The owner, Valeria, is very professional and after examining your watch informs you what is needed for repairs and the charges for those repairs. She repairs Rolex watches and does those repairs at a reasonable cost and within a reasonable time frame. She excels at her business and is proud of her work. All of my watches will be cleaned and repaired by Valeria from now on.

My family and I have used this business for over 20 years. Valerie has always taken amazing care of our watches, made us smile, and stood behind her workmanship. The store is located in the Publix shopping center. They repaired my watch for no cost since I had a new battery replaced by another jeweler. They are truly professionals who offer great service.

Excellent professionals . There are very few true watchmakers around . I have used them on a number of Rolex / Tudor watches over many years . If your looking for a $10 battery they are probably not where you go . These people are true German craftsmen ., and also very nice polite people .

I took in a treasured Tissot watch that a trusted jeweler failed to repair. While I was waiting, they successfully repaired the watch and didn’t even charge me. They said they would order a new movement to have in stock just in case my watch stopped working again, which it has not. This is a great shop with true, fine craftsmen/women who take pride in their work. Cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you!

This is a horrible watch repair service. Trust me dont go there. They are thiefs. I went to replace a battery and charged me 35$. In another place called Jewel Tech Jewelery they charge me only 10$ for the same watch. I will never go back. Also, very unprofessional.

I took in a seiko with the 6r15 movement that was magnetized and not keeping time. The watchmaker informed me that the watch movement needed “cleaning” and quoted me 100 dollars. Service was completed and watch us running well. I initially had a lower review because I did not understand the full services that were applied to the watch but this has been clarified and I am happy with the service I received.

Brought in an older Seiko having problems. They examined it for free, found no issues (just user error). As well replaced the battery for a more than reasonable price. Best place Ive been to and will return in the future for any watch needs.

Excellent, friendly service on a sentimentally important timepiece, a Swiss-made Bulova Accutron Ive owned since 2006. Id previously signed up for a free battery replacement program with a jewelry store in Minnesota because it seemed to be going through batteries at a good clip. As it turns out they werent exactly replacing my watch battery on that program. Upon examining the timepiece, the owner at Fine Euro wondered who told me it wasnt battery? I described the situation to her. She then explained that the battery was rather difficult to remove, hadnt been replaced in many years, and started leaking into the interior mechanicals. After an honest, $20 service the watch is now snapping around perfectly -better than ever. And as to the people below leaving poor reviews on here because of masks and so on: all I can say to that is -if you want to service your luxury European watch with someone harboring an IQ below 100, make sure you visit a heavily masked shop.

I took a pocket watch in today to see if they offered refinishing. There were 2 customers in front of me. There were two individuals (man and woman) behind the counter. The man had NO mask on and the woman was wearing hers beneath her nose. There were no signs for social distancing. There were no hand sanitizer containers. When it was my turn, the man asked if he could help me. I said he could if he would put a mask on. He looked a bit startled and said I was safe and masks were not required. The woman then offered to help. Without doing any hand sanitizing after helping the previous customer, she asked me to hand over the watch so she could see it. I declined and left the shop. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY OUR STATE CONTINUES TO BE AN EPICENTER OF COVID. SURELY, these store owners know that they are in a position to spread the virus. SURELY they know what they are supposed to do. I hope no one else goes there until they implement the WIDELY distributed best practices.

Super nice people - dropped everything and fixed my watch on the spot - a loose screw - and no charge, either. Amazingly kind and honest I am so happy to have my watch working again. Thank you Valerie!

Utterly disgusted by the treatment from “Valerie”. As a consumer, and Rolex collector, I certainly expect better treatment from an establishment looking to affiliate themself with the luxury Rolex brand. My experience was anything but pleasant. A nice man was helping me and answering my questions regarding a repair when Valerie interrupted aggressively with a raised voice cutting me off before even taking the time to listen or address my concerns. Hostile would be the accurate would to describe her demeanor. Don’t waste your time with this place, they do not value their customers.

The lady there was amazing and helped me with my new watch at lunch and was very fast and very nice. People are rarely so helpful these days. Thank you so much again!

Glad I found this shop! Im very pleased with my experience here. The lady that helped me was very nice and she had the battery in my Tag replaced and pressure tested in about 15 mins. I was expecting to have to leave it for a week or two since thats been my experience every other time Ive had the battery replaced on this watch. The price was very reasonable for the level of service I received. I waited almost two years to get this battery replaced...Ill be back without hesitation and will definitely recommend!

This woman Victoria C came into Valeries shop to pick up her boyfriend Rolex, without any ticket, or any information! When Valery refuses to give her any Watch, (it turns out she was in the wrong shop) she started to give Valery a hard time. She was rude and Obnoxious, No one in the there right mind would give her anything without a ticket. Valerie handled the situation in the most professionalism, and kindness, if you click on her name you will find no one under this name so she was and is fake! I just hate it when someone tries to ruin a nice lady profile when she was the one who should be looked down to. She has the nerve to post anything negative to any site. Valerie is the best Watch Repair lady on the East coast Period!

These people are great! I brought in 2 watches, a digital and a mechanical that needed repair. The digital needed a new battery and the mechanical needed proper zeroing of the minutes and hours hands.I was quoted instantly as soon as I entered, and both were taken care of and fixed in less than an hour. Happy customer and I will return and do more business with them.They also deal with luxury watches, so I would trust them with your Rolex, Omega, Hublot, and so on. Extremely reasonable prices, too.

