Honestly I don’t like leaving bad reviews BUT I had a pedi yesterday and it’s already chipping. I asked for a Gel pedi and the nail tech forgot which was no big deal if my nails were not already chipping. I also got a gel mani that is ok, could use another coat of polish. I won’t be going back.Update: this is day 4 of my gel manicure and a nail is already peeling right off.

I had previous used Bella nails but stopped due to constantly feeling rushed and never having a relaxing experience. I decided to go back for a pedicure with a friend for her birthday just due to the convenience of location to our home. I got a basic pedicure, no Gel. I took the polish off last night only to find FUNGUS under the polish on all most EVERY nail. This place is clearly not cleaning or sanitizing their equipment properly. Not only are their prices to high to begin with, now Ill be paying for a doctors visit and meds. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

I was charged for the $60 pedicure. It includes the intensive callus treatment which I did not get as you could see in picture. I didnt get the scrub or cooling gel or moisture mask. They charge for what you ask but dont give everything you pay for. I dont think Ill be going there again.

We have been coming here since 2013 and absolutely love the staff at Bella. The best service and attention weve found anywhere which is why we keep coming back. Melissa and Trish run an excellent shop and we would recommend this salon to anybody. Try to make an appointment as they have tons of clients and get real busy if you were to just walk in.... you might have some wait time. Appointments are easy with Heather and she is awesome at setting everything up when you arrive for your service.

Best nail salon Ive been to in Jacksonville, but can only give 4 stars because the last two times Ive visited Ive gone to Ms. Snow and she seems to find a way to charge me extra for random things I didnt ask for and doesnt do the little extras that makes the trip worth it (offering water and hot towel after the service). Ill keep coming as Im mostly happy, but make an appointment with someone else if youre trying it out for the first time.

I always love coming here. The service is so phenomenal and quick. Today I got the royal pedicure and it was ahhhhhmazing!!!! This is my goto nail place in Jacksonville!!!!

They took me in for a gel polish walk in but the polish didnt last a full 2 weeks which was dissappointing. The staff is friendly though and I was offered something to drink while getting my nails worked on.

This was my first time here, my daughter recommended to me, I had a good experience I had SNS done by Christina she did a really great job and shaped them exactly how I wanted Im happy enough to return for my next fill

The place seems nice but I didnt have a great experience. Anthony did my pedicure and he rushed through a pedicure that was supposed to last 35 minutes. It lasted maybe 15 minutes max. He watched me struggle to turn the massage chair on for like 5 minutes before I finally asked him if it worked. Then without saying a word he just reached up and turned it on. Didnt do any callus removal on the bottom of my feet which I needed because I am pregnant and cant really reach my feet myself at the moment. Also, I dont mind not talking much since Im interested in relaxing while I get a pedicure... but he didnt even say hello when he started or say anything to me at the end of the service - just threw my shoes down and walked away. Which again, Im 9 months pregnant... It would have been nice for him to hand me my shoes so I didnt have to struggle to pick them up after my nails dried. $27 was WAY too much for the service I received. I highly doubt Ill go back there.

My mom and I went to this nail salon while she was down here to treat ourselves to a nice girls day.They weren’t very welcoming when we first got there.They started on me first and my mom waited a little to have someone even come to attend to her. He seemed very rushed and not friendly at all. My tech was okay, but not very friendly either.When I went to have my mani done, she kept telling me I should have done something else, but I was there for what I wanted.This mani and pedi only lasted about 3-4 days until it started chipping really bad. For what we both paid, not worth it.

I have been going to the salon for 5 years and I am always happy about the service. Hannah always does my feet. She is very sweet and makes my feet always very pretty. Her husband, John, sometime does my feet and he is very nice too. I have never had a bad experience and would never go to a different place. Great salon to go for a pedicure.

Horrible... I asked and paid for a mani... clear one polish coat on my nails! Awful! Then she painted a color on my toes... no where near I wanted. Partially my fault for no doubled checking... but why I should have to???? Im giving all my business to a new salon... VENETIAN go there its awesome!!!

