I took someone in that was seeking employment, and I was approached by the Manager that was EXTREMELY OUT OF LINE, AND DISRESPECTFUL , and needs to be trained in PROFESSIONALISM, I will never return with others in need of employment or recommend. This is coming from a professional myself that has held the titles of REGIONAL MGR, OPERATIONS MGR, AND BRANCH MGR. SHE knows as well as her assistant and 7 others that were present that SHE needs to be RE- TRAINED.“Will NOT recommend, but will DEFINITELY relate this experience to a host others”.

Very high quality customer service, and the people there are literally the best people around. Theyre far more focused on the individual than many other similar places Ive seen. 5/5 and its not even close! Go to them if you need work. Theyll do you right ❤

The remedy on main street is so unprofessional I would not recommend anyone going through them for work. My husband and I recently had a baby and he put in 2 weeks in advance to be off for my c-section which was approved by them and when it was time to go back they basically laid him off. He called the main office to try to get a better understanding about what was going on and the ladies in the office were rude and didnt seem to care about his issue. Thats just wrong on so many levels. They really need to re train the people in the office on professionalism

Ive been with Remedy for quite some time now. The individuals are very personable, and compassionate. They take their work very seriously, and always make sure that their employees are happy. The one that Ive had the most experience with is Angela. I wouldnt even know where to begin for explaining how great she has been. Ive never gone longer than a few days without working. Ive been working off and on for the great folks at Remedy North for a few years now. The positions always offer competitive pay, the companies they work with are reputable, and the staff at the North branch strive to make sure their employees are taken care of. They will not even respond back to me anymore. I apologized for no show because it was really far out. And now Im here begging for another job and they wont even hear me out to help me. You guys are supposed to help the ones in need of a job. Not get aggravated or upset because of a no show. Do better.

Ive had nothing but opportunity with Remedy. Im currently temping at Safariland and it is hands down, top three, one of the best places Ive ever worked at! The people over at the Main Street branch are awesome! The receptionist is kind and helpful, Angie, my recruiter, was quick to put me in a job that I not only liked , but the pay and hours are well balanced with overtime if you want it. Overall, Remedy offers a range of options. It helps if you have open availability as most jobs are either in the morning or overnight with weekends required for a good portion of them. Come dressed for success, put on a smile and go put some money in your pocket!

I was told by email because of my background I could not work for this company. Mind you the charge is a misdemeanor from 2001,they didn’t have problem with me working for them in 2017 with the same charge. What ever company does there background checks are bs. The company says the charge is a felony but my home state where I got my charge and my background shows it’s a MISDEMEANOR.

As of Wednesday I completed steps needed to move forward to schedule interview that was scheduled for Thursday at 1200.The representative physically sent an email with interview details address time ,what to bring ! I arrive at the location and I was very disappointed 😔 I was told they weren’t doing interviews or drug screening .I responded that’s very misleading I have an email saying to arrive at 12 ,to prepare for an hour long story short it was over capacity in the “suite “ I wasn’t going to wait an unexpected hour outside raining ! No one was 6 ft apart employee’s not wearing mask properly a woman coughed and everyone looked like it was normal not me I couldn’t stand the foolery I’ve been faced today never again !!!

Remedy has been a great help assisting me in finding a job. Sometimes, they dont have much to offer but when they do, they do everything in their power to help you find a job!

I came in upset about showing up to what I thought was an assignment. Yes I was angry as I woke up at 4:30am only to be told at 8:15 that I failed to answer a text in a timely manner and I didnt get a response so I shouldnt have bothered showing up. Staff is rude and has no empathy for people who are not happy that they wasted time and wasnt getting paid for the wasted time. Dont appreciate being told I am an entitled person and had no right to be angry that I was not able to work and get paid.

As a business owner I would recommend Remedy Staffing. The team is helpful, intelligent and my employment needs were met. They exceeded my expectations.

The Branch on Main St. will take everything personal and dictate you based off your history of jobs that doesnt have anything to do with a temporary position, especially in another state! Horrible branch, I recommend the ones on Phillips Higheay and Normandy

Dont go here they play with your money. Some days you have to wait half week past your pay date to get your money.

They always turning people down and when people goes back to apply with them its take them a while to even contact them back about a job

Not sure if Meghan was having a bad day or she is just like this daily but I asked her about a weekend shift and she acted if she was irritated. A coworker asked her if something was available online and she did a neck and eye roll. Not professional

Worst company ever! They lied to me about how much I was making and the shift! They dont care about the employee as long as they get there incentive! DO NOT GO TO REMEDY ON N MAIN STREET!
