Not a very good place to work. Job is slow and the dress code is strict.Every hour on the clock feels like an eternity.

The entire shipping department was wonderful. Michael the forklift driver did a great job. He was very respectful of my truck and was very adept at maximizing the space.allotted for my load. Great place to do a pick up.

Its a great place to work at trust me on that but if you come across a guy named Darwin hes a seasonal team lead and he works in case pool receiving he goes behind other team leaders backs and reports you for problems instead of confronting you but Jeff and Jay best people you will ever work with demond a great guy after youve been there for a while youll love it there. I would love to come back and work but unfortunately sometimes the company will not be lenient or decide to give opportunities or listen to your side.if you do manage to get to work there do not steal and do not fight and do not back talk unless youve been there for a while and you know your team leads and they ask about a problem and maintenance they only listen when they get called by team leads and honestly maintenance should have divisions throughout the warehouse and they dont. Oh and it takes time for them to hire you on if youre through a temp agency you want to go through tapestry tapestry is a direct hire line if youre through remedy Randstad or Max labor theyll take their sweet time and say that you got to get your numbers up. Update Ive been recently having problems with remedy staffing at the warehouse and from what my friends that still work there are also having problems with remedy it sounds like remedy no longer cares about their status in my opinion I think its time for a new temp agency to step in and take their place.

I ordered from Coach 3 weeks ago. I have not received my package. I keep getting told my package is sitting on a crate at the distribution center. I tried calling the distribution center and it hangs up on me each time. I justvwant my package.

Simple The best.

The common carrier that I drive for said they hadn’t confirmed my appointment, yet. I decided to drive on in and see if I could pick up my load. The person at the gate checked me in and the shipping office gave me a dock to back to right away. So far, so good.

Hackers of bank accounts...sent 4 individual face masks from a bank account they hacked...this is the second round of fake stuff they have sent us...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Great products, very racially biased. They hire you until they catch up and then they fire you. Color is very important and defines how far you can move in the company. But their products are beautiful. Too bad the moldy warehouse and disrespectful managers arent as pleasant.

I don’t know why the other drivers saying this facility works very slow but for me it was like 15 min for load my truck.

Coach Outlet has been a horror. Months and I’mStill not sorted out. Customer Service has been no help providing nothing but unkept deadlines😡

Terrible customer service. Ariel and her little sidekick will hang up on you for no reason. 🙄.

Arrived a day early to my appt. They said they could get me loaded , but it was gonna take a while. 12 hours later they finally did and they stayed past closing to do so. But then the guard was whining he had to stay past his shift since I was the last one there. I told him I literally just waited 12 hours. So he could go home to his parents basement and whine to them. What a dweeb

I didnt work there but drove there to drop-off or pick-up friends from work. I am basically rating traffic & parking only. Both are rather difficult and it is located in a large business district on Jacksonvilles northside. Figure on extra time needed for travel in work traffic.

I love this place is nice and clean the security guards down Earth cool dudes everybody was nice I will go back there

This is one of the worst places to pick up loads. I have been here over 5 hrs and they still havent started. No vending machines, cant use the bathroom unless youre escorted like a kid. They do not care if you sit at all. DONT BUY COACH PRODUCTS
