We are so happy with Quality Flooring. I shopped around several places then I went to Quality Flooring. Jim in the showroom was great. He showed me many options and I was able to take several samples home to see how they looked. Once we picked the flooring Jim came out the next day and measured the area and a short time later they were installing our new floors. Brain Hall and his crew were absolutely amazing! They took great care in the install and the finishing touches. We were doing most of our house and they were able to install all of our floors in less than a week. We couldnt have had a better experience. From start to finish five stars all the way! Thank you to Frank, Jim, April, Brian and his crew. By far the best in the business!

From the initial visit with Jim he was super informative and made the whole process super easy without adding any pressure to the sale, he gave us plenty of options and explained the whole process from start to finish. Then install day came Mike and his team (Mr. O’Quinn (my 9 month pregnancy forgetting his first name, and Daniel) were all phenomenal! They all were super friendly, honest, super quick to get the job done and get it done correctly. The Quality Flooring crew showed up on time and got right to work. Alex, the lead installer and his partner ( Wilton) made fast work of checking everything over before they hit the floor running. 100% hassle for the priceReasons why I chose this contractor:- About 9 years ago, Quality Flooring had done our hard floor, and they had done a great job (on time, clean, professional…).Due to accidental water damage in one room, we had to remove the hardfloor and replace it and we would not think of another contractor.Little did we know!What happenedPhase 1: demolition. March 29, 2021This phase was subcontracted but when we discussed a quote, nobody ever mentioned this possibility. I was convinced Quality Flooring would do 100% of the job, like 9 years ago.However, demolition was subcontracted to somebody who was supposed to be coming on Monday March 29 early morning. On Sunday afternoon, the guy texted he would not show up before 12 noon. On Monday late morning, new text saying it was delayed to 1:30 p.m.Part of the team came actually at 2 p.m, and the rest at 3 p.m.Obviously, these people had not been properly instructed about the job. They started working contrary to our agreement with Quality Flooring… with a big caterpillar floor scraper. Complementary noise and dust in all the house included.Moreover, they were very rude, unorganized, shrieking all afternoon.In one word, a C team.Phase 2: new hardfloor installation. March 30Happily that was a (sub-contracted) A team. Clean, efficient, professional.Damaged tilingOn day 1,the jackhammer had broken an adjacent tile.It was finally repaired, and the project ended on June 21.Close to 3 months for a 2-day job!Project ManagementThe first project manager (Alessandro) showed up 10 minutes on Day 1, and never again.He was replaced by Claudio. We never saw him and he disappeared like his predecessor.Finally a 3rd manager (Travis) stepped in and finished the project.Conclusion: when signing the contract, the sales rep had told me that Quality Flooring has been expanding for a few years. Based on our poor experience, I would say it is close to be out of control.Very simply, I would remove the “Quality” before the “Flooring” and replace it with “Hassle”.Never Again!

Jim and his team were very nice walking through different flooring options. They explained the pros and cons of each. Pointed out some of the differences between the different companies. Jim let us take sample boards home on several occasions and even encouraged us to walk on them, drop stuff on them, get them wet, etc. Once we decided on our flooring they did a preinstall visit. Visited twice to measure and calculate how much flooring was needed. The install team of Clemoni and Eric were very professional. They took their time making sure the floors were leveled and the new wood was lined up across the whole house. And they cleaned up after themselves! Found out later they carry the same brand of tile were had installed by another contractor for our baths and laundry rooms If we had known that we would have used them instead of the kitchen and bath folks.

We hired Quality Flooring to install a kitchen back splash for us. Joe Wolfe was our rep and was very professional, got the quote to us back quickly, and followed up to make sure that we were happy with the work. Redi, our installer showed up on time and made sure to communicate with me throughout the installation to make sure that I was happy with the workmanship. He took his time to do a nice job and the pricing was very fair. I would recommend Quality Flooring for tile work and will use them myself again in the future.

Nikki helped us choose tile for our remodel project. They have a good selection of mosaic tile, and large format tile.. The tile arrived in a timely manner. We worked with Jim to find the perfect floor for our home. We had a very pleasant experience. The tear out took one day and the install was 1 day prep and 3 days install. Where to begin with the exceptional service we got from Quality Flooring? We can begin with the wide selection because it is vast and magnificent. The customer service was bar none. The timing on everything promised was exactly on the mark. Most of all, however, the installers were so exceptional!! They worked intently all day long and finished the job one day sooner than scheduled. They never stopped for lunch, not once. They were so considerate and careful and left the house so impeccable. The whole process was smooth and easy. We were in the process of remodeling our kitchen and changed from wanting wood floors to upscale vinyl. We also had to change the install date because of our remodeling. Joe worked with us through all of this and was very helpful. The install crew was efficient and did a great job.

