This firm does not deserve even 1 star. They will dragg your case snd keep making billable hours to charge client . Theyre fees are crazy. To prepare Enail $60 to send Email $50 if i call him about mediation we just hed 15 minute talk 169$ .do not hire thise Firm they will rip you off

Im not a huge fan of legal firms or dealing with legal matters in general. The point is sometimes you have to do things you dont like. This group made it feel like it was not a hassle. Staff from start to finish kept it relaxed and I was thankful. In my profession, I am used to being on teams this was very much like that.

Worst place ever. They do nothing, they drag out your case while they charge u for any and every thing they can. For instance, $60 to prepare letter to client $60 to email client $50 for recieving and reading email. All in all its been 5 months $6400 and theyve done nothing except go to 1 case management conference. So basically my case is still just starting and theyre billing me $1000-3000 every month. I was unfortunate enough to use them.. They took thousands of dollars from me.. I presented many issues with my case, which went ignored... Anytime I tried to discuss an issue I was told to not worry about it, and it wasnt worth pursuing.. Spent months and thousands of dollars to essentially get an uncontested divorce, no rights to my child, and a child support payment I can not afford.... At one point, I was late making a payment, and they dropped me that very day.. No attempt to find out what happened to the payment, just an email saying we are dropping you as a client.. They dont give two craps about you, your case, or what happens to you after its over... They just want the money, and if you are late, or have issues paying you will be out all the money spent, and out of a lawyer!! Worst decision I ever made using this firm, and I deeply regret that decision everyday.. Dont make the same mistake I made, do your research before hiring a firm...

Fine group of people at this location. This was my second divorce process and the difference was night and day. I had tried to handle everything on my own 10 years ago and I said I would not make that mistake again. I was happy with the out come and letting this group take the stress off of me.

They never answer the phone and take days to get back to you.They will send emails the day they get something from the other side demanding you are in the wrong before hearing your side.They will extend the case to get more money!!!!!They never give you an answer about anything.

A billboard on I-95 may not speak louder words as a personal experience can.KL&A office is a five star firm and this impression of mine comes from all the interaction I had with all of my legal team and its corporate office. They definitely would change the general opinion people usually have about attorneys, and that reflects the spirit of the firm. My case was handled with the outmost professionalism, good counsel, personal support and understanding of my own circumstances. Needless to say, the outcome was achieved as expected and as I was told from day one. These guys are nothing short or amazing! I used Atty Mr. Nathan Carter for my Divorce and if it wasnt for him this wouldnt have happened in such an expedited manner. My x wifes counsel was terrible and Mr. Carter not only did his job but theirs and quickly, I also didnt have a simple sign here divorce.Their response time to a call/email is immediate, they do not needlessly waste your time or $$$ to increase your fees and the knowledge base is immensely greater than any of the other Family Law Firms I interviewed. This is the worse divorce lawyer in Jacksonville. One year in and still no divorce, no custody agreement and $11,000 in. This place is disgusting. I did my own divorce with no attorney and it was faster and cheaper. Completely agree with everyone saying its a ripoff.

If I could give no star I would. Have to say this might have been the worst office I have done business with and dont recommend any one to go here. They did nothing for my case but continues to keep my money without returning it. About 5 months right now after my account was closed they keep telling me they will return my money in a few days and still nothing. Do some research before you decide to go with this firm. Find another is my suggestion.

A while back my husband was going to court for custody and child support for his daughter. The lawyer he had took his time getting the paperwork ready for the child support after 9 months in they dropped him due to the financial issue of us not being able to pay theyre expensive fees. They had at one point told us that they would be willing to take payments but instead they dropped him a couple days before his next court day.Turns out they had charged us for doing all the stuff he needed to get done and filing the paperwork for the support but never actually did any of it. My husband was in contempt of court for not having it done. The judge was nice enough to extend the time frame BUT MY HUSBAND COULD HAVE GONE TO JAIL. I will never forgive them for that. I guess they did not like the review i posted back then as it is gone from google. Guess they had it removed. Only go here if you feel like wasting time and money and want to get ripped off because thats what will happen.
