I love the WorkSocial! I was looking for an office space so that I could get out of the house (especially during covid with two kids at home) and WorkSocial was perfect as an office space and so much more. My first day here I was more efficient and productive than 2 weeks at home.First of all, the staff are incredible - so nice, warm and welcoming. They were always so helpful with anything I needed. The offices are beautiful, the desks are comfortable (standing up desks too!) and the kitchen is stocked with healthy food choices. I love coming here every day and would highly recommend this space to anyone! :)

I have a virtual office account with Work Social. David and his staff do a great job handling my mail and sending me updates when I have new mail. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. When I drop by on Thursdays they also invite me to their complimentary social lunches!

Im not a WorkSocial tenant (yet), however I like everything about the company and its environment. I can tell a lot of time and attention is paid to the details, and towards enhancing the customer experience. Being located in the Newport section of Jersey City is a major win as well. I look forward to utilizing their services!

We used their conference room for a short workshop and had a great experience. Everything was clean, bright, and in great working order. Their team was courteous and professional. Would definitely choose them again for a similar event.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly: One of the worst companies Ive had to deal with. The owners come off pleasant at first but its a facade. The wife has made some insensitive comments while the husband, who may be mistaken as the owner tries to strong arm people. They do not honor written agreements and purposely do not return deposits. The moment you give them your deposit, dont hold your breath on getting it back. You witness what they do to other tenants but with the mannerisms in which they conduct themselves with you, you never think youll become a victim. They uphold themselves as though they are here to help small companies but proceed with caution. If youre not careful, you may think some of the jargon they use are compliments. In reality, they are insulting you if you pay close attention. They will put you out of your office that you paid and signed an agreement for if someone else is willing to pay more to put you out. They have a lot of resources and amenities that do help you with expansion but again, proceed with caution. I bid you luck in your dealings.

The WorkSocial team is fantastic! They are professional, kind and courteous. They truly care about making your work expierence the best that it can be. The office is clean and the kitchen is always well stocked with healthy food. I highly recommend using their services.

I cant say enough on how amazing the WorkSocial office space is. The staff is soo nice and always going above and beyond to make everyone happy. Heres the thing. Ive only started using their facilities, and cannot sing their praises loudly enough. Heres why:- RESPONSIVE staff. Not only are the staff very friendly and personable, while being professional and really good at maintaining a neat and tidy shared space, theyre also on top of their responsiveness game. If I make a request, they either have anticipated that need already, and are in the process of making it happen, or theyre happy to take it under advisement. Knowing that Im being listened to makes me not have to worry about the facilities.- Proactive staff. They know how to spot a disaster long before it happens, and plan and implement ways to fix it before it hits. They anticipated an increased amount of Internet traffic (even though the speeds are blazing fast, and Ive had no complaints), so theyre in the process of upgrading the WiFi /now/, and not when its choking.- Knowledgeable staff. When I ask a question, one of the people running the place either knows the answer off the top of their head, or knows exactly where to /find/ the answer and respond to me promptly. Remember how I mentioned how responsive they are? This ties into that.- There are monthly networking events, where they invite everyone who rents office space here, as well as various other people who work in the building, so that we can build bridges between the work that we do, and the services that they offer. Ive met some really cool people there.- They understand the need for communal spaces, where everyone can relax and have a quick chat, versus office spaces where you need your privacy. That said, the Work Social community is a fairly friendly one, and we find each other collaborating on things that involve work or personal passions when theres a bit of spare time in the middle of the day. Knowing that Ive got a lawyer, a web dev guy, and an IT consulting firm right around the corner is awesome, because I know that I dont have far to travel to get my needs met.- Its next door to a bunch of restaurants in walking distance, the PATH train is across the street (as well as the light rail), the building is on the water, so walking to the building is a pleasant time when theres a nice ocean breeze coming in, and there are windows everywhere. The office space is bright and filled with natural light.- And of course the most important thing: Free. Snacks. Theres a pantry filled to the top with various things to nibble on. The fridge has a bunch of beverage options. I can get flavoured creamer, almond milk, or 2% milk for my coffee or tea. Theres a reverse osmosis water system, where you can get hot or cold water with the touch of a button. And, every now and then (OK, pretty much every day), theyll set out food that you could easily use to make lunch happen.Its really a great place to work, and being able to put your facilities issues to rest completely, because these folks have your back makes it possible for you to just focus on being your best self.
