Do not go here. Bad experience overall. I had my blues cleaned here and the man was not professional. He said he was gonna take them to get dry cleaned and didn’t, just threw a bag over them. Wrinkles everywhere and overall poor quality of what I was expecting

Had to get a super last minute fix for my uniform. I needed nametapes cut and resewn from one pair of green cammies to another. Turned in at 1300, picked up at 1730. Thats service you can count on. Owner is an old timer with plenty of tales. Enjoyed chatting him up on the pickup and drop off.

I make my own clothes. I had a dress that I made for the ball and I made the sleeves way too tight. I took it here to Jeff and he had it fixed in no time! Awesome man who really does take care of his customers!

Usually, I LOVE this place. The gentleman that works there is always so helpful & nice BUT the lady that works there... she was extremely rude and unacceptable. I understand there is a lot of orders being put in, especially around the ball. I understand but to be extremely rude is not an excuse.

Absolutely love this place I came in for an emergency job (needed name tapes sewn on the same day). Not only did he do the same day, he sewed them on right in front of me in less than 5 minutes. Not to mention he is extremely personable and very professional. I will definitely recommend this place to my Marines and I will be back to tailor my other uniforms!

The service is so great! The owner is prior military and sooo nice!!! He has some awesome war stories. They do great work and very prompt. If I had more time I could keep raving about this place👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Woman behind desk is extremely rude. Today is Monday, and so asked if they could have 3 pair of pants tapered by Friday morning. There is a sign in the window that says Emergencies welcome and the woman actually LAUGHED at me for asking and said no way. I cant say whether the work here is good or not, but Im very disappointed in the customer service and will not return.

Needed a simple job sewn ASAP. They were more than happy to accommodate my request and was done the same day! Ymmv during busy seasons like the USMC Ball, but definitely give them a call.

The two people that work here, do spectacular work, and help you when youre in a real pinch to the best of their abilities. Sometimes you can tell they are pretty stressed from rush orders but they do their best to work with you.

Had negative experience with this store. I called to see if I was able to schedule an appointment for an early pick up. Instead of letting me know they were booked out, the lady who answered got an attitude and complained about me waiting till the last moment. She was extremely rude about it and unprofessional.

Called on the phone and asked if they could sew on some name tapes last minute for me. They said yes but obviously there was a rush charge. The owner Jeff was hilarious and friendly.

The man who owns it is an amazing character, he has some great stories and insights on Jacksonville and through 3 years of using him I have never been disappointed.

Outstanding quality of work. Took a couple of articles of clothing to get rips stitched. Everything was as good as new. The total was also cost effective which was great!

The gentleman I worked with was so knowlegable and took extreme pride in his work. His stitching was flawless and he worked with me in a very tight pinch to have every thing ready in time. I was so impressed with the results and very much enjoyed my time getting to know the man behind the needlework.

Excellent service this gentleman did a great job. He stayed after work a couple hours to get it done and it’s fantastic. Defnitley coming back only tailor around that could get this last semiconductor job done

Services offered were great with fair pricing. I had them repair some of my trousers that had ripped crotches and they resewed them perfectly. I would definately use them again.
