****BEWARE*****BEWARE*****BEWARE****BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY FRAUDULENTLY CHANGED OUR CONTRACT WITH THE LEASE COMPANY. WE LEASED A $10,000 PRINTER. THAT IS WHERE WE SHOULD HAVE STOPPED. RACHEL DENNEY OFFERED TO SERVICE OUR OTHER IN HOUSE UNITS FOR A MONTHLY FEE (A MAINTENANCE PLAN). IN ADDITION TO THE MAINTENENCE PLAN, SHE THREW IN A FREE PRINTER BECAUSE THEY HAVE SO MANY JUST SITTING AROUND AT HER OFFICE. AFTER THE FIRST 2 MONTHS, WE WANTED TO CANCEL THE MAINTENANCE PLAN BECAUSE THEY WERE SENDING US AFTER MARKET TONERS AND PARTS THAT DID NOT FIT. WE CALLED TO GET THE MAINTENANCE CANCELED AND TOLD THEM TO PICK UP THE FREE PRINTER BECAUSE IT PRINTED VERY POOR QUALITY PRINTS. AS IT TURNS OUT, SAXON GOT PAID FOR THE UNITS THAT WE OWN (I HAVE ALL OF MY RECEIPTS TO PROVE I OWN THEM). AFTER EVERYTHING WENT TO LEGAL BECAUSE WE WERE ONLY MAKING PAYMENTS ON THE PORTION THAT WAS CORRECT, THEY OFFERED TO HELP CORRECT THE ERROR. BUT AT THAT POINT, IT WAS TOO LATE. WE ENDED UP SETTLING OUT OF COURT BECAUSE WE WOULD HAVE HAD TO FLY FROM JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA TO CHESTER COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA TO FIGHT THIS MATTER IN COURT. ULTIMATELY, ITS OUR WORD AGAINST THEIRS. A PRINTER THAT WAS THROWN INTO THE DEAL FOR FREE ENDED UP COSTING US OVER $ 10,000. I HAVE HUNDREDS OF EMAILS TO CONFIRM ALL OF THIS. THE SAD PART IS, IF I WOULD NOT HAVE CANCELED THE MAINTENANCE PLAN, I NEVER WOULD HAVE KNOW HOW CROOKED THEY ACTUALLY ARE. WE HAD TO PAY DEARLY TO SETTLE THIS OR FLY TO ANOTHER STATE AND HOPE THE JUDGE WILL LISTEN TO THE WHOLE STORY, TO FIGHT THIS. SAXON WAS PAID FOR MY UNITS BY DLL FINANCIAL AND KEPT THE MONEY.CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS.

My experience with Saxon has been different than what I see below. My rep is Terri Brown. I work with her and her manager Rachel Denney. These two ladies have been nothing be great to me. Go above and beyond to help me. (They know I am very needy) Not once do they complain. Great personalities. If they dont have the answer to one of my questions, they will find it and never leave me hanging. They keep me on track with all milestones including when old equipment as to go back. Service is responsive and if they arent, one call or email to one of these ladies and the problem goes away. I recommend them. Ask for Terri and Rachel.

We have had Saxon handle all our copiers/printers for years and they cannot be beat! I have an excellent representative, Matt Wells, that is a great at reaching out to make sure all my needs are being met.

We have a scanner/copier from Saxon. Every once in awhile, the machine requires a service call. Bob Lewis is our service person. He is always friendly and explains what the issue is and how he is going to repair it. For this visit, he had to order the part that had worn out. Although it took 2 business days for the part to come in, Bob did come out first thing in the morning to finish the repair. (He understands that our whole office uses the machine and we desperately needed it working, again.) Thank you, Bob!!Also, along the way, the company sends email updates letting you know the status of your service call (like that your repairman is in route, or that your part has been ordered, etc). This is a nice touch. Thank you Saxon!

**UPDATED** After I left the bad review below the regional sales manager called to apologist. Because of the quick response of the upper management I have changed my rating..*** A Consultant(From Saxon) came into our business to do a review on how to improve. After this gentleman came into our business, and I shared details with him, I never heard from him again. I called Saxon Business Systems and asked about the consultant and they said he no longer works with the company. I appreciate Saxon Business Systems wasting more than an hour of my time. I also dont like to share our system processes with anyone. This company is a JOKE and I would not recommend using them.

We have been a customer of Saxon for several years. Our sales rep, Brian Tuttle, is always very helpful whenever we have any problem or question. He responds promptly either in person, by phone or by email, and he personally ensures that we are happy with the results.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** Worst experience. We have paid thousands of dollars to have the worst service. Equipment continually breaking down disrupting our law firm and repairs are never made. Work product ruined to overpriced unusable equipment. Use another company and do not waste your time.

We have had a copier on lease for about 3 years . The service has been fine , but Id NEVER use this company again. They sell you on many promises, only to sign the customer up through Zerox leasing.Now the aggravation begins !!! Zerox will charge for all the things we were told there wouldnt be a charge for.. Then ,add ridiculous late fees; an harass us every week.After telling them we paid within the terms of our agreement , they say call your rep ...So you call Saxon only to be told they dont bill..If you have these problems I suggest you tell Zerox to come get the machine ! They never do !If you are considering Saxon ....Run !!!!

Worst experience ever. They overcharge, cannot solve problems they created with the leasing company, charge you a $400 fee when your lease is completed and THEN tell you that you are responsible for shipping the machine back to the leasing company.
