 48 hours to arrange for a quotation. A week later still no call.I received a same day quote from their competition. Id recommend finding another firm. They dont appear interested.

I couldnt hire these guys regardless of how hard I tired. In the spring I had an appointment with Sam, and he didnt show. When I called an hour past my scheduled time, he was stuck on a job in Hobe Sound, and couldnt make it. Nice consideration of my time to let me know youd be late or cancel. Now, in the fall, I left my name and number to reschedule again, and I am still waiting for a return call.

Leo came to my house the same day he was contacted and gave a reasonable estimate and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The crew did a fabulous job and left my front yard and backyard spotless!

Terrible customer service. Job was not completed. When I emailed Only Trees, and expressed my discontent for the unfinished job, I was emailed a very condescending email from Shannon Vecchio, who I believe is one of the owners. Instead of apologizing, and sending her crew to finish the job, she sent me a link to the Town of Jupiter palm tree trimming code. And told me that her company follows this standard. REALLY??? Thats how you handle a situation where your company is at fault. I attached pictures to the email showing the unfinished work. Clearly, my palms were not trimmed to The Town code that Shannon claims her company adheres to. I told her I work days, that I have no dog, and my gate is always unlocked, to just come any day, anytime and finish the job. I received no reply and nobody has come to finish the job. In short do not use this company, there are many other reputable tree trimming companies in the area.

Came out to the workers cutting/trimming a tree over my car. Didn’t notify me (business card is on the dash) or the management company who hired them to get my vehicle moved before just laying sawdust and potentially a tree branch on my car.

Blind Arborist, yes they have a blind Arborist working for them. I hired them to trim EVERY tree in the yard & they did except for 1 tree. I asked why this tree was missed? Response- it wasnt on the list- The Aborist made the list... The tree sticks out like a sore thumb and they wont come trim it.

Have been using only trees for several years, always fair with their prices and great value.Would highly recommend.

Professional - Punctual - All Business. I was impressed. They arrived on time. Less than 90 minutes later they were done trimming 3 large carrotwood trees and a large black olive plus one sabal palm to my exact specifications. They used a large bucket truck to trim the tops of the carrotwoods. They used a chipper to haul everything off. No mess to clean up. I have hired this company 2 times and would hire them again will no hesitation.It costs them time and money to get up a crew, a bucket truck and chipper plus travel time and fuel. If you have say 3 or 4 neighbors that want their trees trimmed at the same time as you then you might get a lower estimate as a group. I plan to try that next time.

They never answer the phone.

I had a very large tree removed from my back yard, Only Trees did a perfect job. The tree was removed, not a trace remained, they have my highest recommendation.

In response to the lady who was involved in an accident with one of our trucks. Youre very lucky our driver was alert and able to avoid hitting you broadside after you attempted to cross in front of him. You were ticketed for the accident and your insurance paid for ALL of the repairs to our vehicle. Youre accusations in the review are libelous and court action can be brought against you.

When they give you a quotes, they will double the price when the work starts. Also they wanted a blanket contract for the rest of the year. Do not trust this company.

Just like the others I had an issue booking with them as well, I called to get an estimate and was told next day he would show up and give me an estimate, he didnt show OR call! When I called them on sat to see why they didnt come Friday they tried to make it my fault somehow and how I was in the wrong for needing an estimate ASAP ? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!
