North American title Company failed to make my premium payment for my home owners insurance and has caused be to be in a financial hardship because of their negligence.

As a buyer, I love this company. We haven’t closed yet. However, today, I had a stressful situation with trying to electronically sign documents. I ended up crying because I had to contact my home owners insurance, flood, and figure out why emails weren’t being received to sign.Let me tell you that the staff was phenomenal. They offered me Kleenex, water, called my lender to help me figure out what info was needed, and supported me all the way. I was beyond grateful for their love and support.Laurie was amazing, Peggy was great, and I didn’t catch the lady’s name at the front desk, but we bonded over both being from Pennsylvania. They saw me at my worst and I can’t wait for them to see me at my best at closing. ❤️

Id say I feel more confident to visit this company if this looks better from SS blvd...I drive everyday by there but that green abysmal wall they have hiding the building is so raggedy. This is a beautiful building people would thanks to see everyday while drive. Maybe in the future I will consider visit this place for bussines, but definetely not now.

Poor responsiveness. Had to wait 2hrs for them to finish the paper work. closed with someone who didnt handle our home and was not properly informed of the closing information. They were nice when we arrived, but would not call us back after we closed despite voicemail and talking to the secretary. Felt we were misled regarding amout we would receive back after closing, they did not inform us of the change in amount back. Initial CD said one number and several days after we closed found out it was another, it took a bank investigation to sort out the problem since they would no call me back. Lesson learned to have a lawyer review it, and to read all the papers in detail despite what was sent prior to closing, and the fact they need all documents signed then and now. Would recommend finding another title company to use.
