Not sure how they do business, but their driver headed west on Interstate 74 between Danville, IL and Champaign, IL this morning at around 7:30 planted himself in the passing lane for about 15 miles and backed up the interstate about half a mile. Dangerous.*raised my rating due to the response from the business. Appreciate that they own up and try to improve.

Worst shipping times i have ever experienced. i have been waiting over 3 weeks for an important item and all i ever get is run around when i complain. my item is literally 4 hrs away fron me and they cant deliver

Beware of this company. If your package is coming thru Meyer Logistiic…CANCEL IT!!!! Each delivery date we were given was pushed back AGAIN and. AGAIN!!! We were told our package was being loaded on the delivery truck two weeks ago! NEVER RECEIVED IT!

This is a terrible delivery company. I but a lot of products that are delivered via LTL, so have some basis for what to expect. Timeline of my delivery:Aug 20th: item arrived in their warehouseAug 26th: after no contact from Meyer, I called themAug 27th: Denise calls me back and says she scheduled delivery on Aug 30thAug 30th - Sept 2nd: no delivery, no phone call about the delivery. Denise does not return any messages I left on a daily basis.Sept 3rd - I call and demand to speak to a supervisor vs continually being dumped to her VM. Im told the route manager (Denise) is the only one that can help me, and that now my delivery is scheduled for Sept 7-11th.Sept 4th - my item is unceremoniously dropped in my front yard, with the box ripped open on one side and taped together on the other. No call or heads up about a delivery despite the instructions on the BOL.Oh, and their tracking website (which looks like it was last updated when AOL was the largest internet provider) still shows that my item is in a warehouse 90 miles away.Save yourself a headache and dont use this carrier.

HORRIBLE customer service. Cant get a human on the phone and when I did, she dumped me into someones voicemail.UPDATE: 8/31/21 - Even though I didnt get a call back, I had sent an email to an email address I located and did get a response and the delivery was made today which helped save our vacation plans. Very helpful people. Even they couldnt deliver on time they found and shipped my freight package with another company coming through town to get it to me by the delivery date. Hands down great company.

Do not choose this delivery company! They do not even have insurance! These guys delivered a package to my house, they also broke the back window of my truck and did not even try to help me fix it. The most horrible delivery place you can possibly imagine. Very unprofessional! Unresponsible. I am surprised these guys did not get shut down! The guy I spoke to was named Mel, very unprofessional and very rude!

I don’t know how this company is in business. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I will be filing a formal complaint with BBB and notifying my bank. Every week my delivery gets pushed back for over a month now. I am leaving out of state and this makes it even more difficult to receive if I’m not here and it all of a sudden decides to show up over a month after expected delivery. I would pay double the rate just to avoid them. Never again... I keep calling the customer service number and I keep getting automated message telling me nobody is available to take my call... what a joke. The world would be a better place without company’s like Meyers Logistics.

We have been working with Meter for the last few years and I will say that the customer service is excellent. The people that work there take pride in what they do and what their job is we have dealt with several other companies in by far I would tell you to the customer service and to help you getting your products and pricing you need to Matt is top notch!!

My order from 3rd party was sent via Meyer Logistics. My order arrived at Meyer Logistics Visalia which is 45 minutes from me on May 5th and 10th and was expected to be delivered to me week of May 17th. Today, June 3rd I received my order. Meyer Logistics website for tracking says due to COVID-19 to expect delay of delivery by a few days. It has been 3 weeks I receiced order.

Purchased a truck bed liner then saw the logistics company in charge of delivery, Meyer Logistics... Read the reviews and man did they live up to them. ETA was about a month ago now, every week they keep pushing it back, Ive read people never get their packages. Im probably going to have to get a refund or something. Contacted your complaint department twice with no help. Just blatant lack of care for customers. Do us all a favor and go out of business please, this isnt a service its more like a general disservice.

If u buy something and see meyer logistics is supposed to bring it, cancel your order immediately and go elsewhere, these guys are terrible slow, if you decide to wait and see if it comes, your just wasting your time, I ordered a fender march 23 on March 25 it showed up at meyer the ETA kept getting pushed off until finally 13 days later I picked it up at there warehouse 3 and a half hours from my house because they were simply not getting it delivered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS LOUSY COMPANY.

