Als delivered a refrigerator to ky daughters apartment and forgot the bottom shelf. My daughter nor myself havent been able to contact anyone from the store.

Paid for washing machine drain holder to be installed for new washer . He just places under the machine did not install and cause water damage to my floor .Unprofessional did not return call .. did not give receipts. They are scammers

I was having difficulty with my refrigerator leaking and flooding all over my apartment. Al was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He arrived promptly on time and immediately assessed the situation and corrected it. His prices are extremely reasonable and he does not try to rip you off. I will definitely do business with him in the future. Excellent experience!

Bought a refrigerator 1 month ago and stopped working completely. Called on tuesday no one picked the phone up, call Wednesday and they said that they will send some one to repair it on saturday they never came, kept calling and they never answer the phone. I kept calling today and still no answer, please stay away from this place they unprofessional and thieves.

My washer machine broke. I called Sat and I was told they will call me back. Nothing.Called Monday, I was told they have only one truck only working and they will come late in the afternoon. I didnt go to work and waited. Nothing.I called today Tuesday. I was told that definitely they will come TODAY . I didnt go to work . It is Tuesday 6 PM and N O T H I N G.

They deserve 0 star. Totally unprofessional. Made appointment twice and nobody showed up and not even bothered to call back. I had to call and cancel the services. I wouldnt recommend this services to anyone.

My dryer stopped working, I read some reviews on YellowPages that these guys were reliable. I called and scheduled an appointment. 1st time they never showed up. Called back and was told they would send someone out ASAP. Never Happened. Third time, I got put on hold and was hung up on. These guys arent organized and dont deserve anyones business. Stay Away
