Really mixed reviews for this Company. They had put on the original roof on my home 10ish years ago and it needed to be replaced when I bought the house this December. Matt Rogero was great and professional, worked with me on finding solutions prior to the roof being installed. The week my roof was installed, I wasn’t home due to a family emergency. When I got back, I noticed that there was significant damage to the hardy board siding. When I called about this, I was told that the damage wasn’t their fault as it was not originally installed properly (odd, because when they did the roof 10 years ago, they didn’t damage it). John told me it happens all the time. I told him they should warn clients ahead of time rather than cause significant damage. They gave me a quote of $15,000 to fix (but not paint) it through a contractor they work with. Outrageous. For their damage. Found my own contractor and paid $5,000 for their damage that I was never told about nor given a heads up that it could be a problem. And let me say, this wasn’t Matt who kept frustrating me but instead John. Not sure what role John plays in the company but every time he showed up, my level of frustration was extremely high. He blamed every other contractor for things that were wrong, never owning anything. And his explanations went on and on until I couldn’t tolerate it any longer. Next up was a roof leak which has damaged interior Sheetrock when water seeped through and shorted an outlet that I had to pay an electrician to come and fix. Hired American Leak detection to find the cause which was due to roof tiles/flashing not properly installed. Another $350 for leak detections, $150 to date for Electeician and haven’t even repaired Sheetrock or replaced outlet. John shows up and tells me the damage was caused by the hardy board repair person or painter of the hardy board and you know, I could cancel your warranty because someone was on the roof. What the heck! Now I lost my cool, I admit to that. I asked him that instead of making excuses, let’s find a solution. He went on to tell me how it really wasn’t their problem that my roof was leaking an hour later of talking in circles and blaming others, agreed to send out a repair crew. As you might imagine, I was ticked off. I simply asked him to just have a direct conversation without all of his nonsense talk and he couldn’t help himself but to blame others. $6,000 later, a ton of unacceptable excuses later, threats to cancel my warranty due to fixing the damage they caused - my roof appears to be good, for now. I called the office to speak to the owner and didn’t even get a call back. I hate writing this but want folks to beware. If they only took time to hear my awful experience and share my frustration, I would have left things alone. Almost felt taken advantage of because I’m a woman. I just don’t have a good answer as to why after spending $35,000 plus $6,000 in unexpected, I budgeted repairs, I would have to go through this. Frustrating and shameful.

I used Benton in the past on my own roof and was super impressed with not only the quality of work, but also the professionalism of the entire process. I recommended them to my mom when it came time for her to have her roof done, and her experience was also great. I would definitely recommend them again!

My roof leak was professionally repaired and the area is barely noticeable. Rick probed the reason for leaks, and made appropriate repairs beyond what was first expected. I was consulted before he procured additional and necessary materials. I am confident the repair was done right. Yes, I will use Benton Integrity again.

Benton Integrity re-roofed a home built in 1915 for me. Lots of wood rot and rigs from the last re-roofing (23 years ago). Benton Integrity spent a lot of time fixing the rot and rigs before installing the new roof. The roof turned out really nice and solid. Very skilled crew.

Mike Rogero did a superb job in managing the roof repair on my 4-year-old home. Yes, my roof is only four years old, but the builder, Dennis Homes, ignored all attempts to repair my roof that was improperly installed causing water damage inside. Michael took it over, got me a good price and installation was completed on time as promised. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional, the quality of work is excellent and Mike went beyond expectations to ensure I was happy with their work. No more leaks!

After reading all the reviews online, Ive decided to go with this company. Mike came out to talk to us and gave us an estimate. The price is higher than all the other roofing companies in town. But I dont mind paying more for the quality of my new roof and the customer service that is worthy of my time.After a 2 months period of waiting, we finally got our roof replaced. The crew worked on it for a few days. There were some debris left on our yard that I wish they had cleaned up after leaving our lot. But oh well.. Im sure they were busy since it was right after the hurricane. I wanted to wait for a year before writing this review because I needed to see if there is any problems with the service and our new roof, but its looking fantastic so far.I enjoyed working with Mike, he is thorough and passionate about his job, so I respect the time he put out with work with our insurance for us.I highly recommend this company if you want sturdy, high quality roofing services.

