When they showed up to do the work they said it would take longer than expected and wanted to come a few days later but wanted to change the quote. It was totally unexpected. We were in the middle of an upgrade to our house, with new windows and siding going in. I did not have time for a tree to fall, especially not in the front yard. Without warning, a major branch of the tree in our front yard came crashing down and I could see the inner core of the tree ... it was done! The whole tree would fall over someday soon! It was just a matter of time.When I mentioned this to one of my daughters on the phone, she was sad, because she had watched me plant it. This Bradford Pear Tree blossomed every April and we looked forward to it. But now it had to go! Life happens!So now the search was on to find someone to cut down what was left, to get it out of there, and to grind out the stump, not something I am looking to do every week or even every ten years. Who to call? What will this cost me?I wanted to call someone local, someone who was competent and honest, a hard-working entrepreneur who takes pride in a job well done and provides good value for the money. So I took out my phone and Googled for a local tree service provider. And there was Aarons Tree Services at the top. A real person answered my call and I was so grateful to hear that they were able to drop by within the hour. And they did just that!A few days later Aarons Tree Service came with everything needed to remove my tree and its stump. The whole operation took about 30 minutes. It was not a large tree. They were fully equipped, beginning with a large box truck to haul away the chips and a very large capacity wood chipper that could easily handle this trees trunk.In addition, they had a grappling machine that grabbed my tree like a large gorilla would. Then there was the stump grinder, which made short work of the base of my (former) tree.All this was done quickly and safely, and without damage to my lawn, which was an added bonus. While one person was operating the grappler and the stump remover, the other person operated the chipper and cleaned up the mess of leaves on my lawn.As they pulled away, I was very happy with the results. They cared about doing a good job because they were the owners of the business. With decades of experience, they knew what they were doing. And so I am highly recommending Aarons Tree Services if you are ever unfortunate enough to need a tree removed.

I highly recommend Aaron’s tree service. They were very friendly and gave us a very reasonable estimate for our tree removal. They worked very efficiently, and did an awesome job of taking the tree down safely and removing the stump thoroughly.

Great service. Very easy to work with and had no issues from start to finish. They also went above and beyond to pull down a widow maker from a nearby tree even though it was not originally quoted. I would defiantly call again for any future tree care needs!

I had a large spruce tree up close to my house that needed to be removed. Aaron’s quote for the job was lower than 2 other companies.They had great communication with me from start to finish. The job was completed as scheduled. I was amazed at how undisturbed the yard was at completion. The cleanup was awesome with no trace of tree residue in the yard and no damage to the yard or sprinkler system.I have a similar tree on the opposite side of the house that will need to be removed in the spring and I’ll definitely call Aaron’s again.

Mark was able to give me a very fair quote on having a broken branch removed that was stuck up in the tree and have it taken care of much sooner than any other service could. Once they were done with the job it looked like they were never there. It was nice that Mark was also there the day the job was completed to see it through.

This is the third time we have used Aarons for tree service at our home. This time we had them remove 8 dead/dying trees and did stump grinding on 7 of them. The work was done efficiently and effectively. The clean up was done well. They even relocated 2 large boulders and a large fallen branch. We had previously recommended Aarons to our neighbor. While they were onsite, Aarons was able to quote and perform work for this neighbor. It worked out well for all parties.

Ive had Aaron and his crew cut down several trees in my yard in Grand Rapids. They did tree removal, stump grinding and cleaned everything up afterwords. They were in and out and did a great job. They were also much more affordable than the other 2 tree service quotes I got from a couple other companies. I will use them again in the future if needed.

I called Aarons for an estimate to have a couple of small trees removed. I received a prompt response and Mark was out within a couple of days. While discussing additional trimming needed and finding out the reasonable charge, I agreed to having the work done. It was completed 5 days later and I was extremely happy with it. Aarons came today and cut down 3 trees and trimmed 3 or 4 branches from another tree. Also, without being asked they uprooted some trouble- some mulberry bushes saving us a lot of work. I recently used Aarons tree service to remove three large trees from my property. One tree was overhanging a nearby utility line and another was overhanging my garage. Aarons was able to take them down without any issue whatsoever.I would have no qualms about using them again, or about recommending them to others.

Called Aarons Tree Service after a pear tree in our back yard split during a windstorm . Aaron came out in short time, day or two, and gave us a figure for removing tree, brush and stump. They came at exactly time promised and went to work. When they finished our tree was just a memory. Not even a leaf remained. The rate seemed fair, it was in the ball park of other quotes we received. We had some trouble scheduling, it took 2 weeks to get them there (thats why 4 stars), but the job was completed successfully and they did a good job of cleaning up. We would use them again.
