I love this place. Super clean and everyone is very friendly. Always get a pedicure and gel manicure and it last weeks!! I will always come back. They do amazing eyebrows as well. 10000/10 very reasonable price as well

So I recently moved and he needed a new nails salon I was really surprised because I usually do the coffin tip and some diamonds were used to go they would charge me $5 per Diamond well Jewel I should say lets just say my nails cost me $50 without the tip she offered me even a massage a quick neck massage before I was done to me that was pretty awesome

Ive been a loyal customer at this location for 3 years and was just refused service by Kevin. This is unacceptable! Ive spent tons of money at this place. Only to be treated like trash! I will never forget this or visit this location again!

Me and my girlfriend have been here 3 other times they charged us 98$ for nails that look like a 5 year old with a nail kit did I tried to be nice and pull them aside and ask for a refund and not make a scene, they said yes at first and then I got my girlfriend who had acrylic under her nails after 2 hours of work they fixed it and still haven’t given me a refund and argued you with us the whole time on how we shouldn’t get a refund I have worked in customer service for years and something they teach you is the customers always right and you should be making them happy so they come back.

The smell is one of the worse Ive ever smelled at a salon. I sat down for two minutes and had to leave, I got an instant headache and Im also pregnant so I didnt feel comfortable enough to sit there breathing in those fumes. It looked like a pretty place, just needed better ventilation.

I decided to try a new salon and wanted to get a full set of hombre pink and white on Oct. 8th 2018. I was disappointed because I was told the person that did my nails knew exactly how to do it. It almost looked marbled as the white was nearly touching the base of my nails bed. I told the lady I didn’t like my nails and it’s not what I expected so she took $10 off. Honestly I could’ve cared less I just wanted to pay for what I was expecting. I spoke to a gentleman who may appeared to be the manager or owner and showed him how horrible by nails were in comparison to pics from Pinterest on what it shouldlook like as examples. He understood as it was a bad job and evident the nail tech didn’t know what she was doing. I would’ve rather be told she didn’t know how to do it and would’ve gotten a full set with a gel polish. Simple. He told told me to come back the next day so someone that “knows how to do it” can do it. So I made an appointment that day for the following day at 5:30pm. I waited almost 20 mins to be assisted as this was already an inconvenience to have to come back and didn’t leave until 7:30pm . The lady that finally helped me was nice and polite. I quickly realized once she started she too did not how to efficiently do pink and white hombre nails. By this time I’m already irritated even more and let her finish the job. She did not remove the old set she only drilled off partial acrylic. So now I currently have “hombre pink and white”. You can still see the tan/white from the first time with now pink/white and a tan/pink base. It’s still hideous and it’s not shiny at all. My nails are very lumpy and dingy. I feel horrible because I’m not the one to ever complain nor to ever write a review but this is a place that no one should go to if they are looking to get pink/white hombre nails. My friend got her nails done yesterday with me and her nails were beautiful. I can not attest to any other services performed but only my first time experience. Do your research before having someone attempt to do butcher your nails especially when you’re about to go on a vacation. I will be going to another place tomorrow to have this hot mess soaked and some by the professionals I normally go to. First pic is how they should look. Next two are the correction. Me and my friend came here and they told us the wrong prices the woman that worked there saw I had 40$ in my hand and she decided that my nails were 40 when they were supposed to be 30$ and the woman told my friend that her nails were dry and they were not dry and she wanted to leave and so she told us her nails were dry we had to go back in there and they had to fix her nails and they are still messed up and my nails are chipping and I just got them done yesterday and my friends nails looks awful and do not come here they were very rude and unprofessional and our nails look terrible.

I got a Deluxe gel pedicure and SNS manicure. Lots of color varieties and they even have the matching gel/sns colors!! Very friendly and very reasonably priced. Professional. I will be coming back!

I enjoy going to Fresh Nails. I feel very pampered. Before l had a chance to sit down, l was asked if l wanted something to drink. You can choose what type of pedicure you want by the time that they message your legs and feet, use paraffin, hot towels, hot stones and lots of lotion. There is an array of polishes and techniques to choose from. After the manicure, l was given a neck and shoulder message. The technicians are so friendly and professional. I will continue to go.