John was respectful, always returned my calls, remained patient with all my concerns, addressed every concern we had, made us feel like we were not an inconvenience, and was courteous at all times. Also, a lot of family and friends have asked about whether there were a lot of nails left around the house, and I can honestly answer that we did not notice any nails left after the roof was completed. Benton Integrity did an excellent job on my roof! The job was completed in 1.5 days and they left my house/yard spotless. From the beginning they were extremely responsive to all my inquiries and came in with the most competitive quote. Ask for Mike Salm as your Project Manager as he is extremely thorough and professional. He replied to all my emails within a few hours, was prompt to meetings and was very knowledgeable answering all my questions. Awesome experience with Benton Integrity Roofing from installation by Jesse & crew in February/March 2017 till today April 2, 2019, when Mike came & repaired/replaced a damaged shingle with a smile! Excellent workmanship, great employees and their service remains the same 2 years after the roof was finished. A service performed with Integrity!

Our sales rep was Jason Narag who was very professional and gave us a breakdown of each step throughout the process. The work crew that replaced our roof were also very professional and did an excellent job. The work crew along with Jason made sure that everything was clean after the work was done and they also did their very best prior to starting the job to protect our flowers by covering them. When we visited their office, their support staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable in their presence. We highly recommend Benton Integrity Roofing, you will not be disappointed with your finished product. We absolutely love our new roof!!

We got three quotes from different roofers before choosing Benton. After meeting Matt and seeing their price point right in the middle of the range of quotes, it was a no brainer. We were not disappointed. The job began exactly as scheduled aka right on time, and they managed to remove our old roof and put on a new one in less than three days. The crew was respectful of both us and our neighbors and did a great job cleaning up. After the job was finished there was some detritus in a courtyard (that the crew could not possibly have seen), and when we texted Matt about it he came over the very next day and cleaned it up himself. To have a higher up employee focusing on such a minor detail speaks to their customer service and commitment to our satisfaction. I could not recommend them strongly enough.

So unfortunately I had mixed results with Benton Roofing recently. About two months ago they put a new roof on my home. The salesman Mike was very nice and professional and the rest of their staff was the same. Our issues arose when they arrived to install the roof. About an hour into the install I noticed that they had new roofing vents in my driveway that I did not order. I inquired about this and was told they were adding these additional, incorrect style vents to my roof, which was not what I agreed to or paid for. I told the crew supervisor who had to call the salesman to verify I was correct. The salesman arrived on site awhile later and confirmed that they were supposed to cover all existing vents and not add these new ones. If I would not have caught this myself they would have installed large vents that were not supposed to be cut into my roof and would have had to correct later. Which would have been a real pain and extremely inconvenient for me and my family.After the new roof was installed I noticed that there were two corners of my roof where the shingles were cut crooked, layered too thickly and were separating. I contacted the salesman, Mike who came back out to my home a few days later to inspect it. He told me that he would have his team come back out to fix the shingles. Well, I waited about a week and did not hear anything so I contacted Mike again. He told me that he would follow up with his team and get back to me. Long story short I did not hear anything for several weeks so I began calling their main office to inquire why I had not been contacted. The office staff were friendly and they told me they would contact their roof repair team and have them come out. I did not hear back for several days so I called them again. During this call they scheduled a specific appointment for the repair team to come out. As the date approached I received a call to reschedule the repair date. I agreed and when the new date and time arrived the guy did not show up. So I called the office again who told me the guy was running late and would be at my home in an hour. If he was going to be late they should have called to let me know this. An hour and a half later he arrived and was apologetic but I could tell that he had forgotten about the appointment and would not have come to my house that day if I would not have called.The roof Benton Roofing installed looks good overall but we had issues along the way that made working with them very frustrating. Once the roof was installed and paid for it was very difficult for me to get them to follow through on making what amounted to being simple repairs (took two months). There was also a consistent lack of communication amongst their team members that caused me, the customer, to have to repeatedly follow up tp get them to honor their commitments. It should not be that way.

Benton Integrity Roofing and in particular Mike Salm who walked us through the process of replacing our roof after the old one was damaged by Hurricane. Treated us with professionalism and courtesy every step of the way. After looking at the great reviews and having Benton produce an estimate for our repairs we found them to be reasonably priced and decided to go with them for our roofing needs and we were not disappointed, Mike is a great representative for the company and as our sole point of contact for the job he was honest, kind and patient and took the time to explain the options to me and ensure I had all the Information I needed to make a decision without any pressure. The work was completed earlier than expected thanks to a last minute cancellation which was very lucky and I am more than happy with the quality of the work (not that Im an expert but the Roof looks great). There were no added extras or issues which bumped up the price mid-job which I have experienced before with other contractors and all in all the service was fantastic! They are not cheap, but not the most expensive.If you’re looking for the cheapest roof, there are plenty of so-called “roofers” who are ready to take your money, give you cheap-quality work and materials, and then disappear when the problems start. Save yourself the hassle of additional costs and trouble later.A pleasant group of people to work with from the owner, John on down to his office staff. John expects high standards from his teammates and treats them very well. They’re not prefect, but I can tell you they’re honest, high-character people. Benton Integrity did a wonderful job on my roof. Mike Salm checked to see were my leak was coming from and made sure the crew fixed the problem when doing the roof. Other companies said that getting a new roof would be all that was needed without checking the leak. The crew was very professional letting me know what was going on. I needed a roof repair on short notice for my insurance renewal. Mike from Benton Integrity came out on a weekend and took the time to inspect and find the issue. My husband and I were so impressed with his honesty. Although we thought we needed a major roof repair, he showed us the source of the leak was from our attic vent. What we expected to be very costly was a minor issue! We will use them again anytime we have a roofing need and highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest roofer.

