I had spoke to her WEEKS ago about trimming my trees, just to get a quote not to actually do the job. Yes she had a great price but there was no contract agreement set up or a follow up call. The owner and her crew just showed up to my home about to cut my trees! I never called her and she never called me. Again there was no contract signed and all she said was Oh good thing you were here. They never called to ask to do the job or even knock on my door. Only reason I knew they were here was because of my dogs barking. I believe they were about to cut my trees and then charge me without signing a contract agreement or EVEN CHECKING TO SEE IF I WAS HOME! If you you decide to go through them make sure you sign a contract or tell her right away you dont want her. I worry that she will just come unannounced and cut your trees without you there.

Very nice couple! Showed up when they said they would, which is a big plus for us. Weve experienced no call/no shows from many companies in this town. They gave us a great price, and went above and beyond our expectations, making sure they did the job right. They even hauled off some old limbs for us, along with what they had cut. Very friendly and professional.I highly recommend Timber Wolf. 5 stars!
