My husband and I decided to enlarge our small screened enclosure to about 4x it’s original size. After interviewing and receiving estimates from several companies we went with David Wesley. Despite some setbacks from the concrete contractor, the completed project was beyond our expectations! We love spending time in our new outdoor addition!

We absolutely love our new sunroom! Ray was our sales professional and was very knowledgeable and helpful when designing our room. He helped us design a room way beyond our expectations. The entire experience was a pleasure and a lot of fun. David Wesley’s entire team was very professional, responsive and arrived on time for every phase of the room construction. Amy the office manager was very helpful and gave us good guidance. We did a lot of extras to make the room more of an office and it turned out beautiful. We got several estimates and not only did David Wesley have the most competitive pricing, but they also had the best customer service and were very patient and helpful when we designed our room. I have recommended them to several neighbors and they were also extremely pleased with their experience and the quality of workmanship. We would highly recommend David Wesley to anyone interested in a room and shopping around stops with this company. They care about their customers and the work they produce. We still stay in contact with the company and loved our sales person Ray! He really knows how to take care of his customers from the beginning to the end. David Wesley installed a new exterior patio room for us recently and it came out beautiful. The project went very smoothly, the crew was very professional, and the price was very competitive. Highly recommend !!!!

The work is great but the communication with us was awful. To start off they had 1 young boy just drop off the materials without us knowing who he was. Came in a pick up truck and placed materials in neighbors yard. My husband and I had to take them in to the backyard. Amy does not return calls always an excuseWhen the flooring was done the contractor cut the bottom screen. That was in may its July and Im still wait I to get it repaired. They got their money now Im not important. Each time I have to call them for any update.

I have called them for the last 4 weeks and when i did get a response it was he is not in jacksonville fl and will contact me when he gets back, that was almost 3 weeks ago.

We had a very good experience with replacement of an old sun room. The new room looks great, has a higher ceiling, and has large sliding screened windows that keep the heat out during the summer months. Excellent quality at a much better price compared to other quotes we received.

Love my new screen porch! The guys arrived on time, worked quickly and built my new screen room in a couple of hours. Complete with a ceiling fan beam to hang a fan. The sales consultant, Mr OQuinn, was very helpful. Amy, the office manager was great to deal with and efficiently kept the project on track. Would definitely recommend David Wesley patio rooms!

I am super happy with this company and the work they did on our house. We added a 500 square foot sun room with cathedral ceilings. It was a very big project and the end result was a beautiful addition. Each crew that David hires is very efficient and cares about the job they are doing. Keeping a clean work area was a high priority for everyone on the job. I would highly recommend David and his company for your upcoming project.

This company was a sure pleasure to work with. Everyone we were in contact with from the sale consultant to the office representative and the owner were extremely professional. The quality of the work performed by the crew was superb and we are very satisfied and happy we went with David Wesleys Patio Rooms. The owner is an honest man, very personable and we appreciated his on-site visit to inspect. We received several estimates and many of them were outrageously over priced. Our consultant gave us a fair estimate and our room was finished in a professional, quality manner just 3 months later. Highly satisfied and highly recommend.

My experience with this company was nothing short of ghastly. The companys owner, David Wesley, was so rude and admittedly incompetent. Our screened in porch was ruined by Hurricane Matthew. David Wesley Enclosures was the first company we had come to our home and assess the damage. While the associate who came out to offer the consultation was polite, he sent photographs to David and then called him on speakerphone (seemingly on accident). Upon asking David what he would estimate it would cost to complete the job, he refused to offer a quote and instead said, RUN! As in he had no interest in helping us or taking the job. The estimator was fully embarrassed, as were all standing around and heard Davids exclamation. Beyond the companys inability to offer a simple consultation and quote, it was humiliating and discouraging in the wake of a natural disaster like Hurricane Matthew. David Wesley was disinterested in doing the job he claims to specialize in, and helping people who were overtly suffering, even at the cost of thousands of dollars. We had another company come to our home and completely redo the screened porch and roof -- a single man working by himself completed it IN THREE DAYS. He did a beautiful job and, lo and behold, he never uttered any insults or demonstrated incompetency. Do not waste your time with this company, David Wesley Enclosures - there are far more capable, kind, deserving companies in Jacksonville. As the owner himself advises, RUN!