Jayson Narag and the entire team at Benton Integrity provided excellent customer support. I had several quotes from other companies. Out of all the other companies Jayson was the only that took the time to educate me on the different roof system options and the how to deal with my insurance company. It took approximately four months to work through the issues with my insurance company. During that time there were numerous phone calls with Jayson and in my opinion his help was a major contributor to my insurance settlement. You can’t go wrong if you choose this company.

We had squirrel damage to our lead roof vents. We wanted them repariedand replaced with PVC procetive covers to prevent recurring issues. I slected Benton Integrity Roofing to do the job and, I am happy I did.

Kirk Rainey and the entire office staff that I dealt with at Benton were professional and pleasant to deal with in all aspects of the project. Benton offered the best value and options of the 3 quotations I received. They are a long time established roofing company in the Jacksonville community and that speaks volumes of their contestant quality and workmanship, and honesty. There were no “hidden” charges or additional costs. The final bill was 100% as quoted. Let’s not forget the install crew as they are the ones they are the ones that actually performed the work. The superintendent was very informative to me as the homeowner and kept me posted on the progress and they worked together as a very organized team. No regrets what so ever in choosing Benton.

I couldnt even give this business a 0. I paid 650.00 to fix my roof leak and what I got was a tarp hammered down with long nails and a estimate for 10,000.00 for a new roof not taking the 650 off that I just paid them. They get a -0-. And if the owner thinks he can put his hands on me to boot. I wish them nothing

I had a great experience with Benton Integrity Roofing. They were very responsive and even came back twice in a timely manner to fix a couple of issues that I miscommunicated initially. Highly recommended!

My husband and I are selling our townhome and needed a roofer to complete a few small repairs as a condition of sale following the inspection. We reached out to five licensed roofers to review the repairs requested of us. They included roof (repair and re-seal nail pops, re-seal vent pipes, re-seal decorative shingles on flashing beneath 2nd story window) and attic repairs (brace a truss). We received quotes from all five roofers. However, only three roofers itemized their proposals as requested, from items provided in the inspection report, and able to accommodate our 10-day turnaround requirement. The deciding factors in choosing Benton Integrity Roofing were: 1) Matthew Rogero (project manager) and Kim Corzine (admin assistant), 2) attention to details during our walkthrough, 3) written proposal, invoice and follow-up correspondence, and 4) a fair price. Kim was lovely and responsive by phone and Matthew was not only professional and responsive throughout but also extremely kind and patient. Details matter and Matthew understood this. He did not complain when I asked for an itemized proposal grouped by inspection item AND needed pictures of the work before and after. This was not only important to ensure we could provide realtor, buyer and mortgage company but for us to see the work since we could not climb up on the roof or into the attic to inspect. We also appreciated Matthew not making us feel like this was too much trouble for the small scope of work. Benton Integrity Roofing, please recognize your partners for their quality of service, it was greatly appreciated.

After another contractor replaced my roof the chimney leaked. When they failed to repair it, I called Benton Integrity Roofing. Benton bid on my roof job originally but because their price was somewhat higher, I hired the other guy. Big mistake on my part! Mike Salm, Bentons Project Manager, diagnosed my problem and had his crew out to fix it in a half a days time. Mike was very knowledgeable, quite personable and clearly determined to solve the problem for me in short order. And, that is what he did. Benton is my roofing contractor of choice from now on and should be yours as well.

