A Ray was amazing in how they handled my predicament. Kevin and his son Devin were over right away when I frantically needed someone for the job. Very reliable and strategic in how they handle business. Friendly, personable and diligent in how they interact with customers. 100% recommend for any job!

They were polite and efficient. Kevin and his son Devin answered any and all questions I had about the process and I got everything salvageable back in its condition almost as if the incident never occurred. Gotta give them five stars.

Had a lot of damage to my personal belongings after a recent storm here in St. Augustine. Kevin was very helpful and worked on my time, and always kept me up to date with how the work was going. I highly recommend A-Ray Textiles for all of your cleaning needs.

Ray came out here the first time and went through the house with me for a few minutes. Seemed like a very Jovial and nice man. I told him I needed the estimate to turn over to my insurance company and that as soon as I received a check I would have them come and get the things. He kept pushing to get a crew in the house to get it then. Of course I could not do that until I had everything approved by my insurance. So he tells me he is going to send his partner Kevin over the next day. He said Kevin is the only person I know that can look at a house and give an estimate . So Ray called me later that night to tell me Kevin would be here between 4 and 6 the next day. At 5:44pm I texted Ray to ask if his partner was still coming. I then got a call from Kevin telling me he was stuck in traffic on I4. He finally arrived at about 6:40pm. He came in and I proceeded to show him The different rooms to get going on the estimate. He stops me and says I just need to go over some things, I know Ray says you are a great guy and we got the job, but if I right this estimate up. To actually give you a written estimate I need 25% down. So if it is $4000, I need $1000. I immediately kicked him out of my house. You want a $100.00 for just giving me an estimate. I filed this with my insurance company because I am Not RICH. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. THEY ARE LIARS AND TRY CHEATING A HARDWORKING PARENT OUT OF THEIR MONEY.
