I attempted to contact the company many times over a 2 week period to have them do some minor work on my yard every couple of weeks, and received no response. I happened to mention it to my neighbor, when I saw this company mowing his yard, and he I turn mentioned it to the company. They came and saw me, and agreed to take care of what I needed. They did so very irregularly. A little while later I needed them to mow my entire yard for me for a few weeks. I again tried calling and emailing with no answer. Finally, he answered a text message, and agreed to mow my yard. Great! One less thing to worry about. Except he didn’t do it. Even though he came and mowed my next door neighbors yard, he did not even attempt to mow mine. Incredibly poor service. I strongly urge people looking for service to look elsewhere. I’d give zero stars if I could.Edit to add.. when he finally returned my text message about cancelling the service, he says he couldn’t get his mower into my backyard gate, because the gate was too small. Making contact with us in some way to explain would’ve gone miles to fix things. Instead, nothing. No word whatsoever about why the yard wasn’t done. My rating stands for poor service and even worse communication.

Alex has cut my grass on several occasions when I had leave town. He has always done an outstanding job and cleaned up the streets at the end of the job. My neighbors have ask me who he was an how to get in touch with him. He has always been respectful to the cars going by by not blowing grass clippings in there direction. As far as his speeding in the neighborhood the speed limit is 35 but he is always below that.

Alex has cut the Apartment complex for 23 years. He has always done a very good job. Always respectful and mindful of the tenants....cars and any property left outside. His attention to detail is as good as it gets.

He does great work but does not answer phone calls or text. Hes suppose to mow my yard every two weeks and havent heard from him in over a month. Piss poor.

Every day with the trailer, excessively speeds through the Northwoods neighborhood in Jacksonville, NC. SLOW DOWN!!!! You’ve already been called and told to slow down by numerous residents in Northwoods!!!
