I asked them to come and assess an issue with our kitchen faucet. They came to my house, spent a minute looking at the sink and told me I needed a new faucet and proceeded to quote me $750 to replace it. We ended up buying a sink at Lowe’s for $140 and hiring someone else to install it for $200. I’m glad I had the sense to tell them their quote was absurd. Beware.

I have had Aladdin Plumbing out twice for different items. Once for toilet repair and once for sewer cleaning. I had a great experience both time. They did repairs same day, were reasonably priced and very friendly. Alex was great and explained everything very thoroughly.

Excellent plumbing service. Ron asked if there were any other issue than the one I called on. When I shared with him a decade old sewer cleaning issue he was able to tell me how it needed to be fixed when other expect couldnt or wanted to dig up the entire front yard. That will be a call for another day. In the meantime my original problem is fixed quickly and efficiently have the knowledge to maintain it. Very impressed.

Zero customer service skills by the technician and they throw random outrageous quotes for work without any breakdown. Whats worse is they have an outrageous service fee of $150. Avoid these guys at all costs!

Scheduled an appointment for my furnace, they didnt show up. Called and was told they would come the next day. Meanwhile i just wasted the last 5 hours and its 20 degrees outside.

The best thing is their emergency services. Their services are for 24 hours a day. I schedule the service appointment and they sort out my AC issue.

They do not have a location in Jersey City... one of their employees just lives there... I have reported them to Google. They are a sham of a company!