May be the WORSE logistics company I have ever came across. I called them 12x yesterday to assist with a delivery and no one EVER answered the phone!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They have had my roof top tent for a month now. They have pushed the delivery date back 3x so far and cant guarantee a delivery date. The Ontario location only has 2 drivers at the moment and dont allow Will Call pick up. They could possibly have better ratings if they hired someone to stay there at the warehouse and allow Will Call pickup. This whole thing where the delivery dates keep getting pushed back is unacceptable. Calling doesnt get you anywhere and TJ Schwartz comes off very rude over emails. IF YOU CAN SHIP WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, DO IT!!! GO WITH ANOTHER SHIPPING COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY FROM MEYER LOGISTICS!!!

Very poor customer service ordered an item you had to be home to sign for .three times they have marked it out for delivery over a weeks time , Which means I had to take off to be home to accept delivery three separate days. Still have not received the package have tried for five days to contact the company when you call They say no one available to take your call finally after five days got in touch with a representative representative only to be told there’s nothing they can do If I could give them zero stars I would will definitely be asking for my delivery charge back

I ordered a new tailgate a month ago from CarID. I received confirmation from CarID that my product was sent to your facility for delivery to me back in July. Every week youve pushed back my delivery by a few days and everytime Ive asked about it, Ive been either met with no answered calls, rerouting through your call tree, being hung up on after waiting and even after managing to get through to someone, Im told, Sorry, were experiencing difficulties due ti covid.Cool. Ive been patient as Covid has made things more difficult. I accept that. However I call yesterday, reach a guy and he tells me that, yeah the docking location your part is at has 2 active workers so i wouldnt expect your delivery for another week or two. He confirmed my part was at a docking facility.I even asked, Hey, Maryland isnt too far, can I just got pick it up? and the guy was nice enough but ultimately said it would be pointless because the two workers wouldnt be there anyway since theyre making deliveries too.Your one job is to deliver my product. Today I get an email not too long ago saying my item isnt able to be located and, as Im interpreting, that I NEED to contact my original order company to order a replacement part.This is just unacceptable and very sad.

My heart sunk when I got a tracking number from CarID that had this companys name and I went out to read reviews. I wanted to counter what I read, because my experience was much different. I ordered an 85lb. part that came halfway across the country in just a few days. The tracking was up to date, and I received a text message from the freight driver on the morning of delivery asking if Id be home. He showed up when he said he would, was friendly, and the item was dropped off in my garage. These guys performed perfectly.

Why anyone would use this shipping outfit blows me away. They lost part of an order shipped to me for weeks. There are so many better options out there. STAY AWAY!!!

We use Meyer Logistics daily at our RV dealership. On time delivery, accurate parts pulls, & super friendly drivers coupled with the very affordable rates are all reasons why we use and will continue to use this company!

Ordered ARB bumper on the 18th, was delivered on the 28th. Driver was kind, and even helped me load the pallet into the back of my van! Updates were accurate and all things considered with COVID, I think Meyer Logistics did a great job getting me my bumper.

Air conditioner they are delivering for me has been sitting on a dock for 2 weeks not 2 miles from where I work in Little Rock. Theyve pushed the delivery date back a week twice. Its Summer. Im not happy. Would probably not chose to do business again with a company that relies on them for delivery. Will probably just cancel the order and let them eat the delivery cost.

Overall, very happy with their service. Ordered a car part from TX to AL; the shipping was very fast and the part arrived in great condition. However, the delivery driver had to be asked to hang around while the part was inspected, and the company from which the part came from warned (in an email) that upon arrival the package would need to be inspected AND signed for. Meyer Logistics said a signature wasnt needed, and I fear would have simply left an expensive car part sitting on the front porch should there have been no one home to receive it at the time of delivery. Thankfully there were no issues, but had there been I, the customer, would have had to go through several extra steps (and Im sure extra charges) to have the part returned and the issue resolved.

They really were able to deliver larger packages across the country for a reasonable price. Thanks

Lost my package. $550 dollar package just disappeared somewhere in a Maryland warehouse. After four months, they decided to cancel the delivery. Pretty much a big Good Luck! Attached in an email. Avoid this company if you want your packages delivered.

