The internet works great, regardless of weather or environmental conditions. The customer service team is really responsive and they send you an email directly when there is the rare outage. No problems or complaints so far, definitely the best option in town. I highly recommend if theyre available in your area. Plus, theyre a locally owned small business, which Im happy to support.

Snow cloud is the best in town if you can get it. Super fast download speeds and excellent customer service. I had an issue with my download speeds due to heavy winds interfering with their equipment. I called and left a message in the middle of the night and the next morning I was on the phone with a tech who was ready and willing to assist me. The very next day, they would have come earlier if not for my schedule, they came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Now my wife and I can download our wedding photos!

I am extremely happy with my service with The Snow Cloud after dealing with GCIs great service. I was set up fast and stream, play video games, and surf the internet with unlimited data...which is great!