- After all of the owner of the company basically called me until I would speak with him and not only made things right but gave me dinner at the Chart House. I have changed my review to 5 stars.I contracted Benton to replace my roof. My rep Kirk seemed nice and we managed to get through all the documents and down payment and scheduling with no issues. They called the week prior and said they would be out 7/3/2017 to complete the roof and it would take one day. The workers arrived promptly and as soon as we had all of our cars out of the way they began to work. It was loud but I was off for the holiday so I stayed home and completed a lot of food prep etc for a party we were attending the next day. The roof noise seemed to stop around 2:00 but we could hear them still outside. We had to run to the store a little closer to 3 and we came out of the house and no one was there. they had cleaned up their materials and there was a large trailer parked in the driveway. We have plenty of parking so I didnt think much of it or the fact that no one rang the doorbell or said anything or asked any questions before they left. The next day we were getting ready to start packing the car for the party and we realized the trailer was parked less than a foot away from the garage. There was no way for me to open the garage door. The door has a huge padlock on it and is not a rolling door so anyone looking at it would know you would need some room to open the door. My driver way is long and wide and can accommodate several vehicles so there was no need whatsoever to park the trailer this close. When I texted my rep to have them at least come pull the trailer away from the garage he said that it wasnt even Bentons trailer its the trailer of a subcontractor they use. Is that any sort of reply? I hired Benton, what they do from there is still their responsibility. We use third parties where I work and I am for sure responsible for whatever the company I have hired does. He then explained he was out of town and couldnt do anything and the man from the other company he was calling never answered. So finally, two hours late for the party, and with none of the $400 worth of supplies we had purchased months in advance (huge pool floats, an umbrella, a tailgate tent and a compressor) we went to the party. People where disappointed to say the least. And I now have all these things I couldnt use that day and I am unable to return because of the date they were purchased. When I mentioned all of this to my rep he said you knew there would be a trailer on property. I said yes, I just didnt know you all would park it against my garage. That part was never discussed. He never replied after that. I then contacted the company in writing via their web site to complain about the issue and see what could be done. No one ever replied to my email or called me. We are now over a week out from the work being performed and no one from Benton has even contacted me to resolve this and collect the final payment - which is also impeding my reduced home owners insurance rate - one of the main reasons I had the roof replaced. I cant express how disappointed I am. To try and resolve the problem they offered me $400 - and to give them all the huge pool floats etc and a receipt. So instead of trying to make up for my 4th of July they ruined they just want my pool floats. Awesome!

I am extremely pleased with Benton Integrity Roofing. They completed a superb install on my house and I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood due to the GAF brand shingles they use. GAF is a top quality shingle that has a high definition detailed look to it. You can tell the difference from the other houses in the neighborhood that have recently been re-roofed with a different brand. My roof outshines the other nearby roofs. The process from beginning to finish was superb. I will start with my salesman/advisor Jayson Narag. A very professional and personable individual who walked me through every detail of the process and what to expect from the beginning to the end. I cant say enough good things about Jayson because he was phenomenal. He made the process of buying a roofing system much easier. Jayson even assisted me with removing my gutter screens from the gutter which was recently installed so they would not get damaged during the roofing process. The head installer Jesse and his crew were excellent. The roof was installed in a day and a half. When finished they removed all of the protective covers and cleaned the premise to perfection. Finally the dumpster was removed which by the way, Jayson had the company place plywood under it to reduce any chance of damage to the driveway. I also found out that a family on a different street watched this roof being installed and was so pleased with the outcome that they called Benton and now they are having a roof installed. If you want a top quality roof with a top quality install, this is your company. You really do get what you pay for.

It is absolutely painful to work with this company. If I did not follow up on each step of the process no progress was made. It took months for a small project to be completed. Maybe because the job was small, it wasnt considered important.As far as follow up service within the warranty, I was given Pellas number and told to call myself. Really?

Our home was damaged by Hurricane Matthew and we received a quote from Benton Integrity Roofing. We could not execute a contract due to delays by our insurance company. We finally received funding post Hurricane Irma (which did not do any additional damage to our roof). We went to the Benton office to pick a shingle color and leave a deposit. We were then told that they would have to requote the project as there had been some price increases. No problem, we understand that it had been 8-9 months since the previous quote. That was until the price gouging hit. Magically, a job that was quoted in the $13,500 range was now over $18,000. A 25% increase. It was pretty obvious that they were looking to capitalize on the biggest and easiest roofing jobs as a glut of folks now needed a new roof. We ended up with DUBO roofing, who honored their pre-second hurricane contract. Benton may do a good job, but integrity should not be part of their name.UPDATE: 4/15/18A relative of mine was being pushed to install a new roof by her home insurer. Benton turned out to be one four roofers she contacted for estimates. All four companies, including Benton, told her that she really did not need a roof and that she had 5 – 10 years left on the current roof. Again all four companies offered to provide a letter of viability for her to provide to the home insurer. Three of the companies charged $100 - $125 for their letter, which is reasonable for the time they have into looking at the roof. Guess how much Benton wanted for the insurance letter. $500.00. Call that integrity?

