I had an excellent experience with Junk Busters! My half acre was moderately neglected for probably the past decade and practically untouched since hurricane Florence. When we bought the place huge swimming pools of leaves and towering brush piles had been left for us to clean up. Not to mention two years worth of growth towards the back of the yard I tried to unsuccessfully hack away at. I was completely overwhelmed and had a tight budget after the moving process. I called to get a quote and the owner himself came out and was very knowledgeable and understanding. He offered the best quote out of anyone in the area after calling 3 or 4 places. They did a massive amount of work with a decently large crew while they were here and were great about sticking to my budget when coming across unexpected things or time constraints, even coming to get me in the last hour to inspect what they had accomplished and make sure I was happy with the progress. I could not recommend them more highly and I am so relieved to have found someone who was able to help me make my yard finally look lived in!

Quick turnaround time from providing the qoute on Monday to job completion on Friday of the same week. A crew of four disassembled and removed a 12 x 12 shed from floor to ceiling in less than two hours. Including the contents of the shed (tires, shingles, lumber, etc.).Couldnt be happier with the results and glad to have rid of a backyard eyesore. So, my husband and I PCS’d from Okinawa less than two weeks ago and sadly, our tenants completely trashed our home. I reached out to Junk Busters and they were able to come out the next morning to haul away the mounds of trash left by our tenants. Monique and Terrance were wonderful to work with - both were so professional and understanding of our situation and their kindness was definitely a much needed morale boost. Hubs and I were so embarrassed by the condition of our place but we felt so much better after Terrance and his crew helped us. They had to clear out mounds of trash from inside the home, inside the garage, and in our large yard (we have a half an acre property) including an abandoned and broken pool. I was surprised we didn’t find a meth lab or a passed out dude named Jesse anywhere on the property. There was so much trash it took Terrance’s crew two working days to haul away. It would’ve taken my hubs and I at least a week to do it ourselves. The price was very reasonable (lower than what I expected quite frankly) and I almost felt like I robbed them. They were worth every penny. I plan on getting them back out to the property to help clear our zombie apocalypse looking backyard soon. I wouldn’t be surprised if my phone call triggers an anxiety attack (our place is THAT bad). These guys are awesome though. I can’t thank them enough.

A few weeks ago I inquired about removing yard waste. Initially very prompt and courteous. I knew rain was coming and understood they couldnt get to it immediately. I requested within a week or two. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I wont chase down someone for their business.

Very affordable and professional. I needed to clear out my garage so I called them and by the next week my garage was completely empty, I never would have been able to clear out all of the trash that was piled up by myself.
