Goodwin Lawn Services is a family owned business and they are great people to work with we love them. I love that the work is done by them not contracted out. They completely redid our backyard from tear down of old wood shed to all new grass, plants, mulch and pavers. They do it all. There prices are great and they made our backyard look beautiful. Plan on using them to redo our front yard. 5 stars for sure!! We highly recommend them.

The Goodwin family does exceptional work! They were very helpful in picking landscaping that is cold tolerant and deer resistant. Hugh ligustrums were removed quickly along with many other plants. The new landscaping looks so beautiful, I asked them to come back to do more. Again the work was above my expectations and I will call them again in January. They also met all requirements of our HOA,

My wife and I just completed our 1st job (bed cleaning, mulching, concrete edging, low voltage lighting, and pop up drain installation). Entire experience with this family owned business was amazing! We have been using Goodwin Lawn Services for our current lawn care we are completely satisfied with their service. These guys are professional, polite and hardworking. We seen them installing sod for a few of our neighbors and walked over and asked for an estimate they came by our home that evening and we had a written estimate by morning. Our sod was installed within 4 days of receiving their estimate. Great guys, great quality work!

The quote was very reasonable and they did an outstanding job. At first I was happy with what was delivered. But I had to pull things back to truly uncover what they did. I went on vacation for a full week. I told them they had a full week to get the work done. I came home and everything looked great. Then all the sudden weeds started to pop up in the middle of my flower beds. This was odd to me because I gave them almost a full roll of weed guard sheet. So I decided to pull the mulch away and discovered the weed sheet was never put down in the first 2 flower beds I looked at. Now another flower bed that I asked them to created that had St. Augustine grass in it had grass growing all in the flower bed after only 2 weeks. I pulled the mulch back in this bed and found no weed sheet located where the grass was. Also if the grass was fully pulled out and an edge was cut around the bed there is no way this much grass would grow back in the middle of the bed.They are very nice people, but after talking to my neighbors they said that GLS was only onsite for about 7-8 hours on one day. I gave them a whole week to make sure the project got done right and looked great. I paid half up front and the rest immediately when I got back from vacation and saw the results.I will not be using them again.
