Amazing location, amazing space! I moved to jersey city to be closer to work and management made the move so easy. They were so easy to get in touch with and answered every single question I had. I am looking forward to meeting the tenants here and settling in to our new home!

It was a pleasure meeting the management staff as well as our leasing manager on site. The amenities really comes through in CMPND from co-op offices to the gym and yoga facilities. Great place to meet other fur babies and rooftop NYC views.The place sells itself.

They are the best coworking membership based spaces I came across in the area. Good layouts, great quality and design furniture and they throw a lot of amenities in whereas others charge. Free coffee and printing which is very convenient.

Perfect location. Great amenities. Cant say enough to rave about this space.
