This is a technology recycling facility that offers parts and repairs for computers and accessories. The employees were friendly and seem to be knowledgeable enough. If you need a used computer or data recovery, this is the place to start. I was not really impressed with the prices as they seemed a bit high for parts that are donated. If you need help, I recommend bringing your device in so they can tell you your options and get you running again.

They are always the best. I just hope they stay grounded as their popularity increases due to their WONDERFUL Service and prices.

I wanted a basic, no-frills Lenovo laptop for home use. I use email, store photos, and use the internet for research and for shopping. No gaming or streaming movies. I got a great refurbished Lenovo 430 at a reasonable price, and I am very happy with it. So far, so good!It also makes me happy that Urban Mining is rehabbing used computers and other equipment, thereby keeping them out of landfills-- or wherever it is that old computers go to die!Thanks, Urban Mining!

Great Experience! My lap top would not boot up completely. My intent was to transfer data and get a new computer. Jim suggested that I let him run a couple of test and see if the lap top is repairable. Jim replaced hard drive, transferred data and repaired computer and saved me $500. Amazingly satisfied. Jim and his co-worker (Sorry for forgetting his name) fix my optiplex 380 when I messed it up due to maximizing the ram, they ran the hard drive & the ram to find out what the problem was and then they resetted my Dell which was fine because I already have all the stuff back now, They gave me the correct RAM I needed and a graphic card, The best PC shop I have ever been too.I wish I could rate this at 20 stars

I showed up a little early, but i asked of they sell used computer parts and the person said yes. Waited around till they opened. Walking in asked if they sell used or new computer parts, stating what i needed for my build. The second person told me they dont sell parts. Telling me they can order parts, but whats the point in that. I can do the same thing.Dont visit here if you know what you want or trying to build your pc.
