Great apartments. Awful management office. Strong, nasty smells in the gym (people please shower, I beg you). Noisy water pipes in the wall, I cant sleep well since I moved in.

Lived here for three years now. Excellent staff and location, good maintenance, ok amenities (not the best, but well above average considering the price and location). I have no complaints really.

Very close to city. Great and clean apartments. Friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance requests are fulfilled very promptly.

Nice building and location. Extremely bad people though. The management office is simple horrible! Never ever want to do business again with this company, including all of its properties.

ROACHES! Waited 20 minutes to see apartment. Dirty lobby and management/broker never showed up. As we waited a tenant came down to complain about roaches in her dishwasher and kitchen. We opted to leave. ✌🏼 #chicpea