Kevin is one of the best nail technicians I’ve ever been to. He’s extremely good at what he does and ALWAYS leaves my nails looking fresh. I keep coming back to him and he is so good about fitting me in at the last minute. Everyone is also very welcoming here and I wouldn’t go to another nail place in the area except for this one!

My first visit today! I had a waited too long to get a fill on my pink and white nails done elsewhere, and came in with painful nails when I jammed and bent them while gardening. I looked online for a place open on a Sunday and found Fresh Nails, with all their great reviews. They took me immediately, offered me a beverage and Kevin worked his miracle on my hands. I have to say, he did an excellent job. He listened to the issues I was having, paid attention to the shape I like - that kind of rounded edge square- and made them the perfect length for my outdoor yard work that needs to be done. He was detail oriented, working at them to perfection. They look really, really nice! The added warm towel and neck massage was exactly what I needed after all that yard work, and a great surprise! i decided my brows and lip needed waxing as well, and they took care of that quickly, with a nice shape. Ill be going back for sure!

While the customer service is on point, they use MMA products!!!! i got a pedicure with acrylic big toes, and dip set on my nails. after the salons were shut down, i was forced to do my own soak off. the acrylic was sticky, dried quickly, and took FOREVER to remove (all signs that they used mma) MMA is an ILLEGAL product and extremely harmful to your real nails! my big toe nails also were a pain to remove, and the MMA disintegrated the tops of my toe nails. PLEASE don’t go here if you care about the health of your nails!!! google MMA acrylic and you will see what i’m talking about. a lot of salons use MMA to cut down costs.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I went to get a mani/pedi with my friend. They ruined the entire time. While I was there a customers baby cried and wailed the whole time. I asked to do a base coat of white on my feet and then on the big toe, polka dot in orange. Instead i got the big toe all orange and the rest white. On my nails, the employee, filed them down to the quick. None of them seemed to understand English, only the receptionist. By far the worst nail salon I have been to. Not relaxing, not enjoyable, waste of time and money.

I have been here a two times so far. The first time I walked in 30 minutes before close to get a gel manicure and took care of me within 10 minutes. It was the best manicure I ever got. They next time was a group pedicure and it was also the best I had.

It was my first time at this salon today. I saw on Google that they had 5 stars, so I decided to give it a shot. Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted by everyone. The men helped me to a seat. Kevin then did my manicure. He absolutely blew me away with his work. Ive always been disappointed with other salons work. Kevin even massaged my back as I was waiting for my nails to dry. I am absolutely going back and I recommend this nail salon to anyone who have had bad experiences in the past. You wont be disappointed.

I have never been more disappointed with an eye brow wax in my life... Ive been getting my brows waxed since I was in middle school and have experienced all sorts of redness and discomfort from having sensitive skin... but this is extremely unacceptable and unlike anything Ive ever experienced. The wax was, as you can see by the burns, WAY too hot to applied on the skin. She continued to be rough throughout the process digging her long fake nails into my eyelids as she pressed the paper down.. I was mortified when I got to my car and looked in the mirror in the light.. Needless to say I will not be returning here.

I went to fresh nails tuesday for a fill and pedi. The lady told me her name was Missy. My pedi was by far the worse I have had in my life! Very quick and careless as to what she was doing. My nails, she cut way too short and uneven. I decided to go with the gel since it lasts longer. 2 days later my polish is chipping off! How does gel polish chip off? Its been 3 days and looks like I need another fill and also most of my polish Is all chipped. I will not be returning here!

I like it there, very friendly staff also but what I did notice was after my pedi the tub was not cleaned and they used a used foot scrub and the metal grated foot scrub was just rinsed off in the tub, not properly cleaned at all. Im funny about things like that.

Theyre friendly and accomodating, the atmosphere is comfortable. Ive been there twice so far and both times I brought in a design they free handed it beautifully you would have thought it was a stencil. The shape was done very well, the acrylic was smooth and even, I really have no complaints it was an overall clean job. Ive been to a few places in the past and there was always something I would change and I learned to expect that. So, when they exceeded those expectations twice in a row theres no other place Ill go while Im in Jax.