So, I went here to get SNS. They wouldnt take the bottom color off and just covered it with new different color. I told them this is a gill but they charged me for soak off and a full set.....after that I got a fungal nail infection. ... 8 weeks of medication. Avoid this place like the plague...

I am giving this place two stars because the technician was very sweet and she seemed very professional and I left happy. The problem was with the product. I have had gel polish manicures many times from all brands and many different salons and I’ve never had such bad quality polish. 2 days after my manicure one nail the polish completely peeled off and the next day several were lifting around the edges.

Finally found my home nail salon... I highly recommend Billy as a nail tech. He gives the best massages!

First tech did a horrible job on my nails. Second time tech in charge fixed them still horrible job showed a pic of 5 simple stones in diamond shape and didnt position stones in alignment and all over the place not giving it a nice polish look to it.... Spent over 200 dollars and no effort into making the art of nails polished looking ...look was simple and pic was cleared one of my fav styles done it before and looked exactly like the pic which only had 5 stones. Some how still position them wrong and not paid attention to details. My nails look like a 11 year old did them if I go to nail shop I expect a creative nail tech that pays attention to details and puts effort in their art not a copy and paste mind set. Put your touch to the art. Its an art and details matter. I expect my nails to look natural and polished no matter how short or long.

I was only visiting the area, but wished I lived near by because Chris ( I believe was my techs name) did a wonderful job on my toes. To finish it off they give you this wonderful neck massage. Very nice! Thank you!

Loved it! Got a Bella Pedicure, spent an hour getting massaged and pampered! Did a fantastic job, my nails look great (and trust me, they were ROUGH!) and I got a lovely neck rub at the end that fixed my aches from the last week of stress! Highly recommend! 💚

They always do a great job. My daughter loves to come with me, it’s the only nail salon I know that has a kids size massage chair. We sit next to each other and get pampered. Trina is my nail technician and I always get complements on how my nails look.

Ive been here a handful of times. Anthony is my favorite. Hes very detailed and attentive. Hes also super nice. Will only come to him from now on.

I’ve been coming to Trina for years. She is the absolute best! I’m terribly picky but her pink and white is spectacular every time! She pays great attention to detail no matter if it’s my eyebrows or nails. Love the free wine and massage too!

Hannah does a great job on my nails and pedicure

I have been going here for years! My nail tech is Angel, who does a great job, but I have also used other techs and I find them to also do a good job. If you are a regular customer, you can acquire points towards a reduced fee for the services. They serve free water, soft drinks and wine. The background music played is soothing and relaxing. The pedicure chairs have built in massage therapy and are quite comfortable. Appointments are not needed but if you would like to use the same nail tech each time, appointments are suggested. Eyebrow tweezing is offered also. The reason I gave only 4 stars instead of five, is that staff tends to talk amongst themselves in Vietnamese, although they all speak English. Otherwise, this salon has been the best one Ive gone to in the beaches area. Oh, there is also a very cute little pedicure chair for the young, young ladies!

If youre looking for ne, Im over at Bella Nails. John is one if the best technicians and he is always so kind. He is gentle and he takes his time. He really personalizes this time for you. He makes you feel the entire experience.

FUNGUS!!! I have been using this salon for 13 months with no problems until the last 4 months approximately. I have always for many years had my tips removed each session without question in many places I have lived. However, the last several times, advised by the owner than fill-ins were better for my nails. I asked once or twice but was again assured, better for nails. Now, I am losing a nail due to fungus (under a Doctors care at this time) developing under a tip from it being on too long. Also, I have been told that at least 1 other has had this happen. Health Dept. notified. Do not believe that this is better! New tips mean cleaner! The place is nice and appears clean but one cannot see germs until its too late. I would not recommend any longer.Update: From these latest reviews, Id say new chairs and a pretty place does not make up for customer service & sterile environment!!!

