I didn’t have the best experiences. The parking lot is very dirty. There are a few homeless guys that frequent the location and sleep on the benches inside. It’s not their fault, but they ask for change and clearly have mental illness, which makes one feel unsafe at night or in the early morning. There are a lot of machines, which is a plus! There are times when this location is extremely busy and you have to wait for a machine. During the pandemic, I never saw an attendant disinfect anything. Other laundry facilities are better at this and keeping things clean. The bathroom is always out of order or disgusting, so don’t bring a little one that needs frequent bathroom breaks.

I like how much water in the washers and you still can use coins. Dryers dry clothes after about 5 quarters. I only fill it to about halfway. The establishment is clean mostly but have come in when it wasnt.

Not the best laundry, but the do have on site attendants. Who are kind and helpful

The only time you see the owners of this place is to come and collect the money and when he comes in and you need to talk about losing money or the dryers not working accurately, then he does not understand what you are saying . There is never any management in the building until they have their token black lady there and thats a useless case as well, because if you lose money in the machines, you are out because she has limited access, but the owners are watching the customers on a security camera like were monkeys. The place is dirty and the trash needs to be taken out and youre watching us on footage from your home. Wow, I will drive to Normandy from now on.

No attending for this place. Washer 11 took my and I had to rehash my clothes in another washer

It was a mess today water all over the floor like a washer done overflowed one of the washers quit with somebodys clothes in it and her clothes were stuck in there theres no phone number to get a hold of anybody in case you need it really gone downhill in the past couple monthsUsually it is clean busy or not been going their for a few years nowEveryone has a bad dayWill continue to go their so we shell see thanks

Honestly. Its quite ratchet. But I got my clothes clean. I personally wouldnt utilize a laundromat if I didnt have to. It just aint for me. Cant wait to move and hook up my own washer n dryer. Just being real.

Clean area , machines are always in great working order , a great place to go to wash and dry clothes

The place is very spacy, also offer free wifi, and tv. The machines is all new.

This establishment is open 24 hours and has new washers and dryers. You can wash in safety as there are cameras all throughout this establishment and its constantly being watched.

Bums and crackheads sit outside all day begging and the machines often break.

Not clean enough with this Pandemic

I felt very threatened and disrespected by the laundry attendant that works at this 24/7 laundromat before 12 I came up to the laundry room to wash one load of clothes for my children to go to school the next day and all it wore one small load of uniform clothes for a Christian School I had just gotten off work and the gentleman told me it took too long to wash so I couldnt dry or I couldnt wash it all he told me if I wash my clothes home to dry them the other African American woman who I know still had 20 minutes to go with she still in side washing clothes and he argued with me to the top of his lungs that I was being sneaky and I was not rightful to dry my childrens clothes sad and if the corporate office does not contact me off the complain I made I will make this public and I will take precautions
