Was very satisfied with Michael. He was prompt, showing up a few minutes earlier than scheduled. His price was fair (actually could have charged for more time but “rounded down”). After dealing with other technical support people over the phone for 3 days in a row - and still having issues, Michael got us up and running with both our e-mail issues and internet issues. Onsite Techs (Michael, the owner) rescued my laptop for a critical business timeline on the weekend, when Staples refused to even look at the problem, claiming (incorrectly) it would require a major intervention. Michael got my MacBook Pro back in working order after my iPad and MacBook both had some kind of hardware failure during the holidays. Needless to say, I was anxious to get something working again. He was very patient as I struggled to provide the information needed to get to my backed up files on my Time Machine and once he had the needed materials he quickly replaced the hard drive, restored the backed up files and installed the latest iOS version. The Mac is back up and running just has it always had and I was pleasantly surprised at the repair price. I highly recommend Onsite Techs to anyone who thinks they might have to replace their computer because of hardware or software issues. In my case I was glad I contacted Michael instead of assuming the older MacBook couldnt be repaired.
