I had a banner made for $200.00 + dollars. The top of the banner was blurry. I have worked with Vistaprint, Office Max and a local company in Tallahassee, FL and they all offer reprints and refunds for blurry products. To get my banner fixed I was told I have to pay an additional $135.00? We are a small business and I feel we were taken full advantage of. I will never do business with you all again. I was told it is my fault. Ive never been told that by anyone in the business professional field. Ridiculous.

Im here in Jacksonville to work a COVID-19 Vaccination site, which required having to order thousands of signs and many requests needed to be done very quickly. The staff-- John (the owner), Octavio, Dakota, and Ross worked very hard to get my orders completed in a timely manner. They are all very friendly, helpful, efficient, and FAST. If youre looking for a printing place that will produce quickly and has excellent customer service then COME TO THIS PLACE! These guys worked to no end to execute my orders and did so FLAWLESSLY. I never write reviews but this place is so awesome I couldnt not give them credit. 5 STARS!

First Impressions are lasting. I called the Downtown office and politely gave the gentleman my name. I asked who am I speaking to and he stated in a rather stern and unprofessional tone, Well who do you want to speak to? It offended me so I explained that I didnt know who I wanted to speak to but I was trying to get help with business. Needless to say I wont do business with this company.

Extremely happy with the service here! I brought in a mass of my original artwork and Ray spent a lot of time getting it all just right for me to print. I very much appreciate the attention to detail, and them working with me as an artist who “has to get it just right,” aka I’m a little obsessive, and Ray was happy to make any changes I asked for. They responded to any and all of my concerns, made edits, gave me test copies, and Mitch gave me a very reasonable price.I highly recommend them for printing to any other independent artists out there, I have used other people in town and Minute Man definitely does the best job.

Terrible customer service, extremely unresponsive and unconcerned. Over two months now and I still dont have my correct order (that has been paid for). Multiple follow ups, every time its another excuse. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I went here on a Thursday morning with a last minute rush request for a coffee mug printed for my daughters softball coach. Not only did they take the request, they were friendly and fun to sit and chat with while they took my order. I’ll be back. Thanks, guys.

Unfortunately, I was unable to have my daughter’s fans printed for graduation (money-wise) but I will say that the customer service etiquette of the front desk receptionist was EXCEPTIONAL!I called, sent in pics and received a quote speedy kick! The service I received from this location was fantastic. Jeff and the staff worked hard to meet the deadline I had set to get the job done. The final product was of high quality and better than I expected actually. Prices are very fair. Although my job wasnt huge and probably didnt bring them a lot of business money wise they still treated me as if I was important and that my business mattered to them. I will be a repeat customer and do not hesitate to recommend them for printing and related services!

I sent the artwork to Shasta and she was kind enough to pick up the shirts from my home to be screen printed. These guys are a LIFESAVER. After wasting 2+ hours at Staples uploading files and reprinting (with nothing but an embarrassment to show for it) I searched for business card printing in Jacksonville.I sent Shannon an e-mail with the SAME files I sent to Staples, and the print quality was absolutely unbelievable!If you need business cards printed, dont bother with neither Staples or Office Max. I called for a simple print job (8 pages, standard paper, black and white) from an emailed document. They stated they’ve a ‘$10 digital processing fee’ in addition to the cost of printing. When asked for a more reasonable, cost effective option they stated, ‘not here!’

Last year i needed multiple forms printed. I chose Minuteman press because it is locally owned and has been an established business in my neighborhood. They were very helpful since I had never prepared forms before. The prices, helpfulness in preparation and explaining how to format my forms were so helpful. Our association (Independent College Bookstore Association), was in town in February for our annual Conference, and we needed a local printer to do all of our signage and handouts. Shasta, Jon, and their team went above and beyond! When we first started researching printers, they came out and met with us at the hotel when we were in town for our site visit. They were the only company willing to come and meet with us. Once on the ground, they were very responsive and even did last minute jobs for us. Running a Conference can be hectic, but they made it easier for us, and I am so thankful for that. I will certainly use them again if we return to Jacksonville for a future Conference.

Requested a quote via their website and received an email back with a great price. I sent my files over and was told he would be sending my email to his designer and for me to call and set up a pickup time. Called his designer an hour later who had no clue what I was talking about. He finally found the file that had been emailed to a completely different person. I was told they would be done that day which was a Friday. They were not completed so I was then told theyd be ready Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and they werent ready then either. Wednesday comes and I had not heard anything by 2pm after emailing my point of contact so I called and was told I could pick them up end of day. Went to get them and they were printed on the wrong type of paper. I told the designer they were wrong and he started showing me the different papers they had, again all of which were wrong. This is why communication is important to begin with. Clearly the person who gave me the quote didnt relay the information correctly. Never again.

Minuteman printed two very large, highly detailed, abstract photographs of mine on particle board. The detail, and color reproduction was flawless. The price was reasonable and the service helpful. Wouldnt go elsewhere.

I do not understand the positive reviews for this company. I have used them twice at work and both times it has been more than challenging. I do not believe that organization and record retention are part of their business model. They are dismissive. They lost the records for an item we urgently needed. They just said that we must have gotten it somewhere else and that was it. I finally found someone there who remembered us and found the file. Even that was not without their usual oh I thought I got back to you. As soon as I can convince my employer to use another company we are out of there.I did receive the order today and the cards were perfect.The issue I have is with the process of trying to get the order placed. Unanswered inquiries about whether or not you could do the job. Follow through without hand holding from the customer seems to be an issue. I will say again, after more than a dozen emails I finally got the order completed. The cards are as expected. The process is exhausting.

I came in today to print a Welcome Home banner for a neighbor who has been away for cancer treatment. They use the same ink & printers for paper that they do for the thick banners, so the cost was too high for a temporary sign. When they heard what the sign was for (or maybe even before they heard), they gave me a blank banner for free (to hand write) and even put the grommets in the corners for me. Thanks, guys! I really appreciate it. Its far nicer than the paper banner I had in mind. Ill be back for other printing needs.

This was my first experience using a professional printer. I e-mailed a few different companies and all responded within a few hours. Minuteman was the only one to continuously respond quickly, sometimes within minutes with information, answers to my questions, and quotes based on my needs without even asking for one, making it easy to price what I needed. There are new owners, its now a minuteman press location. So they have their policies and programs. Some of the staff remain, but they should leave and find a new location, the new people have corporate policies and you cannot get the same service of same day. There are lots of printers out there, find a local family business and use them. Same Day Service should not come with excuses.
