As a Kubota dealer and parts facility - Coastal Equipment is the best. While I live closer to another dealer, I always go back to Coastal Equipment becasue of their special care and attention. Needed some genuine Stihl line so I figured they might have some being they are an authorized Stihl dealer. After being transferred 3 times and waiting on the phone and dealing with people who dont know the product and didnt have nothing , I went down to Shaws Outdoor on highway 90 instead. I bought a big spool of line for 50 bucks . They was also rude and slow when I ordered some belts from them for a riding tractor. I wont be back and I will tell everyone in Duval County

Tried to get help with a part. They offered no help. Not even a suggestion as to where I could find help. Way to go with customer service. Shameful really

They always help me find the parts for an Old Kubota. Right nice guys, sounds like some of these other nancies want a psychological counseling group, not a tractor service Dept.

We have done business with them for years.*Update: I went in to look at a new tractor. I had bought one from them previously. This time, I guess the salesman didnt think I was serious. So, I went to Ag Pro and bought one 😊

Parts dept. Is slow and no helpful. Called ahead for parts and they didnt even know about them . Will not go there again .and I own a bx2370 w/ la243 loader and a gravely zero turn and I would not buy from them .

I purchased a bucket for my tractor and had it installed at the Jax location and purchased a trailer and set of forks at the Macclenny store. I have been happy with the service and prices at both stores.

Dont stop here if youre in a hurry. I walked in the door at 11 to buy a six pack of 2 cycle oil. There was one guy in line. Its 1143 and Im still standing here while the guy looks for a part. I asked 4 guys who are just sitting at desk if some one else could ring me up, and they said nope you have to check out back there. Hes looking bin to bin trying to find a bolt that will work when he could have rang me up a half hour ago. I understand first come first serve but this is ridiculous

Went in to buy a gravely, he said that they dont hold up half as good as a kubota. Not to mention that kubotas are way over priced. I am not happy with the Kubota at all! Very high maintenance, and poor warranty.

I bought a brand new Kubota B2601 with a belly mower, bucket system, and box blade yesterday. I even ended up buying a Stihl Wood Boss while I was at it.I cant say enough about the positive experience. John Jr. Has been extremely responsive and always offers sound advice. He went the extra mile by sending me some text message instructions on how to unhook the instruction-less belly mower. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, this is the place to go!

Took my BX in for 50 hour services to COASTAL Equipment System on new kings Rd. Wasted my day for nothing. The Service Manager, Mr King, was nasty from the start. I asked for the price of a basic 50 hour service, Mr. King said he would call me in an hour. After 4 hours I called to ask the price and Mr. King said he was busy dealing with over customers that came in after me and didnt have the time. I had already called other Kubota location to ask the price and was given the price of around $300.00. Mr. King called me back an hour later and informed me that it was $600.00+. When I questioned why Mr.King hung up. I called back and ask Mr. King why he hung up and of course no answer. I informed him I was on my was to get my equipment. When I asked for the Owner his son got on the phone and was just as rude and he informed me that my BX1870 was being services now. I went to location and my equipment was sitting outside. I went in to store and went to pay Mr. King and he informed me nothing was done to my equipment and it was outside. No offer to help me to load it. Nothing but a bunch of rude people. I feel that they are not women friendly and only like to deal with men.I love my KUBOTA but will never use Coastal Equipment system company EVER!!!!!

Kim Adams posted a review stating she feels this company is not women friendly and I too got this treatment today when I called to inquire on a 200 hour Ariens mower service. Mike was the person who answered the phone and he was unbelievably nasty. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Discrimination is against the law. Perhaps the owners need to be reminded of this.

Very organized store that has friendly accommodating employees and staff. I enjoyed the people that understood the problems I had and left me feeling respected as a costumer. Im looking foward to working with them again even if I do have the best tractor on the market.

Purchased a MX5800 with grapple and front end loader almost a year ago and from sales to management they all treated us like family. Had to take it back for repairs due to self inflicted injuries (lol) and the shop completed repairs quickly and the insurance is well worth it!! You won’t go wrong with Coastal Equipment and special thanks to John Cassidy for always staying in touch and just checking to see how my business (Unka Dave’s Tractor Work) is going!! 5 stars is not enough!!

Very friendly sales team and top-notch customer service.

It has been sometime since we purchased two stihl chainsaws from them, so now doing the review. My mother-in-law picked the two saws up, come to find out they did not even start the saws to make sure they ran right, I guess because it was close to five oclock. So went to use one of the saws the next day and it was very hard to start and was a problem to stay running, since we have had it we had the same problem. So finally took it to a different dealer to get it looked at and the carb and the screen was gummed up. How does that happen when I have only put non-e truefuel premixed cans of gas in it. They must store them with gas in them or forgot to empty out the fuel before they stored it. Needless to say wont buy from them again. Now $63 later it is now running like it should have off of the shelf. OOO yea also need to work on the customer service skills, they didnt want to have anything to do with it when I called them to ask about it.
