A big shout out to Tracy who made my appointment painless. Any time I have blood taken (Quest, doctors offices, hospital) they cant find a vein and go thru my hand which is very painful. Because of Tracys technique, she got blood thru my arm and I did not feel a thing!!!!! THANK YOU TRACY:) In addition, the facility is huge, spotless and the process is efficient - I was in and out in 20 minutes.

The lady working this morning at the lab was amazing. I think her name was Trish. She was working by herself and still managed to be pleasant and proficient . The text sent to my phone we’re prompt and she made my 2 hour panel test doable.

Im 100%sure that there is only one lady working here and it looks like she is the telephone operator/insurance verification processor/greeter/scheduler/patient chart filer/phlebotomist/lab tech/janitor/inventory receiver/employer/employee/part-time shift leader/full-time shift leader/human that should not have to wear soo many hats for such a “well known” company. I didn’t have an appointment but my walk-in wait was about 15mins. I was surprised to find that she communicated with no one else in the office and handled everything solo and so well. I sat and observed for 2hours (because of my gestational glucose test) and realized that for the amount of responsibility she has on a daily basis, she should own this company. She was organized, easily took my blood and was fluent in everything she did as if no one else was needed. If this office is expecting 5stars without investing in more employees, then Labcorp is just plain CHEAP, and GOD BLESS THE HEART OF THAT WOMAN if a dozen people walk-in simultaneously expecting to wait less than 15mins for service. Nonetheless I know that this location can NEVER expect more customers without hiring more employees. Unless, of course, she is the HR manager and hires herself since it seems as though this office wants to clone her for every duty needed in this facility. Lol

Since Had an appointment today at 3:00 checked in online waited in the car as it prompts 30 mins goes by no response I knock on the door no one answered call their number and gives me a person that’s not at their location and which they couldn’t help me. I took time off of work and no one is here for my scheduled appointment. They truly deserve 0 stars no one has contacted me or reached out they obviously don’t care

Not sure why this place has such a poor overall rating. The two ladies Ive had the pleasure of having my blood drawn with have been amazing and fast! The office is extremely clean compared to other LabCorps and other labs offices. Checking in is so much easier with the check in kiosk and makes everything go much smoother for everyone. I drive all the way from Stuart just to go to this LabCorp.

I had a 2hr glucose test scheduled for 11:15, you have to fast all day for this test, no drinks or food. When I arrived the door was locked and no one answered. I waited and knocked for over 15 min. Lunch time was posted from 12-1 so I’m not sure what was going on. They were VERY unprofessional the first time I went as well. Would not recommend

Lisa and Rinika were awesome. This was my second appointment, and just like the first, my experience was great. I was in and out and the ladies were engaging, funny and very professional. I have pretty difficult veins and Lisa was able to draw my blood first try both times!

Would give it 0 stars if that were an option. My husband and I walked in for blood tests. There was nobody at the front desk and nobody in the waiting room. After looking around, we found the sign-in stations behind a divider. We signed in and waited 20 minutes. After no response, my husband knocked on the door. After no answer, he cracked it and saw a lady in an office. He said to her, we have been waiting for 20 minutes. Her response You dont have to be so impatient. She was alone in the office with no patients. We left. We would not go back to LabCorp except we went to the Walgreens LabCorp after that and had exceptional service.

I witnessed a women phlebotomist yell at an 80 year old Women . Completely unprofessional ! This place needs new staff. Insane how they allow this to continue.

Came for a walk-in this morning (blood work/urine analysis) was in and out in 20min! Unprecedented. 🥳

One lady there doing everything . and she rude . i didnt understand the new sign in and she just left me there .
