Manuel and Robin did an incredible job digitizing ancient 8mm reels (from the 1940s and 50) excavated from my dads stash. What a treasure! I feel like I reclaimed a lost part of my life and family. Paraphrasing my older brother: Im just going to keep watching this until I can do it without crying. Forever grateful for this!

Miguel was able to take my old VHS tape and convert it into a digital file that plays perfectly. The service was relatively fast and I had no issues throughout the entire process of the transaction. I would gladly do business here again.

Miguel was able to convert (to a digital format) a VERY OLD cassette tape of my family talking, singing together, telling jokes and just hanging out verbally together from the early 1970s. This audio memory is INVALUABLE to me and my siblings, especially now that two of my family members are no longer with us. The sound quality is better than I could hope for, since the cassette is nearly 50 years old!! What a blast from the past to listen to this again...And these audio cds will make wonderful Christmas gifts for my family. Thank You SO MUCH AGAIN, Miguel!!

Miguel was great to work with! My mother in law found a special VHS tape from 1993, and Home Video Studio Jax was able to transfer it on to DVD for me. I cant wait to surprise her with it. They did a great job and I will use them again for sure. They also have the ability to transfer VHS to digital file so it can be uploaded to youtube, etc.

Miguel did a fantastic job, preserving 10 reels of 8 mm film from the early 1960s, Closing out my wifes estate, these were films of her childhood, priceless memories that I can now assure will be in the digital realm.He said that the time frame would be between 4 and 6 weeks to transfer it all, it was 5 weeks EXACTLY, I cant say enough good things, they were prompt, courteous and professional, I would highly recommend them.Thanks Miguel!

I had approximately 350 35mm slides dating back to the early 1950s that were in very poor condition. The color on some slides was faded. On other slides, the color was only various shades of yellow. And on other slides, the color was only various shades of orange. On many slides, the images were so dark that it was difficult to make out what or who was in the photo.Home Video Studio Jax took these 350 slides and did ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WORK! Through their technical wizardry and expert editing, they brought back the true colors of these sometimes faded, sometimes mis-colored, sometimes dark slides. They created a jpeg of each slide so I now have these wonderfully restored photographs to share with family and friends.I highly recommend Home Video Studio Jax.

I had recently bought an album/cassette tape off of E-Bay since I was unable to find the cd anywhere online. Well, I was trying to figure out how could I convert the cassette tape onto a cd so I could sync the media onto itunes. Meanwhile, I was considering buying one of those cassette converters off of Amazon. However, most of the reviews that I’ve read for certain ones had mixed reviews.Somehow, I had stumbled across this place online and I’m glad I did. The owners are very nice and was professional the entire time before and after the transaction. I will definitely be back for anything else in the future and refer anyone to them as well. I was tasked with trying to digitize 2 old vhs tapes that my Mother had and was no longer able to watch. I thought it would be easy, well I was wrong, after trying to borrow a friends vhs/dvd combo player to attempt to convert the video myself. The VCR attempted to eat my tapes!! After that experience I went with a professional who I can trust to save the video that I almost destroyed trying to save a few dollars. Home Video Studio was well worth the investment and had a fast turn around. I was able to download the converted file directly to my computer at home and save it to usb stick. On my last trip to my moms I secretly copied the video to her laptop because I planned on letting her know it was finally done for Christmas. Thanks again for making the process so easy. You will be my first thought if I need to do this again.

They did a fantastic job and were able to recover videos from 8 mm film from over 50 years ago. They allowed us to step back into the past and see beautiful memories of family that is no longer with us.