In your case I have to disagree with your story, we do not have the same recollection of it. You came to my store, looking for your boyfriend Rolex watch, which you want it to pick it up for him. When I ask you about a repair ticket you told me, you dont have it and you do not even know what kind of Rolex he has. Then I ask you his name, and I went to look for the watch. I could not find any under his name which you give me, so I told you, I do not have his watch. You keeped telling me, that the watch is with me and told me, he called me just before you came. I told you, he did not, so you must be in a wrong place and anyhow without ticket or a call from the customer, I would not give any watch out to anyone. After that you was telling me, I am rude and you do have more thousand follower somewhere in a world of the internet. You did not even know where you should go to pick up your boyfriend watch. Instant of calling him, you where arguing with me about picking up a Rolex watch, which I did not have it!!!!! I wish you would be truthful about your visit to the Fine European watch repair!

Absolutely fantastic service. we had to go after my dive watch 3 times on the repair but Valery stayed positive and friendly throughout. and there was no additional charge.

I brought my watch in twice to have it repaired. The first time they fixed it very quickly and charged $20. I was thrilled until it stopped working a couple of hours later. The second time they had it for weeks. I had to go back to check on it and was charged $60, when they said it was fixed. It worked for an hour and stopped again. Very disappointed and will never go back.

I went in to have my Omega watch battery replaced and they not only did that but pressure tested and adjusted my watch band for the price of the battery. Valerie was very nice and I can’t imagine a better person to fix your watch. Since I have been in the military for 30 years I could tell from stepping in the shop that it is very patriotic, the people are honest and reputable. I was so impressed with the service and friendly people I brought my Baume & Mercier watch in to have it cleaned and I am confident they will do an excellent job with that watch as well.

The lady owner and her husband Alex destroyed a $1000 Omega watch. It was given to them with one problem that needed fixing. I told them I wasn’t going to go with the repair and the next morning they handed me the watch completely destroyed. Scratched in the back from forced opening, all pieces falling apart from it and the time arms weren’t even moving anymore. Alex is the one that told me to go alone with the repair, that it wouldn’t be a problem. I insisted not too but still went ahead and handed me the watch in worst shape.Alex told me to get out that I was lying and that I had broken the watch outside in a span of 30 seconds. He started yelling at telling us to get out and that I broke it. Clearly he didn’t know what he was doing or purposely did it because I didn’t go forward with the repair. Totally disrespectful and I would tell anyone be careful with the shop because people shouldn’t do something like this.

I have an antique Tiffany & Co watch that stopped working and started my journey to find someone to repair it. I called several repair shops who would not look at it because it was an antique. I sent it to a shop in North Carolina and received an estimate of $750 to fix it. I then called Fine European Watch and talked to the owner, and she readily agreed to me bringing it in. She quoted me $300 and asked that I be patient as it might take awhile. I recently picked up my fixed watch and was told they had to make a part for it. While I was there I told them my Rolex stem wasnt working. They fixed it right there for free. Please dont waste your time calling other shops in Jacksonville, just call Fine European Watch Repair.

Would not stand behind their work had my Rolex watch serviced after 6 months watch stopped and wanted hundreds of dollars again. They said I hit the watch brought it to a certified Rolex dealer and they said it just needs to be service the right way.

Took my watch in to diagnose an issue with not keeping good time. The owner did not call when she said she would to let me know what she found and subsequently did not call me back the following day as promised. When I called, she said everything was ready to be picked up and it was just the battery.The following day my wife returned to pick it up with my two small children. The watch had stopped working overnight and I was not notified. After being told that a $125 cleaning was necessary my wife was told the battery would be $15 even though that was an incorrect solution. I spoke with the owner and reviewed the above. I told her I wanted my wife to take the watch without a charge. She proceeded to tell my wife that I was an A**hole in front of my small children.Needless to say we will never do business here again.

I brought my Hublot watch in for repair and was concerned I would need to send it to the manufacturer which is timely and costly. The watch was repaired within 1 hr and at a fraction of the price if I were to send it back to Hublot. I couldnt be more impressed and highly recommend them.

Ive had my Tag Heuer watch for several years (7 now), but every time the watch battery dies, I stop wearing it for a few months until I can go through the mundane task of taking it to a jewelry store and allowing them to pack it up and ship it off to the Tag factory to change the battery and pressure seal / waterproof the watch.Ive walked by Fine European Watch Repair several times, and just on a whim, grabbed my dead Tag before I knew Id be by the store, and I stopped by. I was greeted by a very friendly Valéria, showed her my watch, was given a price immediately, I asked a few questions, (i.e. Does that include pressure sealing and testing?), and with the answer of Yes, had my watch, a slip showing it passed the pressure testing, and a HUGE smile on my face in less than 15 minutes. No more sending my watch off to the factory for 6 weeks, and a giant repair bill! Thank you Fine European Watch Repair in Jacksonville Florida for your outstanding service. I am beside myself knowing that this local business was able to take care of me on the spot, and I will for sure be telling anyone I know in need of watch repair about this business. Bravo!
