Mattress delivered earlier than expected which was good. they set up the bed quickly and took the old mattress.

Ordered a Samsung washing machine, they delivered within two days! The guys were great! I received text to let me know when my delivery was going to be made. They called and were there promptly. They removed the old washer and installed the new. Friendly, and quick!

Purchased a Samsung Refrigerator and let me say that I was impressed with XPO Logistics! I am a hard person to please and if you look back at my reviews, I am not one of those that will give a 5 star that easily! But this company and their employees are very professional and deserve a 5 star for their service and professionalism. I received my gorgeous fridge without a scratch and on time! Trust them 100%!!!!

This company has delivered a few things over the years. Always quick and efficient. Got my washer delivered this time and the guys happily took my old washer, set up my new one and made sure it was working. Easy peasy.

The 1st experience was not good as they didnt place my set even in the front, didnt use the drip pan I bought, and didnt put them next to each other like I asked. The 2nd time took a long time to get scheduled to correct it the first time, but also to install my risers under the units. Once they came, they did that. However, instead of measuring the hole for the drip pan, they just cut it. Obviously it didnt work, so they didnt install it. So, they ruined a brand new drip pan and I get to eat the cost! Then they didnt plug in the washer or turn on the water. So, obviously they didnt run the machine to see if it worked before they left. I called and complained and the boss called to get the story after I set up another time for them to fix it. The boss said he would come out. Well, he hasnt returned my calls or texts and never came. I was told I would get a call with a time frame of coming today. I never got one. The 1st time I got a call was when it said I was the next stop and it would be 30 minutes. I rushed home because I was out. A little over an hour later, I got a call from the driver and said he was 35 minutes away. So, this is the 3rd delivery experience. Unfortunately since its still the same product. Anyways, they took the old drip pan out and measured the hole for the new one I just bought, exactly how I wanted it. They put the washer back and turned it on to make sure it worked. They asked if everything was where I wanted it and how I wanted it. I was very pleased. So, I think the saying is true of the 3rd times a charm. I wish it didnt take this long, but Im glad its over, and the last experience was very good.

Great and smooth delivery of my peloton replacement. They even took teh time to adjust it, and cleanup after themselves

I was given a window between 11:30 Am-3:30pm. Daniel and Richard were there at 11:25 and had given me a 30-min heads up through text. I had prepared a spot for the bike and they placed it, plugged it in and had it ready to go within 10 minutes. Very efficient!!

Daniels crew was on-time (called 30 mins ahead), worked their butts off in scorching heat, delivered and installed a fridge, oven, washer, dryer, and dishwasher perfectly.When the fridge couldnt come up the back stairs, they brought it back down and went through the front - not cutting any corners and did the work to get it inside the house.Great crew, professionals all the way.

I’m giving 5 stars for the fast friendly gentleman that arrived early and were in and out so fast. However, I was not happy with the wait. They received my item on the January 29th and it could not be delivered until February 10th. I asked if I could just come by and pick it up then but they do not alow any pick ups... I definitely don’t think I should have waited any more than a week. So be warned, in a 2 day prime world, these extra days felt unnecessary.

They did a great job in setting up our new Casper bed. They called 30 min prior to arrival and showed up a little early which was perfect for us. The driver introduced himself and effectively removed the old bed and replaced it with a new Casper. He answered all our questions and cleaned up prior to leaving. We are very happy with the service we received.

Preparing for Hurricane Dorian, they received my generator early/before the storm, but wouldnt have been delivered due to the storm. They called me in advance and provided me the option to pick it up at there facility, so we had it before the storm. They also were doing a special delivery run on Sunday, to help people get there generators before the storm hit. The guys at the loading dock were very helpful and fast. Loaded it right into the bed of my truck, and I was off. Thanks Guys! The people of Jacksonville appreciate what youve done!

XPO delivered a 12 ft. kayak this morning. XPO provided delivery updates since day 1. This morning they sent me a message let me know the approximate arrival time and as advertised they called me 30 min before arriving to my place. The kayak arrived in perfect conditions and the guys that delivered were nice and efficient. Great service!

Had a washer and dryer delivered and installed. Delivery was very fast and the two gentlemen that did the delivery and install were very friendly and careful. With wood floors we are always careful, and these gentleman were respectful of our floors and did everything they could to be careful. We have a unique dryer vent setup that they didn’t have parts for, but they hooked everything else up perfectly and offered sound advice about how to hook up the dryer vent to our weirdly places vent to the outside. All-in-all very pleased.

The delivery guys were prompt and courteous. The only thing I am not happy with is that there was no call the day before and I woke up to a text saying it would arrive today. I have a couple more things coming and hopefully they will warn me the day before so I can make sure I’m at home. Turned out good this time because I had the day off.

They screwed up a washer / dryer order that I had been waiting two weeks for. My existing set kicked the bucket, and Ive been going to the local laundromat. They refused to take the washer / dryer (His invoice didnt have removal on there, but my invoice did. I clearly paid for the service). I couldnt receive the units, as I had no means of moving the existing ones, or any way to dispose of them myself, thus me paying for the service... Now im on hold to see how much longer ill have to wait. Such a joke.Edit:They said theyll reach back out to me, AFTER 24-48 hours to set up another deliver date. I truly wish I could give negative stars. Absolute mess. PLEASE make sure they have the invoice correct before they leave, or you could end up like me!

They 2 young kids came in and set the peloton up. They were very professional and explained all i needed to know about the use. The touch screen has so much you can do you may want to call customer service. The bike is awesome and everyone in my household is excited to get in to better shape.

Just received my Peloton delivery today and the guys were great and very professional. They were running ahead of schedule and called to see if they could bump up my time, then indicated they would be arriving in 15-30 minutes. Delivery was quick and all they had to do was attach the touchscreen since they already had the bike assembled. They showed how to adjust everything and made sure I didnt have any questions. The only reason Im rating a 4 instead of a 5 is because they didnt stay long enough to make sure everything was working properly. The metrics on my bike werent working and it took a pretty lengthy chat with Peloton tech support to figure out it was only a loose cable. Had they stayed another 10 minutes, they probably could have saved me 30 minutes with tech support.
