The engineers were good, most have left at this point. I was asked to write a favorable review for the company just before it was sold, I declined. I was in the process of leaving them as a client because quality has gone down so very much. I was shocked to find out that the new ownership did not want to let go of hosting my website (the domain I owned for years). I had to get attorneys involved to issue cease and desist letter, so I could host my own site. My experience showed that up-selling, bate and switch along with nickel and dime tactics was common practice for them. I have since moved to a managed service company that has proven the best choice I have made. leaving Computer Solutions.

We had Computer Solutions Group do our network and our phone systems. Nothing has worked right from day one! Then every time you called about a reoccurring issue they would charge me. I understand you cant fix things for free but when it dont work right from the start then that should be covered. I am a year into this now and the phones still dont work!!! The network is constantly going down. I wont do any business with this company so I brought in another IT group but we still have issues… Avoid this company at all cost!!!