Our patio room was finished in a relatively short time, but we soon discovered that the windows would not close or lock. We contacted David who eventually came to check it out. He managed to get all windows closed and locked after significant effort, and left with instructions not to unlock them. He said he would get in touch with the manufacturer and we would be hearing something soon. The room was finished more than two months ago and we are still waiting for the windows to be fixed.

We chose David Wesleypatio rooms because of the professional and thorough estimate and suggestions by the companys sales rep Seaborn OQuinn. The work was completed as promised by an exacting timeline. Mr. Wesleys workers arrived early each work day, worked diligently and left only after cleaning up at the end of each day. David Wesley made several on-site visits and reviewed any questions we may have had regarding work progress. We were in awe upon completion. It was more than expected. David Wesley personally returned after completion and tweaked a couple minor glitches. A couple screens were not an exact fit so David Wesley had them all replaced in a timely manner. The replacements fit perfect. We have dealt with several home improvement companies over the years. David Wesleys Patio Rooms is by far the most competent, ethical and professional company. We would not hesitate referring anyone with patio enclosure work to David Wesleys Patio Rooms. By far a superb home improvement company.

A great company to choose for your patio work. Their pricing is very reasonable and much better than a few of the other companies. I was having a repair done due to hurricane damage from Irma and they just did the roof while many other companies wanted to start from the ground up and charge me a lot more money! The owner of the company came by before the job was started and after it was completed. I was super happy with the work the guys did and they did a great clean up job as well. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them! I was a little concerned about the negative google reviews, but I would have to say there is no merit behind those complaints as this is a solid company and stand behind their work.

I love giving good reviews, but sadly can’t. Honestly this company by far has been the worst company I have ever, and I mean ever, had to deal with in my entire lifetime. Horrible, horrible, horrible in every aspect. No communication, no timeline scheduling, no design skills, sub-contractors are useless. Without going into detail, please take my word and save yourself time, money, and aggravation and do not have anything to do with this company. There are far better companies out there that you would be happy with by doing a little research. I wouldn’t even give it one star but google won’t let you post without at least one star.

When buying my home in the Del Webb Ponte Vedra Community I knew I wanted a screen room. I feel very fortunate I found David Wesleys Patio. Seaborn came to my home, gave me an estimate, but also answered all of my questions. Seaborn is knowledgeable, personable, with a great sense of humor. Project started on time, finished on time, cost as quoted. No hidden charges! I, also had the pleasure of speaking/working with David. I found his company to be honest, sincere, and caring for your needs, not company profit.

Hired for a roofing job. Complete joke. Does not return phone calls, cannot stick with a timeline. Lies about everything. Shady business owner not worth your effort. Sorry we ever called him!

Had an enclosure installed 1 year ago and ig was terrible doing business with the owner, David. It was sketchy from the beginning. When I was quoted a price, the sales guy was good. I called a few days later because I saw a coupon in a magazine, but the owner said I was already quoted the discounted price. A lie since you are supposed to mention and show the coupon to get the discount. Then once the work was started his guys took one full day to dig a roughly 30 x 15 ditch for the concrete footers. When I inspect it after work, which I shouldnt be doing, they dug the ditch 4 too short. I call David and questions me on whether I had the length correct. He asked me to look in the schematic to confirm. Of course I was right and he says that they dont have schematics and may have the right info. So, someome who knew shouldve been here. Then David called me telling me that they had to remove a bush in order to make it work. I had specifically told the sales guy that I did not want it removed because I was afraid they would damage my irrigation. So, I told David the same thing. But, since he insisted it was necessary, I allowed him to remove it but only if they were careful not to damage the irrigation. I was informed by my neighboor that they simply ripped it up without any care and OF COURSE they damaged my irrigation. When I tried to ask David to reimburse me for the repair and he stated that I could be making it up and how does he know that Im not lying. So, He called me a liar. Then he went on to state that the contract stipulates they are not responsible for damage to irrigation, but he did not mention that when he was asking me to remove the bush. Furthermore, the guys who dug the ditch left piles of dirt on my lawn during the process, which killed my lawn. I did get David to agree to get sawed for the patched, which he never fulfilled even after several reminder phone calls. He also had agreed, after I argued with him for a while over the phone, to pay a portion to fix the irrigation. He never did that either. They also failed to put screws on my downspouts, so they continuously fall off. I called them about this and NOTHING. He is a liar, fraud, and I would never recommend this company to even my worst enemy. Terrible. I can go on and on but Ill stop here.

Horrible company dont waste your time. We even filed a claim with the bbb.
