Well i must say the gutters turn out to be what we wanted ! we kind of had a slight misunderstanding from Colby but Cort called back and corrected any confusion and made everything right even sent a tech out to make sure of the color that we were going with! and after confirmation i was called and the installer stated that he would be 30 minutes which in fact he was early (TUCK) and came in professional did the walk around and got to work in less than 2 hours he was done and we were very impressed! job well done

They did a small gutter installation for me. Even though it wasn’t a large job, the staff never made me feel it wasn’t as important as the bigger projects. They were on time, and the experience was hassle-free. The price was fair and about the same as other quotes, I saw. Everyone I dealt with, from sales to installation (Kenn) to the office staff were very professional.

Ive called around everywhere! And no one would even provide me a quote in less than 4 weeks. Then I called Gutter Helmet. They came out (I think it was the next day or the day after that to quote) 2 weeks ago and as of Monday I have gutters on my whole house. Ken did my quote, really thorough, professional and super timely response. I think it was Richard who lead the installation. That went smoothly, they were on time, clean(no mess left behind - personal pet peeve), not really loud (which I was expecting) and the gutters look great! It hasnt rained yet so no opportunity to really test them out but so far I couldnt be more pleased.

I had brand new gutters installed by Chris and Richard. Those guys knocked it out super fast and let me tell you, my gutters look incredible. Dennis was fabulous! I was afraid my job was too small as I only needed 2 downspouts, but he came out and got them done in a jiffy! Other places I called couldnt even do the estimate for a month. Dennis did the estimate and was out the next day with a great job done! He even cleaned the gutters out for me. Not to neglect to mention that Dennis is a really cool guy and just a great personality to be around...as well as his professionalism and quality work!

This company stood us up twice now even with collecting our $500 deposit. They ended up sending our deposit back in the mail without any communication on why they never showed up. We even tried to call and text both the salesman and production manager after they missed both of our appointments and there was never any answer or explanation. Would not recommend this company due to lack of communication and professionalism.And to the owner of AA gutter, unfortunately this is not a fraudulent review. We have plenty of proof, messages, and voicemails.
