Have an OTR tractor lease vehicle. Called Jax with concern over steer tires that had started to vibrate/shake at times. They had me come right in. Changed them both. Told me the right was out of balance and was the culprit. A+ guys! Thank you for the great job today! Hopefully the drive tires will come in and we can get the ones on that back that are a little iffy swapped out before theres any problems on the road.

WARNING*WARNING*WARNINGWe picked our truck up yesterday after they had it over a week. They replaced a flat tire with a used one with a sidewall patch and a sheet metal screw still in it. Is that DOT compliant? Then we get it home to start loading it up with our laundry and the cat and dog and we find that everything had been searched! We are missing several personal items, the front curtain had been open because it was stowed wrong and the passenger seatbelt is locked down and broken. When we called, Jim told us that 8 people worked on the truck! No wonder we had to leave it again after going to pick it up. They didn’t do all the repairs the first time because they were rifling through and STEALING our belongings! DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THE PICKETTVILLE RD RYDER in Jacksonville.The only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn’t warn you without a rating.

This place is a hole in the wall. The Drivers lounge is a joke. The tables are filthy and sticky the vending machine stole everyones money and theirs mold and dirt in the cabinets. The bathroom is even worse looks like its never been cleaned. I wouldnt recommend this place to any Driver
