Summer was awesome. I have been battling tinnitus for years and having trouble understanding conversations. After an exam, I was fitted with some hearing aids that all but reduced the ringing in my ears to nothing. Summer was very knowledgeable about hearing issues and versed with insurance. I would highly recommend Anew for anyone needing a hearing assessment or hearing aids. I haven’t heard this well in years.

I met Faith Cook today. She was the kindest business woman I have ever met. I will go back.

They actual doctor and her daughter were so nice. However, the billing and receptionist lady was very rude. She would not listen to me about my insurance and she was short with me.

I just relocated to NC from another state and schedulued an appointment for my annual testing. When I arrived for my appointment the provider informed me she didnt deal with Resound and highly recommended Anew Hearing and made a call to them from their office to schedule an appointment the next day. To my surprise the staff was AMAZING. They welcomed me to the area and were very professional. My hearing test had gone extremely well. Everything was explained in detail. In the 5 years Ive been under the care of an audiologist in another state, this was the first time ever that I left Anew Hearings office able to hear the best Ive ever had. I highly recommend Anew Hearing Care. They were very thorough, explained everything in detail and care about their patients. Resound is not the only hearing aide they handle. Give them try. Faith Cook went above and beyond any service I have received in my 30 yrs. of dealing with hearing aids. I went over a year without wearing hearing aids because they didnt work. I took them to where I purchased the hearing aids from originally and was told that nothing could be done and I would need to get new ones. Faith was able to repair one of the hearing aids so I would be able to hear while the other hearing aid was sent off to be rebuilt so to speak. It is so good to be able to hear and understand others around me. You can guarantee that I will highly recommend Anew to everyone.

Visiting this office was the greatest experience! Faith is extremely personable, as well as knowledgeable about the products. Unlike most corporations, she works FOR and WITH her patients, which made me feel comfortable having to purchase my first hearing aid. Her personality is absolutely amazing! Faith and Jennifer are wonderful people and good at their jobs. They were patient, understanding and very helpful. Very professional and it didnt take long for my assessment. I highly recommend this hearing center. I found their hearing aids to be less than half the price of any other place.
