We use them every year to do our termite inspection and yearly pest control. Always know what services you’ll receive ahead of time and how much you’ll pay. No surprises. Plus, in six years we’ve only ever had to call them back out once for earwigs and that was bc it was a rainy year. Recommended.

Just had my termite bond pest control service renewed. As always, the service is exceptional. AJ is very thorough and courteous. He is also very tolerant, as I own a rambunctious dog.

A driver for this company nearly ran me off the interstate ramp, passing me without any regard for my vehicle. It was a single lane and he over took me without even acknowledging my presence, nearly causing me to hit the side wall to get out of his way. I have never used this company but I certainly never will if that is how reckless their employees are.

B & B was the exterminator used by our builder, Providence Homes, for our termite cert so we also used them for our 1 year follow-up. No complaints at all. Arrived on time, did their thing, offered some advice/tips and went on their way. Pretty straightforward.

I would definitely recommend B & B exterminating. AJ was very professional and friendly. He worked quickly but was also very detailed. At the end he went over which pests were included in my purchase and was very honest about which services he would and wouldn’t recommend for us personally. The staff at B&B are professional, upbeat, knowledgeable, responsive, and personable! - our regular technician AJ even takes time to make sure our pup is comfortable with his presence by greeting and talking to him! This is one of those rare companies that instills customer loyalty and we highly recommend them!

My husband called and requested a quote the representative quoted my husband and when the tech showed and provided his service he advise that is was going to cost 378 dollars. They give miss leading information. I would look somewhere else or make sure your cost are clear.

They actually address your issues when you tell them you are having a weed problem. They come out and do their job. Ive tried 3 other companies before using them. The other companies billed me for lawn services they didnt actually perform and weeds took over my yard.

Ive been with B & B Exterminating since 2015 when I moved into a newly built home in Springfield, a historic neighborhood in Jacksonville, Florida. I recently moved into another Springfield home, this one built in 1917 and decided to renew my relationship for termite and pest control because of professional service and superior customer service. They worked with me on a payment plan to lessen the blow of the monthly but necessary expense of termite and pest control protection.

Expensive but nessasary... Always say yes to the dye so you know what they sprayed no matter how much they try to convince you its not needed...

It was time for our annual termite bond and the tech arrived on the earlier end of his time frame which I an always happy about. He was polite and answered my questions, did his inspection and completed everything in a timely efficient manner.

I had the same issue. I was not home this past weekend and came home to a bill left on my door for 288.00 for termite renewal. I have never contacted this company. KB homes used them for closing. I had actually contacted other companies to get estimates for both termite and pest control. I had no intention of keeping this company. Also, I am surprised that a termite inspection can be completed with no one is home and no access to the back of the house. I did find something tossed on the front porch and around the front of the garage door. I had to sweep this pesticide off the concrete to keep from tracking this into my house. I called your company and left a voice mail. To date no one has returned my call.

We have had a Termite treatment Bond with B&B for several years and each renewal period, we are greeted with a courteous and efficient technician who spends about 1 hour inspecting the house, interior and exterior, and applying the prescribed treatment. This recent visit was at the 5 year threshold where the technician applied a barrier of termidor, which extends the warranty for another 10 years.

I have utilized B&B service for 16 years. They are prompt, courteous and when I have had one concern over the years, they stepped in quickly and resolved it to satisfaction.

I have my Termite Treatment & Bond with them. Just completed my annual damage inspection by their technician Jamaal, who did an extensive/thorough inspection (and wore booties on his shoes). The termite service company who service on my last home simply walked around the house and was gone in 5 mins. This was a noticeable difference.

The fastest way to lose me as a customer is to treat me like I’m stupid. Don’t talk down to me. I could care less that you’re a family owned business that’s been around for years. Sending me an invoice for service not rendered just because my home builder used you when they built my house is presumptuous and predatory business practices. Your company didn’t even try to contact us to schedule a date, you just sent us an invoice with a note on it saying if it hasn’t been paid, we will accrue late fees. Late fees for what? When service was never scheduled or rendered?!? This kind of treatment is exactly what friends and neighbors have warned us about. Your company may be a good one, but customer care and service needs to be better. And when a customer wants to cancel their account, don’t patronize them. If you had said, “what can we do to keep you as a customer?” our phone call would have been different. Instead YOU chose to patronize me, and speak loudly and adamantly that you’re a great company.

B&B has been my exterminator since my house was built in 1991. I have never missed an annual termite inspection and for at least 10 years have the Termidor termite treatment in place around the foundation. Ive never had any issues with termites and this is all because of B&B. A few of my neighbors have had termite damage and repair and this further proves having B&B as my pest control was the best decision.

Weve had B&B for our termite bond for 4 years. Never had a problem with their service or with getting a hold of anyone in their office. Ricky did our inspection this year, and, like the other staff before him, he was professional and friendly, and explained everything he did for the inspection. He also phoned ahead (as requested), was pleasant to speak to, and arrived within the time window given.

I had a problem with a dead lawn after returning from vacation, I called B&B, and was scheduled as soon as possible and my lawn is getting better and better everyday. I mean it is extremely reasonable to have to wait. No company is going to treat your problem and have it be fixed at the snap of your fingers. Be reasonable. I have them for my termite service, my pest control service and soon my lawn service. Theyre good people and if ever you actually have problem as far as service, call them, speak to the people in the office, if that doesnt work ask for the manager. They will gladly transfer you. Talk to them before you go out ranting about them on reviews. These people are trying to make a living and THEYRE PEOPLE TOO. Its not like youre trying to reason with a machine. Check them out and take the risk for yourself. Its definitely worth it.

I currently have a termite control contract with them. So, as a first choice, I called them up to provide me a free quote on rodent control in my attic. I was given a window of 3 hours. I waited for 3 hours and when no one showed up, called the office to enquire why no one showed up to provide the quote. Got an unapologetic answer that the person who was supposed to provide a quote was held up and will call me when he was ready. Yeah right, I did not have anything better to do but wait all day for their call. Very poor communications as I had already provided my cell phone number - they never even bothered to call me to let me know that they are running late. Very poor customer service. Will not recommend them! Cant wait for my termite contract to get over so that I can dump them.

I purchased a home in Sept. 2017 in Jan and Feb I got a bill from this company even though I have never engaged them for service. I called their office and the women who answered the phone was very rude. Basically, what I understand is this company check public record to see who the new owner was and just sent me a bill and charges me late fees. This is illegal and I have reported them to the Dept. of Agriculture. I purchased the home free of liens and it is a terrible marketing practice to send bills to people using public records to identify their next victim when someone buys a home. I encourage anything else to also report them to Dept. Of Agriculture. I would never do business with a company who sends randoms bills to new home owners to increase their profits.

B & B has been providing termite treatment and services to our home for 5 years. They have great service, always on time to appointments and the reminders about the annual termite checks are great.

Company keeps sending me bills but I have never contacted them or asked for their service. Obviously this is part of their business model because others have experienced the same thing. I am now receiving bills with finance charges for a service that I never had or asked for. If and when I do shop for exterminators I will absolutely stay away from this company.

Worst Lawn Care Company ever. B & B Exterminating sprayed my grass for over 1 year and over half of my grass died. Technicians that spray lawn are unfamiliar with there job and do not spray entire lawn. Manager Cliff is rude and could care less if your a happy customer or not.BUYER BEWARE!!!
