Above me on however I will say that its is she my little very little assistant and had to go through quite a bit to get an RA approved I guess is what it was called the first manager she spoke to I want to see her name was Sherry I cant quite remember but she was super rude anyway the young lady who helped us at the window and at the actual store was absolutely amazing and I would deal with her any day

As soon as I walked in, I was scolded for not wearing a mask. Sir. Put your mask on please. So i complied. But then i asked for my check and ID back. I said, i was going to do business here but since you want to tell me to put my mask on, Im taking my business somewhere else. Please hand me my things back.Policy is one thing. But enforcing silly policy can drive customers away. Dont forget, if your business does not make money, you dont get paid. If i choose to wear a mask okay, but if i forgot it in the car, dont say anything! Let it be. Its not that hard.

I use it mostly when in the crunch for my business as a large order comes in. Need more supplies to fill the order and make my money back double

I went here with a Western Union money order for $50. The money order was made out to me and I had my ID. They took me through fire flame hoops. I had to bring them the person that wrote it, I did that. Then they wanted the receipt to see how it was purchased. It was already 5:30 and I needed the money to go along with what I had to get my lights back on for me and my four children. There was no way I could do that in time. I went to Check N Go on Arlington Rd, in and out in 10 minutes. And it was $5 cheaper to cash the money order.

Good customer service. They are friendly they are professionals. I feel good doing business there.

Everyday by 1p.m there is no cash left. Why are y’all even open after that time? How can you be a check cashing place with no money, EVER.

This place will treat you like a criminal and make you feel like you are not human. They will take your photo, fingerprint you, call You, and make you fill out a packet longer than the old testament. I would rather get robbed than cash a check here.0 stars.

Absolutely horrible service. DO NOT CASH YOUR CHECK HERE!!! The manager Lizette cooksey does her own thing OFF RECORD. They are scam. I took 2 checks to get cashed and find out necessary information needed to cash my check and fill out the paperwork for my first visit and instead of helping me she automatically judged and criticized me. She didnt even ask my name before she blurts out Im gonna need to pay 5% plus an extra charge for being a new customer. I was trying to figure out if it was worth depositing in my bank account and she automatically assumed I was a scammer. It was so embarrassing. Instead of assisting an uninformed customer she proceeded to call her district manager. Her district manager tells her to cash the check and she still holds on to it and does her own thing. I would never recommend anyone to come to this off brand check cashing facility. Completely unprofessional. Lizette hates her job and sadly it shows.

If i could i would want to put negative stars i just needed my payroll check cashed and i filled out the forms the lady behind the counter started out nice and then turned very rude she kept saying how she had to verify this and that and i was standing there with a line of people behind me who were complaining about how long it was taking after standing there for almost 20 minutes i asked for my check back and i would just go somewhere else and then she was like oh i was just about to call my manager for approval and she throws my check under the window and was like fine take your business elsewhere if you want to she was very unprofessional and dont go there unless you wanna be treated worse than dirt
