I have been in business for many years and have dealt with many vendors for all my office needs (Phones, Computers, Furniture, Copiers, Printers and Supplies). Never have I come across a company who cares as much as Aztec. I am leasing a Canon copier from Aztec and recently signed up for another Canon machine. I have also switched to purchasing my consumable supplies (Ink/toner and Laser Printer Supplies) to Aztec from Staples. They are less expensive.Sales, Customer Service, Billing and most of all Service are prompt and professional. They respond to our machine and IT issues quickly and go beyond our expectations. Very refreshing to find a company who cares as much as Aztec does. I wish I could give them more than a 5 star review. If you need a copier, printer, scanner or fax please be sure to contact these guys.

Jim & team are wonderful! I called shopping around for a copier for my office and they beat the Saxon price of the machine and service contract by a LARGE amount. Installation is quick and the guys who deliver & set up do a great job. Jim is a nice guy and makes you feel like you are the only customer he is working with. He was very helpful and even called after installation to check in with us to make sure all was well. Great company!

We bought a XEROX copier 5yrs ago, that were having difficulty being serviced. They advised part ordered and sent a link how to install part ourselves. Our cost per print (color or BW) has went up 3 times in three months. They asked us to upgrade another 5 yrs contract, but we said no. Our copier functions. Its just hard t get service.

Weve had our Canon printer from Xerographics for a few years & it continues to be an incredible machine. We are very happy with it! I called it in for servicing today - Lou from service was wonderful and sent Charles out the same afternoon - he was equally awesome. You guys are fantastic!!

We had been struggling with a fussy printer for which the experts could never seem to resolve the problems no matter how many attempts. The folks at Aztec had perfect timing and even more amazing service. We switched on the spot and lever looked back. Only complain is we only get to see James when he pops over to check on us because we NEVER have any issues. Thank you! Spickelmier Insurance

Outstanding is the only word I could use to describe the customer service at Xerographics Supply in Jacksonville. The owner Jim and Lou in the Support Center never hesitate in spending the amount of time necessary to discuss the various office equipment and products they sell and service.Honesty in todays corporate world seems to be going by the wayside...its refreshing to deal with a company of high standards like Xerographics.
