I have been working here for several months now. This is a small business with a small business mentality, work hard and make money for the business. PSI does design, analysis, assembly and test engineering. In the short few months I have been here I have gotten to directly work on 3 of the 4 of those, and indirectly on all aspects. It is a great place to work and a phenomenal place to learn. My skills are constantly being honed.

Sexual harassment and racism are completely outside the values I have strived to instill in our company since I co-founded it more than 20 years ago. Our policies and employee training are unambiguously against this kind of behavior. Terrible company that doesnt care about their employees!!Sexual harassment as well as racism is tolerated if you are a member of upper management, and therefore sexually harassing or making racial comments to their employees and even customers!!! I would recommend looking for work elsewhere, as this is not a safe and comfortable environment to work in. Absolutely no appreciation or respect for this company as they dont with whomever they interact with (unless your higher up)
