Great mechanic for all your needs. Inexpensive for an oil change, compared to places that specialize in fluids/lubrication. Josh at the desk is very friendly, and is realistic with the customers. They do get busy, but theyll definitely take care of you.

I was 2.5 hours from home on a Saturday and my brake line broke. I went to two other places, one could not help because it was a specialty job, and one literally wouldnt help because they were closing in 1.5 hours and the job could take up to2. (He was super rude about it) . I went to Specialty auto care and they fit me in even though the job went past their closing time. They took great care of me and I am so thankful! Great service by the technician that serviced my AC. Explained what he was doing and gave advise about using Freon bought at stores. Pricing was upfront and honest and placed a dye in so that if there was a leak it could be found and to come back right away if my air turned warm. This was my first visit and I do recommend them for AC services. Ill post again after my appointment next week for my muffler. They are very busy but give great attention to their customers and there needs.

Fixed many issues on my car at an affordable price. I love these guys!

My tires were consistently losing air and based upon the advice of a national tire company, was directed towards replacement of the wheels, at a cost of $800 plus.However, based upon the direction of Specialty Auto, they suggested to first, have the wheels cleaned very thoroughly, then reseal the wheel and the tires.For an investment of less than $80, my tires dont leak air any more saving myself $720.Thanks to the great advice of Specialty Auto.

My old coworker told me about this shop when I was having issues with my car about 4 years ago. And since then I’ve been taking my car back ever since. All of the guys that work there are beyond nice, and they will never try to get money out of you compared to other shops or even the dealership. I will never take my car anywhere else, I trust them with everything. And with me having a foreign car I’m not getting charged crazy prices either. I recommend them to anyone I know who’s having car troubles.

This shop was great in customer service. I needed an oil change. I was able to get in right away. I also was hearing noises in my car. Josh was able to detect the problem right away! The guys are a gift from GOD! When I originally went in last week they checked what I went in for and more! Gave me a fair price and a day to come back in! My grandmother and I were really stressed out about getting her truck fixed for the emissions. Today was a great experience they fixed the truck and even took to the emissions to make sure it passed and everything was OK! Im in love with this business and recommend everyone! -thanks again!

These guys ripped me off. They are shady. And in general just unprofessional especially to female young women. They had my car tied up for weeks and never fixed the issue and claimed it was hard because the car “is old”. A 2006 is that old? I could see if it was 1999. My air conditioner is still not working after they had my car tied up all last summer and spent $500 for a new compressor. The AC does not work anymore this summer and I’m scared to let them do anything else to my car because of their attitude and my brakes failing after they worked on it . They also didn’t fix my convertible all the way but charged me. Charged me like 350-400 to fix a darn horn that sticks when I press it.Also, they got upset because I was frustrated with my air conditioning and then my brakes “coincidently” failed which I could’ve died and been in a terrible accident. So yeah I’m pretty sure they tampered with my brakes because the boss and his son were super rude to me and my grandparents.

Had a great experience with this place. I know nothing about vehicles but Tony explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Definitely my go to place from now on.

Not only are their prices fair and reasonable, but on several occasions theyve made additional minor repairs (bulbs, missing fasteners/nuts) at no charge.My wife used to always make me take cars in for service because mechanics frequently treated her in a condescending manner, but shes happy to go here as they are always respectful and explain everything theyre doing.I highly recommend Specialty Auto; theyre what every auto shop should aspire to. They look out for the customer. Other places jack up the parts prices and labor. Call for an appointment or go in at 8 am for faster service.

Fantastic service all around! Had my HHR in for an estimate to replace the entire front end suspension. Not only were they the most reasonable quote I had gotten, they were able to work with my limited budget to make sure I got two new front tires and a an alignment as well. Then a week later we brought my wifes Balzer in for an alignment to find out all four ball joints needed replaced. Once again, they came through big-time in making everything affordable.

I had been to 3 other shops. Everyone else was interested in turning a quick dime on someone that knew little about cars. Tony took care of me. He met us out in the lot, popped the hood, and listened for a second before telling me what 3 other shops couldnt.This shop has been taking care of my mother-in-law for years. Great service and 0 hassle.Ill be coming back to Tony for a long time.Update: Tony was right! Because of his looking at my car, I was able to get my car to CarMax just as my engine DIED. Tony saved me, potentially, from a serious accident and/or hours of headaches.He has earned a customer in me for my new car. Im already planning on getting in to see him as soon as I am able.

Miguel is very Nice! Also the shop gets the job done right. They also let you know in advance if something else needs to be done. Upfront and as for cost not too expensive.

Fast, effective, above and beyond service! I have a VW, so it can be hard to find a mechanic that can work on my car sometimes. The mechanics here fixed all the little things they noticed wrong with my car in the process of fixing the bigger things. The pricing was reasonable, and they work quickly but still very well. My car issues were diagnosed, quoted, and fixed in one day. I highly reccommend, especially to VW owners!!