I spent an hour at this salon, just to have SNS removed. Which I know, based off of previous experiences, could’ve and usually lasts less than 30 minutes to completely have everything removed. I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve had other services last me an hour, like a full set SNS.My experience could’ve been easily avoided if they prioritized better and rather than trying to work on 2 clients at once, they should focus on just one.I went in to remove SNS from my nails and just get a manicure with regular nail polish applied. The first nail technician finished applying the acetone on both of my hands around 2:45. She then got up to attend another client. I sat for 20 minutes while plenty of other technicians would stare at me as they walked by. Finally another technician came to check my nails and said I still needed to wait 5 more minutes. Which turned into 20 more minutes. She then also said that regular nail polish wouldn’t stick or last at all (which of course I know how regular nail polish works) so I just stated that I didn’t want any more services at all. She went back to her other client and by then it was 3:35. I went to pay the $10, but no one was at the register because everyone had a client and was trying to multi-task.

Melissa is my FAVORITE for my nails. Love how quick but also very particular she is. Always a great job.

Pedicures and manicure here are great. Very clean environment and everyone is polite. Foot, leg, and shoulder massage can be a hit or miss depending on who you have. Ive gotten gel, gel french tips, etc. The place is also reasonably priced. The salon no longer accepts tips thru card so be sure to bring cash with you if you plan to tip.

Bella Nail salon is a great place. I get my nails done by Snow. She is a great tech and a joy to be around. I really have a hard time going anywhere else because she knows my toes and my expectations well:)

Only $40 for full acrylic set and it was beautiful! Aways my choice for nails. ❤️ Edit 6 days later: 2 nails have fallen off after only 6 days and one is peeling off. Most acrylics I get last 2+ weeks before peeling off but these are falling off for small basic tasks.

This place treated my friend very badly over a pedicure! She didn’t receive her services she paid for. And the nail tech lied and said he did something he didn’t! I will never spend my money here anymore! The manager Melissa doesn’t treat her paying customers with respect!

Had a male service my nails. I now have 3 fingers with infections, 1 way worse than others. Smoke in between doing my nails and paraffin wax. Took forever and painting was bad-space between nail and cuticle. They have these nice plastic covers for the tub but failed to disinfect after or the piece that sat in someone elses water foot bath. Not a clean salon.

Malissa is hands down the best at nails I love her and I have been going to her I have weak nails and shes very gentle with them and never harms them and yesterday I needed my nails done and malissa wasnt there so I saw her sister and she put acrylic nails on me and did an amazing job perfectly done just like malissa! -and didnt use a grinder on my natural nails ms snow and everyone is amazing highly reccomend!

I had my nails done here few times already & its pretty good but today it was really worst & I just walked out. Right after I enter the door the lady always sitting in the front asked me what do I need then I responded, she was like what I cant here you & I repeated what I said to the point people looking at us because were shouting. That moment I felt twas being rude to talk to the customer in that way & they should have atleast someone in the desk to assist the customers who just get there. It doesnt stop there, I just let it pass while Im picking color but w no reason I just looked at her then saw & heard her talking to her customer saying I cant hear what shes saying then shaking her head then saying can even speak louder. Yes. thats just how close we are for me to hear her. First, if you want to understand & hear your customer you need to get your ass out of that chair & talk to them in a good manner. Then, do not talk behind your customers back knowing youre not even 5 steps away from them. Well, you just lose one great customer!

First explained my last experience was good but not great my daughter got kids pedicure and it was a wam bam thank ya maam and she was very unhappy. She has had many pedicures. Second i told her to please give me a good but soft massage have had surgery on foot it was long but if that was soft i would hate to see what her hard is! And last but certainly noy least...she told me it would be fifty. Im thinking thats right 35 for me deluxe pedi and i agreed to 15 for my 10 yr old. She charged me 50 just for me! And 22 for my daughter! Dont go here they lie and the suck!

Changed my original review of five starts when I walked in and they said it would be an hour and a half wait. I know they had a lot of employee turnover at the time, but after 2 more of the same experiences I just stopped trying.

The man who did my pedicure rushed through it and was very rough. I will not be back.

I am a hairstylist work in a barber shop by 13770 beach blvd . I always get my Gel polish and spa pedicure in this nail salon , everybody is professional and very friendly here .