We just had wood flooring installed in a spare bedroom, and the companys crew did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous, quick, and cleaned up every speck before they left. My wife and I recently bought a small condo and needed to have one bedroom done with laminate, vinyl or hardwood flooring. We went to a few places and no one would accept the job or even give us an estimate because the job was too small for them. Quality Flooring not only did the job but did it within a week of us going to their store. This is the second time we’ve used Quality Flooring. The first time was to install hickory flooring and the work crew did an excellent job. I think “the look” helped sell our home in Pace Island last Spring as almost all the prospective buyers commented on the flooring. We recently moved to a townhouse on Hodges Blvd and wanted the wood look again. With the help of Jim Hall we chose and purchased a LVP wood plank and had it installed this week. It looks great and the installers Bryan and Michael did a perfect job with a very positive attitude.We will have carpeting installed by Quality Flooring later this week and I look forward to the outcome and another positive experience.

We had new hardwood laid in the entire first floor of our home. Quality Flooring did an excellent job. They had to remove tile from the kitchen and old hard wood from the remaining rooms to prepare the floors which was not an easy job but was done quickly and professionally. The installer were very competent and easy to work with. They laid a herringbone design in the front entry which turned out beautifully. Quality was very responsive when we scuffed the floor. Frank was out immediately to remedy our mistake. We also had carpet installed in two bedrooms and tile in the bath. Both were done with expert care. We would highly recommend Quality Flooring. Cant say enough great things about this company! From the initial sales interaction with Joe to the installation of the LVP in 2500 square ft of our house, including a split staircase. The installers were professional, courteous and delivered on their promises. I have had several other contractors do work in my house and without a doubt these guys were the best. They were hard workers, on-time, pleasant and their detail work is second to none. Worth every single penny we spent to have this done. i have no reservations about recommending them.

Jim and Frank were great to work with. Their crew was very professional. The pricing was more than fair and they never rushed me into purchasing anything until I was ready. My house looks far better than it did before they got there and I have to give them a big thanks for that! I have to especially thank Jim for his patience and attitude.

I would not recommend them for anybody. While removing tiles, they chipped the kitchen cabinets bottom completely along with some of the baseboards. Fix for this is filling the chipped places but it still does not look the same. Its been 4 months and they still have not fixed our baseboards. I will never ever go with these people again.

Great company to work with. from buying my floors to the installation process , I would say I was amazed by how experienced Frank Milea and his installers were. I have a friend who bought bamboo from lumber liquidators and they are now paying the price for going with them as they are are looking in to having Quality flooring rip out and re install the Whole job, I wont go into full detail but if you type lumber liquidators in under google you can see what my friend had to deal with. First off, there is no substitute for a family owned and operated business. We had an excellent experience with our project. Prior to the install, I addressed a major concern I had. The team listened to my concerns and then reached out to one of their senior colleagues to assist. David, came out and looked at the area of concern. He and Franklin (the onsite installer) talked it over and came up with several ways to accomplish the task and then landed on the best option. Franklin and his colleague Juan were able to take Davids suggestion and really knocked the install out of the park. I couldnt be more impressed with the level of pride Franklin took in his craftsmanship and his ability to deliver on the quality of the installation. We recently embarked upon a total remodel of an early 1980s home in Sawgrass. Quality Flooring was recommended to us by our General Contractor. We went into their retail store to look at wood flooring. We eventually purchase all of our flooring and tile from Frank at Quality Flooring. There are many reasons for this, and most importantly its because of the customer service we received when making our initial wood flooring selections, and the same customer service followed us through the entire project. Our initial hardwood selection lead us to meet with Nicki in their tile showroom. She is extremely creative and knows her products and their applications well. She helped me to think outside of the box and to select tiles that were in our price bracket and which when paired with different colored grout and Sluter made for very interesting and fashion forward selections. She was quick to pull out ideas on Pinterest and to Google images to help me envision what we could create. Picking tile is one thing but installing it is another. The Quality Flooring installation was fantastic. Everything looks great and it was completed on time and on budget. Franks team worked seamlessly with our General Contractor and his team to make sure we stayed on the projected timeline.We eventually ended up purchasing all of the tile, carpet, hardwood and exterior front door stone from Quality Flooring. It was a real pleasure working with Nicki in the studio to select tiles and flooring that complimented our coastal contemporary home. With any whole home renovation, there will always be touch ups and tweaking in the end. David from Quality Flooring was meticulous in his finesse skills and made sure that everything was finished to an extremely high level of quality. He wanted to ensure my complete satisfaction.Over the long haul, I feel very strongly that we will not be disappointed putting our complete trust in Quality Flooring, having given them the entire home flooring and tile work. Didnt take the time to explain tile choices outside what was on their display. Not very informational. Not very helpful.

Was under the impression that quality flooring was doing the job but they have sub contractors that could have been more professional...for example I was told the job would take 3 days max..It took 4..the guys called everyday and said they were stuck in traffic..hour late or more..then work 10 mins and go back to the van and talk on the phone.Maybe 1 hour of work before 12 pm then lunch and back 1pm ..work to 3pm.I expressed this to joe but there seemed to be no concern.There was also a issue with the tiles. Some of them had lines that looked like the printer ran out of ink...joe said it was saw marks(wood looking tiles)...i didnt want these tiles in my kitchen so i went through all the boxes and used the ugly ones in my washroom...joe wanted me to let them install the ugly ones randomly and if I didnt like them they would replace the ones that I just couldnt deal with...but I rather put nice ones in first and not have to an issue.The installer agreed the tiles looked defective.I was happy once the job was complete and have recommended quality flooring to family.
