I have had nothing but great experiences with Jones, their technicians have always been respectful of my home and have always been kind. (Taking shoes off when they didn’t have to) it’s the little experiences that make you want to continue with a company and Jones has my business. With a relatively cheap service and free call backs, I’m very happy to have them.

Excellent company! They did in 2 months what Terminex couldnt (or wouldnt) do in almost a year! Cheaper than Terminex too! Owner came out personally the first time to inspect and draw up a plan, and they have stuck with it! Dean is always wonderful, and friendly as well! I will be using them for ALL my exterminating needs!

If I could do a half star I would. I booked to get my outside sprayed in May and they didn’t show up or call me to tell me they weren’t. Called and rescheduled for June 15th. No show again. Called today and they apologized and said the rain would’ve made it not take. I said that’s fine but someone should’ve called. Try to reschedule and the woman says it will have to be when the rain stops. She tells me the 1st week of July. I work outside and I check the weather all the time. Next week would be fine. Told them never mind and I’ll go elsewhere. Terrible customer service. I don’t recommend to anyone.

I hired Jones Pest Control to come out to my house and they were very professional, very honest, and very punctual. Chris was great, and did a fantastic job!

Dean showed up 8 minutes early. SO knowledgeable and courteous. VERY thorough. explained everything in detail. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

This company is beyond great. From appointment setting to the repair at ky home they have been kind, courteous and very professional. The repair was more than affordable considering what they had to do. I will recommend them to anyone.

This company is amazing! Customer service is awesome, always above and beyond. I had a problem with some unwanted guest, Chris came out found the source of the problem and haven’t see one since! I was so happy to be rid of those things! Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Had a clerical issue with them 3 years ago when I purchased my home. They came to my house uninvited, with no call, or even with us knowing that we had an appointment. They then tried to bill us, and their office staff wasn’t very nice.Today, we decided to give them another try.The office never answered the phone (called back to back for a total of 5 times), and when the phone went to messenger you will get the message that they never set it up.These are the easy things to handle when running a business, if they can’t even do these properly. People should go elsewhere.*Update*Just got a call back since posting this.In 2015, a contract was made...From the prior owners of my home, I never signed it.So anyone who understands business and law would know that it was null and void with the new ownership.We went with May’s Extermination for our issue this time.

Haws run rd Jones exterminators yard looks like trash. Vehicles parked on edge of rd. A safety hazard for us who live here. Do not care about public safety. Trash on yard. Cant you afford a dumpster? Do not recommend.

Great job at keeping away the pest! I called the office the other day, I was a mess because I was having a problem with spiders. The secretary I spoke to was super helpful. Answered all my questions and was very patient, as I had a lot. She was able to get someone out that day!! They worked with me in order to take care of these pest I didnt want in my home! I was so impressed I signed up for them to come out every three months at a super competitive price. I called many places, Jones by far had the best prices!!

Would not recommend at all. Was misguided into a one year contract that did not treat my issue at hand. Owner was contacted to attempt to resolve issue and all we were met with were lies. Will not seek future business with this company.*Update* I would like to clarify that I was duped into a yearly general pest contract by one technician under the guise of “saving me money”. When a second technician came out to my home, with no awareness on my end I even had an appt that day because my phone number and name were completely wrong in your system, he told me what he sprayed would NOT help me at all with my issue. When we reached out to owner, the owner specifically said the general pest spray would cover our issue. Either the technicians are not well educated on their products and lied, or we were lied to by the owner. We were still forced to pay the $75 service fee that day for a spray we did NOT need. No refund was offered. Thank you for the current offer to refund our $20 credit, I greatly look forward to it. Thank you.

Very reliable. I recently moved into a duplex and the people who lived here before me werent very clean but now I dont have a problem after they sprayed.

Every 4-6 months i call jones pest control to treat/spray my home, jones is by far the best pest control service ive used. The bugs never make it in my home and if they do they are on their last leg. Their techs are very knowledgable and thorough. I will use jones pest control as long as im in their area.

The price for the service was reasonable, along with the staff being fast,friendly, and professional.

One of their drivers almost caused multiple accidents after slamming on his brakes in the middle of the road, because he was on his phone not paying attention. I also tried calling multiple times and got no answer. I will not jones pest control or recommend to anyone.

I have my house sprayed for mosquitos every 2 months. Never see a mosquito in sight!! Which is hard around here. I also have a quartley spray every three months to keep the creepy crawlers away. Havent seen a bug in my house since starting this service. Staff is always friendly and there to help when its needed. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your service. They offer free call backs if anything is seen. Never had to use that, but its good to know its there if needed:)

Showed up an hour early for an inspection and didnt call before. Luckily my wife was home. Good about returning phone calls.
