My husband and I had a very special project we needed completed. I gave Dee (one of their graphic designers) an idea and right from the start, it was if she knew me for a life time. I didnt even need to make any changes. The start of our relationship was business cards, then it went to invoices and now with their wide format division, I purchased truck magnets and a tailgate wrap. I had good experiences with Kessler in the past but it seems they have gone down hill recently. I called about trying to get someone to come out and quote me for some vehicle decals and was told no several times. The salesmen wanted me to take measurements and send them over. i did not sent measurements over but was sent a quote for our smaller job and it was ASTRONOMICAL. The price was way too high for the poor service that i received and the fact that i couldnt get anybody to seem like they cared about my business.

They dropped the ball on several occasions and would not own up to it.Bottom line:Bad attitude by this company defending their abysmal work and failure to deliver. Weve been using Kessler for about 4 years now for our real estate mailings. Good group, on time, reasonable pricing. I recommend them.

My experience with Kessler has been nothing short of absurd. I paid 2x another quote from another company for rush delivery. The post cards I received looked like I used scissors to cut them. The first remedy they suggested was that I drive 45 miles round trip for them to trim the other side to match, but it would cut off my contact info. They agreed to reprint the cards and are now 6.5 hours late in delivering them and not responding to phone calls to get an ETA. 100% will NEVER use them again. If they can’t get 500 post cards correct I won’t give them thousands of dollars in print jobs for my sales collateral. Mistakes happen. How you react to them is what makes or breaks an experience and I am not impressed.

Two months of failure to deliver on contracted direct mail in last two months. 80% drop in our sales revenue over same period. Account representative not as responsive as we expected and didnt seem to care. Unable to get information about our direct mail and email campaigns that were supposed to run over the last two months. We are very disappointed. Have reported this to our Franchisor who had recommended we use them. Looking to have a more dependable and responsive provider ASAP.
