Love this place. Fantastic prices. John and Chris are awesome! I have called up there multiple times and everytime I am greeted with extremely friendly staff. I have called all around North Florida and these are by far the best prices for whats included! My event is not until March, but with the awesome customer service I have received so far I know it will go great!

Our daughters wedding had to be moved to our backyard due to COVID-19 restrictions. Chris and his crew came through like all-stars from stat to finish!! They were able to provide us with everything we needed to put on a first class wedding/reception for 50+ guests and everyone had a great time (Most of all, our daughter had the wedding of her dreams). Tents, tables, chairs, wedding arch, dance-floor, lightning, even drapery to provide privacy from neighbors. They were a one-stop shop and accommodated every request up to the very last minute! Professional, respectful, and always on time. Couldnt have ask for better!

United rent-all provided all of the rentals for my own wedding in Jan 2019 as well as all of the rentals for my moms wedding this Jan! And once again, theyre were nothing but helpful and professional! Anything I wasnt sure of, they walked me through it. I appreciated that they explained to me things that no other company took the time to do. Instead of just throwing numbers at me, Chris explained options for linens lengths, diagrams for table/tent setup. Theyre the friggin best!! And very affordable! Would reccomend them to anyone!

We have known and used United rental for about 20 plus years for the Olustee Battlefield. Have never had a problem that they were not right there to help and fix any thing we needed. Great customer service. You can rent just about anything for indoor or outdoor events. Pick or delivered to your location. We rented all the item nwed to setup a garage for a wedding reception. From tables, chairs, drapes, table covers and even a 9ft by 9ft dance floor! Returning the items was super easy! Saved money and time by doing it yourself.

United Rent-All has provided our equipment rentals for a local non-profit fundraising event year after year and we adore them! Their customer service has been nothing but impeccable, and their prices are incredibly reasonable, which is important considering the challenges of working within a non-profit budget. Our annual company Thanksgiving luncheon is always a BIG hit!! Starting out with 80 people and over the past 4 years has grown to over 300 in attendance. If it were not for the flexibility of United Rent-All this sometimes could not be possible. Planning weeks in advance you never know what the weather will be like, but they are always on standby to add sidewalls if inclement weather is predicted and all at the last minute. We started out with only one small tent, grew to two and in 2020 are anticpiating needing three!! All a good problem to have when United Rent-All is there to assist in any way they can. Making design suggestions and alternatives that are cost effective. Always a pleasure working with Chris and his team. Delivery guys (Shane, Levy, Januz and Georg) are very professional and adjust as needed to meet the customers needs. I used United Rent-All for a company cookout and Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with. His responses were prompt and he never got annoyed or frustrated when we had to make last minute changes during their busy tent season. In the beginning of our search, we quoted other tent companies and they came in well under the other quotes. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to rent a tent!

I used this place a lot when lawn equipment was available. They are really friendly. They keep your information on file; so easy check out. They have lots of other stuff for rent.

This place was trash I would not recommend rented tent and chairs and tables never got tent and due to error on staff called and informed them they said they would talk to us Monday and never did just refused to give any partial payment return then movers showed up without notice or phone call . Save your money they are better places for the price they charged would gave zero stars but had to give one.

I recently rented several chairs from this place. Every single chair had mud on it. I ended up washing all 15 chairs.I did tell the rep during the return. I dont think the rep cared.

We just recently celebrated our companies 40th anniversary and had contacted United Rent-all on Blanding Blvd. I have got to say that right from the beginning they were very helpful and helped me to pick out just what we needed for the event. They sent out two of their techs to measure and suggest different things such as the size tents wed need and the number of table and chairs we would want to have for diners.i gladly scheduled a date, signed a contract and when the guys showed up the knew what they were doing. Vey poor customer service and communication. Had a delivery set for 11am and they arrived at 8am. When they arrived they refused to put the tables where they were needed and when I called the business they did not care and offered no solution. We will definitely remove this company from our vendor list.

They are knowledgeable and friendly but its time for them to replace their items.

20x30 self set up tent was gross and covered in mold spots. Took all day to set up 2 of them. The ropes are ragady and side poles look terrible. Was not ideal for a wedding but might be ok for sporting event etc. It also had small tiny holes in it causing some dripping on our tables. Looks like they got their money worth out of it 300 times over.

They have everything you need for parties or weddings. Everything is quick and easy to rent.

Last minute order was filled and I was satisfied.
