Do not go here. Their customer service is beyond horrible. We wanted a simple thing done for our computer. We needed office and a very specific program installed along with a virus scan/cleanup. We were told that the project would take thirty minutes or maybe a little longer and that we could have the computer delivered to us same day. Three days passed with no results. We called THEM after two days instead of them calling us to check up on the progress of the project. We were given very unprofessional excuses as to why it was not delivered on time. Once the laptop was ready on the third day, the only way we found out was by stopping by their office since no one would answer the phone. When we arrived no one looked up from their computer to make a greeting. I had to say hello? for anyone to notice I entered the office. I then had to wait on my invoice to be typed up even though my laptop was sitting there ready to go. We got home and discovered that all of the programs we needed were not installed. I called back and was told there was a miscommunication. We were told that the other program we needed would be an additional charge (radically high and of which we were never informed). They then offered to UNINSTALL office and refund us an hour of work... At this point we had already paid well over what we were quoted. We were overcharged and misinformed. Point to note is that this company has poor customer service and terrible communication/follow through for their customers. I have never had an experience like this before dealing with a computer company. #mmg