I ordered a bumper on August 22nd, Meyer Logistics got it on August 25th. Today is September 11th the order is not delivered yet. The delivery date is keep going back. It was very tough to contact them then I offered them if they can’t deliver my order I will pick it up from the warehouse it’s 30 minutes drive from my home, they didn’t accept my offer and have not delivered yet. Idk how long I have to wait more. It’s been 17 days I’m waiting for. My home is not really far from their location it’s just 30 minutes away, make it easy either deliver it or let me pick it up. I will never buy anything who using this company for delivery

Meyer and car id is some of the most horrible companies ive ever delt with you can hardly get them on the phone bought a hood on that they ended up didnt have in stock and refuse to give a refund since it already shipped but have only created a tracking number and had the audacity to tell me it was delivered I send them screen shots of the tracking that says eta NOT DELIVERED and hasnt had a update since 8/22 and I said in what a empty box? I didnt get one of those either bought on 8/21 as of 9/9 still no hood no refund.

Horrible company. Multiple calls, multiple voicemails, multiple emails. Have never been able to talk to a real person. Good luck trying to get any answers. Hours spent trying and it cant be done. They say customers are important, HAHAHA! They dont even want to talk to customers and have developed the worlds best phone system for making sure they dont. I have no idea where my shipment is and its 2 weeks overdue. Cant find it, cant even find their Peoria AZ locations. Try it, its impossible.

Very very unprofessional granted I missed the first delivery date because I didnt update my contact info but I did call them and update it but they never called me back to set up a time for the delivery driver to drop off my stuff Ive called and called and they wouldnt return my calls or even leave me a freaking voicemail explaining what they want me to do. Now its been two weeks since I was supposed to get my packages and I still cant get in contact with the shipping manager DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR THIRD PARTY SHIPPING!!!

Id leave negative 10 stars if possible. Ordered a bumper from Autoanything.com. These guys had the bumper from them in 3 days. Took them 2 weeks to schedule a drop at my place. Well they didnt follow through with their delivery. Their site said delivered but it wasnt. Autoanything confirmed they Still have it. Worst company Ive ever dealt with! Ill be filing a report with bbb and possibly Attorney General on this horrible company.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered a 5th wheel hitch from Tweetys.com on Aug 26th. Meyer Logistics picked it up in AZ on Aug 27th, arrived in Stockton, CA on Aug 28th where it still sits. It showed out for delivery 3 days in a row, was even told by someone my package was scanned to the truck on Sept 3rd, never delivered. It has now been showing out for delivery for two more days (for a total of 5 days out for delivery). Almost 2 weeks sitting in their warehouse. I will be contacting Tweetys to see if I can get it delivered a different way

Absolutely horrible company. I’m not the type to write reviews but I have to on this one. I ordered fender flares for my jeep off of extreme terrain. And they used Meyer logistics. The part was ordered on the 6th of June 2020 arrived in Houston (my city) 4 days later on the 10th of June. Meyer never called me to schedule a delivery, it sat in their Warehouse for over 20 days. I kept calling and never got a response, left voicemails never got a call back. They’re so horrible extreme terrain had to cancel it and order it through a different vender. I finally got the package on the 7th of July a month and 1 day after ordering it.PLEASE DO NOT USE MEYER LOGISTICS FOR ANYTHING!

Company never answers the phone or returns calls. Did receive 1 email reply from them telling me my A/C was scheduled for delivery yesterday...guess what, no A/C and the website tracking just keeps back dating the delivery. Its been sitting in Dayton, 1hr away for 10 days now doing nothing. Ughhh

Ordered a couch from Amazon and it was delivered by this company...to a random house almost a mile away from my place! The driver didnt go to the door or he would have found out he was at the wrong place! Just left it sitting in the middle of this womans driveway! (If I could give 0 stars, I would!)

If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would give them a ZERO. They called me to confirm delivery the following day then two days later when item had not been delivered I contacted the vendor only to get a delivery estimate of 4 additional days.

They jump on you for everything you do I got stuck in mud after my Legal U-turn and it count against me as Accident they make me take drug test for being stuck in mud.

Waiting on their response to CarID. Its been a month. Dont know if Ill get my full refund.