Today a man knocked on my door very loudly and repeatedly, which woke my elderly mother and child from a nap. When my mother answered the door he repeatedly attempted to get her to come outside and wanted to show her thay the rood on my 2 year old home that has 30 year architectural shingles needs replacing. I assume he attempts to get business from senior citizens by tricking them into new roofs when they don’t really need them. Shame on you!!!!!

The name Benton Integrity says it all; from the owner, to the project manager to the workers you will find nothing less than the integrity of days long lost, the days when business was done on a handshake and consumers walked away with confidence the work would be done as promised.My situation was prime for a roofing company to come in a take advantage of me as my family and I had just been forced to sell my home and move in to mothers home and care for her in her final days. Moms roof developed a leak, another roofing company came out and quoted an astronomical price. Benton Integrity came out and stated they could do a new roof, If I wanted but I could get a way with a repair as moms roof still had several years left. This alone saved me close to $15k. This should be enough for a raving review, right? Nope!My moms health took a turn for the worse and as I am an only child and the sole income provider for my family (husband and 2 kids) my stress level went through the roof. Jason Narag (my Benton Integrity Project Manager) picked up on this and immediately shifted gears and increased his communication to make sure I was okay. Jason and team really tried to expedite my repairs but unfortunately the weather just wouldnt cooperate. Through these few weeks Jason became so much more to our family than just a Project Manager as he seemed to be the only one at the time that delivered good news.On the day the roofers were able to make it out we were informed my husband was going to need surgery so I was an emotional wreck (not to mention the entire contents of my house were in my garage). As I returned home from picking up my moms medicine Isaac (I believe is his name) was taking the long way around my house to get to the back to avoid walking through the garage. I informed him he could cut through the garage, to which he replied Thank you maam but Im okay, you have all your stuff in there and I dont want to intrude. Its not a bad walk anyway. AND he said this with a huge smile! If this had been the attitude of 1 guy it would be one thing but it was the WHOLE crew. Here I was dealing with a dying mother, a husband about to have surgery, keeping my family financially a float, AND getting a roof repair. I had every reason to be stressed beyond stressed and I wasnt, why? Because the crew at my house cared about my things, they cared about where they parked, they cared about me, AND they laughed while they worked, I mean they REALLY enjoyed what they were doing which means they cared about WHAT they were doing and I mean to tell you they did a real BANG UP JOB!!!!! Now, youd think thatd be enough for a STELLAR review, nope! It doesnt stop here. The last day, they found an unexpected boot repair while rain was approaching. Most companies would have just tarped the roof and said theyd be back. Not Benton Integrity! Before I knew it I had a whole SLEW of men on my roof wrapping up my repair before the rain started. They were like Roman soldiers, they just kept coming, and coming, and coming. And then as if a magician had waved his wand they were gone, the trucks, the tools, the nails, trailers, everything. It was as if they had never been there. My family and I were actually very sad they left so quietly because we all wanted to go out and thank the crew personally.I know this is probably the worlds longest review but I need everyone to understand that my family is at a time in our lives where everything is absolutely insane. I am at a time in my life where everything is literally on my shoulders and Benton Integrity made that load a little lighter. I will tell you this, if you, as a Consumer, are lucky enough to have Benton Integrity do work for you; you too will become a customer for life.I sincerely thank; Jason Narag, Joven, Will, Jarvis, Jesse, Isaac, Mr. Mike Salm (Repair Department Manager) and Mr. John Albritton for being there for my family and I, my Benton Integrity sign will stay in my yard until pink pigs fly!!!

I hired Benton Integrity Roofing Systems to do a repair around my chimmny which was leaking at the time. They were very timely,kind, and professional. I have not had any leaks since the repair!!!

Benton Integrity Roof Systems are great, I recently had some storm damage from Hurricane Herminie in 2016. I contacted 4 Roofing companies, although Benton was not the least inexpensive, I went with them on my reroof. The reason is they received very good rating reviews in the quality, workmanship, and material. Their customer service is above and beyond what is expected from a company. I am in the process of selling my home and the home inspector and the appraiser stated, Superior roofing Ive not seen any better. My hats off to Kurt and his team. Thank you, and if I need a reroof in the future I know who to call and its not Ghost Busters thank you Benton Integrity Roof Systems for all you did.
